Poor service, our workplace is a few miles from any convenience store so the employees would prefer to have some food machines that actually work or that has anything in them, you are losing hundreds of dollars in lost sales because you are to lazy to keep the machines full....really! What poor business management. We are constantly telling our management that we are sick of your company and you need replaced with a business that actually wants to make money instead of your loser company!
Machines are CONSTANTLY taking money and not vending products.
Would rank it lower if I could, 3 coffee machines at work and none work!! Ridiculous!! Tired of filling out refund slips. Not to mention all the times Ive lost money and didnt fill one out..
After losing money in one of the vending machines at Ball State University that didnt give me product, I called the local branch of Canteen Vending in order to get a refund. The woman who answered gave me a variety of places on campus to give me my refund, including the University Theater Box Office. After being told by the supervisor that they dont handle refunds there, I got it taken care of at the Bursar Office.But thats not why Im giving this company a poor-fair rating. After dealing with the Bursar Office, I called again to inform her that the information she had was wrong. She was very defensive saying that its the information given to us by the university. I explained to her that my call was to ensure that she wouldnt be giving misinformation to future customers. Again, she was defensive, saying the same line again. I recommended that they contact the university to make sure their data was up to date, but she gave no indication that they would even perform this simple task.She never even apologized, something that you should do when dealing with a customer complaint.The customer service gave me a very poor taste in my mouth.
