Experience was great. Walked in without appointment and was helped immediately with very short wait time. Atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and the artist took my design, made it a little better and got to work. Prices are great too.Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get a tattoo.

First and foremost this was the cleanest and nicest shop I have been in for a while. Jay did a great job on my piercings, he knows his stuff and makes you feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back here in a couple weeks for my other piercing. Jay thank you for a job well done.

So wonderful! I came for a nose piercing that I got at another shop a long time ago. It has been infected on and off ever since. Jay, the piercer, was so knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. He helped me take my nose ring out and told me how to heal it up and I will come in later and get it repierced in the same spot! He made me feel comfortable because he really knew what he was doing. Knew way more about my nose piercing bump than any of the doctors or dermatologists I’ve been to about it! Thank you! 100% recommend

I went in for a cat tattoo. The artist/ owner didn’t consult me on my idea at all, or even interact with me when I came in. She gave me a tattoo that was nothing like what I had sent her. When I asked her to add to it to make it more like what I had in mind, she said it was too late and seemed to get spiteful and frustrated, just adding weird doodles to my arm. I’m super embarrassed to even show this, and am planning to cover it, but hopefully it keeps someone else from going to them. The black cat is the reference photo. I wanted it done with my white cat.

Went on a whim to get my nose pierced. Actually the day before I was leaving to head home. Jay was amazing. He was patient with me, very clean, courteous, and even warned me of the images on the walls (my son was with me🤣). It is a tattoo shop. I am healing so well and was so impressed I will most likely be getting more when in town.

Ive had 2 nipple piercings and my first tattoo done at this place.Pros: its spotless. Even the restroom is super clean. The artists know what theyre doing and want you to be happy with the work theyre putting on you. I saw Craig and told him I wanted a chubby, happy unicorn. He didnt get the image I had in my head, but he got something even better. It was a perfect fusion of his wild work and my request. Jay the piercer was piercing a sensitive part of me and did so with stout professionalism. He answered all questions I had and even gave me a lollipop!Con: these guys are pros and it seems like they forget what its like to be a new client so it can be intimidating. I like how business-like it was though.Id definitely recommend this place for piercings, cartoonish tattoos, and American Traditional tattoos. The price was better than some other places I looked at and I believed the work was just as good of quality.

Absolutely loved it, way more than the first place i went to (Metamorphosis in Broad Ripple). very friendly workers who knew what they were doing. they took time out of their day to talk to us more about their tattoos and piercings if we wanted more. reasonable prices for great tattoos. i got two wrist tattoos and my friends got some piercings. they said the instructions given by the worker made their ear piercing not as painful. also said that if my friends came back for new earrings they would be hooked up with new ones. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. will definitely be going back :)

Got a nose piercing from Jay Williams, very knowledgeable and laid back but also very professional. I would definitely recommend him. Gives great advice, knows how to help keep you calm, and truly cares about giving you a properly done piercing and getting it healed correctly. Next piercing I get I will go to him.

Im having a tattoo removed. Its not fun. It is what it is. The staff is always respectful and friendly. Price for tattoo removal is less compared to a dermatologist. The black one is fading with each treatment. The purple one isnt really responding, but they are very upfront with expectations. The goal on the purple one is to fade it for a future cover.

A great crew of artists ready to answer any questions you might have and highly skilled in their respective practices. The only issue I found was that the actual experience of going in was a little intimidating and I at first felt out of place and under appreciated as a client, and this feeling was not immediately assuaged by the staff. Nevertheless, upon repeat visits I have going the place to be exceptional at its craft and arguably the best shop of its kind around in Muncie.

It has been awhile but Josh is who I had got a tattoo from, granted it was my first tattoo so I wasnt sure what to expect. I showed him an idea that I had of another tattoo. He told me he wouldnt use somebody elses tattoos as a reference. Which at the time I had no experience getting tattoos. He said he would give me a tatto that was in his style. I wanted Atlas as a tattoo. He drew a sketch and showed me it to me. It was pretty hard to tell who it was. The original picture looked nothing like the tattoo I was given. At first I was scared to push my disappointment seeing a friend referred me, and there tattoo looks great. Unfortunately mine is very confusing to most people who see it. I have never had a positive comment about it. I have been to other artists and asked if they could fix it or make it more realistic. Every artist that has seen it tells me it would be very difficult to cover or fix. Needless to say I have a tattoo that makes me self conscious on my arm and confuses people that see it. I would of loved to get it done right or told that they werent the right artist to do what I wanted. I think because it was my first time and had no experience I was hoping for the best and took his word for it. I just wanted what I asked for!

This has been my favorite shop in Muncie for years. Low key, extremely friendly staff. Every tattoo artist here is not only highly skilled and well-trained, but innately talented and sincerely passionate about the work they do. Ive been tattooed by Josh Chatwin 3 times now, and on one occasion at an airport I had 3-4 total strangers compliment me on my tattoos in a span of about half an hour.If you want a tattoo or piercing in Muncie, this is the place to go.
