Great place and products. Had used everything else to solve my rusty well water problem, but none of it worked. My brother suggested I try Aqua red, which is what he uses, and swears by. If you need a new water softener I highly suggest calling Aqua and asking for Ryan. He is very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Even when they were busy he made time to for me and made me feel important. I felt like he sold me what I needed and wasn’t trying to up sale me. Their install crew is just as great. They were in and out, helpful, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall great customer service, communication, and pricing. Best of all my water is supper clear now!!

I picked up water softener salt from Aqua Systems this past week. We use the Rust-Out type and it is quite good at getting rid of the heavy iron we have from our well.I love the drive-through arrangement at Aqua Systems. That feature, combined with a polite and knowledgeable staff and a good product will keep my business for the long-term!

The last year we’ve had an absolute horrible experience with Culligan Water company...I had the softener serviced 3 times and nothing seemed to change!Finally got fed up and decided to explore other options.Aqua Systems of Muncie had the most reviews and best rating besides Culligan so I gave them a call...Not only are we saving $10 a month on the rental fee but they installed another whole house filter free of charge (something Culligan told me would cost $400???)!Service is great, prices are reasonable and the proof is in the water.
