Evey time I go in to a joanns I instantly smell cinnamon. It brings back all the good memories I made with my family members while getting fabric or other supplies to help us make our crafts we were currently working on. Every one is always so nice and if you need help they can always point you in the right direction.

Love this store! The shelves were packed with merchandise, fabric of all prices, and very helpful clerks. Lots of items and fabric on sale everywhere I looked! Plus their website offers even more discounts!! This is a great place to shop. I bought enough flannel for two shirts and with the sale price plus the on line discount - spent 23 dollars. That is a little over 10 dollars per shirt! A wonderful deal!!!

They had everything we needed. We were shopping for fabric. The store is a little run down, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just another good Joann fabrics. Had most of what I was looking for. I do not know why they dont have gel pens. Lol staff was very helpful. Will be going back again.

Sorely disappointed. Went looking for upholstery fabric and Id say they carry 1/4 of what they used to and what little they did have was light or medium weight fabric totally unsuitable for furniture unless its a low use bedroom chair. Then theres the price for this quality which was $20-40 a yard. I see another industry pricing itself out of existence soon. So sad....

I went to Joann to buy fabric for curtains. Not only did I find fabric, I found my dream patterns! One of the fabrics that I fell in love with, a newsprint, was no longer being made and they didnt have enough at the store for my project. Not only did management search other stores for the fabric, they personally went to the Joann website and looked to see if I could get the amount I needed delivered! They even told me about a coupon I could use to get half off shipping!

Could have 2 people cutting fabric. Stood behind a customer who was having 4 of fabric cut from like 20 bolts.

The place was highly organized and the staff was very helpful. I walked in knowing exactly what I was after, embroidery floss, but not its location. A quick question of the cashier and a question over the radio got me just where I needed to be. I knocked one star only because the black floss I bought was single strand unlike the rest of all of the others which were multi-threaded. I removed the star because the cashier told me they were the same. Having said that, I used a coupon to save 30% and felt like I got a heck of a bargain and my kids are going to love making friendship bracelets.

Friendly people. They know what they are talking about.

I love this store but my husband does not. Lol they have anything and everything that you could possibly need for sewing, crafts, decorating, jewelry and anything in between. The young lady was very helpful and polite. A great place to go.

This location of Joann its always clean and organized. The staff make your visit easy and enjoyable. They are always willing to help out with answers to questions. Last time I visited they made sure everyone saved as much money as possible. This included telling everyone in line to download a couple for extra savings! Great staff!!

The sale items were clearly marked. Found everything I was looking for and so much more. Even tho they were restocking the isles were still walkable. Employees were very friendly. Answered questions and pointed out items. Check out was smooth and easy.

I went here a week ago to find some foam headliner material and one of the ladys there was so nice with the 40% off that I went back in 3 time I went in ounces and just one item I got was $40 a muffin pan for my mom that was $25 a med.size Jewry box $15 and a large chest that was $45 o sorry I also got some of that green hard foam they use in rack flower pots and this electric knife thing that gets hot and cuts the green foam and those two was $25. Now add all that up. $150 the lady rang me up and it came to $ 29.72 I didnt say anything because in the 3 trips I went in it cost me under $60 and the first time in I bought 7 different materials that was almost $250 this women was hitting on me the hole Damm time so I went with it

Good, there were many colors that were missing, I was able to get some.of the items I wanted. The 20% coupon I was going to use dud not apply to sale items,disappointing, but I did purchase a large amount of materials for a apecial.project.

Id like it more if they were clear about what is on sale and isnt.

The store had a decent selection. The people working there were friendly and helpful. Sale prices were great if you dont have the app or an account sign up it is so worth it.

A favorite place for crafting and sewing supplies. The JOANN app is the key to virtual discounts. The cashiers always look for the best combination of discounts, which rests in a good savings. Quilting fabrics, materials and supplies are in full supply.

Jo-Anns is always overpriced. The selection isnt too good, but if theres no hobby lobby or Michaels in the area then its a reliable choice. Definitely better for seamstresses as opposed to sculptors

Have had a love affair with this store since I was a little girl. Most of my love for crafting started with items my mother got for me at this store. Its my thing!

Checking out of the store was a good experience the cashier was friendly and I felt I received a good deal on the items purchased and will return things were fairly easy to find in the store

Manager is VERY RUDE. I have only been to this JoAnns location once and that trip was also my last. I was confused about how the checkout line was organized so I went up to one of the registers (no one else was in line) and the lady condescendingly told me to go around the maze just to go back to the register. I called to complain and Im pretty sure the same lady picked up the phone because she clearly didnt care about what I had to say and tried to prematurely end the call.

Smaller store than the others Ive been but still great with service materials and prices! Recommend!

Didnt find anything I wanted!

I like shopping here but the problem was there were 2 girls cutting material. I walked up with only 1 item that needed cut. The person in front of me had a shopping cart full of things to be cut. The other girl working there walked off. My husband was getting angry about the time spent in the store while he was waiting in the car for me to just run in. I was in there a half hour and laid the fabric down. Guess I will shop somewhere else. Slow service or no service!

I attempted to order online. The app refused to place my order stating my address was wrong. I double checked it, my address was correct. It continues to refuse my order. I tried everything I could. The app refused to allow me to go back or move forward. The only thing I could do was call support. This guy treated me like I was 90 not knowing how to place an order online. I’ve shopped at JoAnns for over 40 years. Both online and in the store. I haven’t shopped there in about 5 years so I thought I would give them another chance. Well. NOTHING has changed. After discussing my problem and procedure with this guy over and over and over I was once again DONE with JoAnns AGAIN. Thanks for nothing and good bye. We now have Michaels and Hobby Lobby in town that will be more than happy to assist me in the future.To prove they don’t care, he has my phone number and it’s now been 15 minutes since this happened yet no one has tried to contact me.

I found that Jo-Anns business were selling masks that were made in China. Very inappropriate since we have to wear masks BECAUSE of China. Called to complain but they referred me to corporate office.

Lots of choices and things to look at, but I had some questions and there werent people available to answer them. So, as I left the store with my unanswered questions, the person in the check out area at the front of the store had her back to me. She didnt appear to be doing anything. She wasnt with any customers. She didnt seem to notice my leaving. So, I looked and bought elsewhere.

People very nice and helpful. Great place for fabric.

Ive been in some Joanns where the workers werent very nice and didnt seem to know much about sewing, but all of the employees at the Muncie Joanns seem knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I love to visit.
