My 5 year old Digital Storm PC had multiple failures at once. I took it to CPR to see if it could be salvaged. After being diagnosed and discussed, the best course of action was to save the parts we could and build a new computer. The Techs, Chris and Rob, were knowledgeable and friendly.I ordered the parts needed and then took them in when I had everything we needed. Called prior to coming in, asked how much a screen replacement would cost. They told me $175 for an iPhone X. Took it in later in the day and they had it completed in an hour! But, after getting my phone back it was restarting every 10 seconds, so I went back in and asked if they could help since it wasn’t doing that prior to the screen fix. They took it in the back and fixed it within 5 minutes with no charge! It now works just like it did before! The men working there were also super helpful and nice during the process!

Went in to get my screen replaced. I bought a new screen protector from them as well since mine broke. They fixed my screen within just an hour, which I appreciated, but they basically scammed me with the screen protector. They said it was more expensive but it was more protective than the average ones. Once the screen protector was applied to my phone, I could hardly even text on my phone anymore. It made it nearly impossible to hit certain buttons on my phone. I went back to get a new one and the new one had the same problem. And, of course, I couldnt get a refund even with a receipt. *Do not buy a screen protector from them!*

I needed to get my charging port fixed for my phone they told me what they could do and fixed it for me also told me to be aware of the water damage it had and to be cautious with it but they were able to fix it within a timely manner and everything was smooth sailing.the service is great and they also have a great presence of joy within the shop. They love to help others and fix anything that is possible and nothing is impossible to them unless the tech is beyond repair. I really appreciate the service and will definitely be coming back there from now on for any problems that need to be fixed. A blessing to have a store like this in Muncie. I give my best wishes to them to prosper in life from this. Just amazed by the work that was done overall.

Alex was courteous and professional. Offered possibilities of corrections for my problem of no power and possible costs for resolution. Within an hour and a half I was contacted by Alex that my phone was back up and operating and ready to be picked up. The initial charge of $40 was my final cost and that if I had further issues the $40 would go towards any additional charges.Very fair. I went in to pick up a package from the evil Amazon and spotted a battery case for my galaxy s10 and when I asked about it he got it and took it out of the box so I could see what it would look like on my phone and went through the proper ways to charge and use it to get the fullest potential out of it. Got a 21 ultra back replacement and the back I got wasnt the original one from Samsung. Some type of cheap thin plastic material. Roughly after having it for 2 weeks all four corners is chipping and cracking. DONT RECOMMENDED

I went in to have a pc assessed & they told me it wouldnt be worth the cost. I appreciated the honesty, some shops would want to fix it regardless. I also ended up buying a screen protector for my phone but it interfered with my touch ID, they helped to get it figured out. Would highly recommend 👌

My phone suddenly wouldnt charge anymore so I brought it in to get the charging port replaced. The guys working there were super nice and after leaving my phone there they were able to let me know in just a few hours that the real issue was the wifi flex had malfunctioned. This is really unusual so they had to order the piece for my phone but they made sure I was able to at least take home a semi-functional phone for the night (which I really appreciated). The next morning I brought my phone back and they got it fixed and back to normal by early evening, they also charged me the original price they had quoted me before we knew the real issue. Overall, its so stressful to have a broken phone but these guys were great and Ill definitely be back if I ever have any more issues!

I have only used CPR a few times but I give them my highest recommendation. Not being tech savvy they are my saviors. Rob and Alex are extremely knowledgeable. They explain things so a non techy can make sense of their magic. Do yourself and your phone a favor and visit CPR.

Ive gone to these guys at least three different times, once for my phone, twice for my laptop. Everytime theyve been extremely straightforward and honest, not to mention cheap. The cellphone was beyond repair and they knew it, so they told me if I really wanted they could try to fix it, but that they didnt want to waste my time and money like that. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and why it couldnt be fixed. With the laptop, I went after breaking the monitor and they told me itd be $150, and that they would call me in case the part was more expensive than they thought. I came in prepared to pay at least $200 since thats what the internet said the average fair price was, and they beat it out by $50. When I got the laptop back, it worked for a while before the screen stopped again. I brought it back and they opened it up right then and there and told me which piece was busted. Apparently my cord between the laptop and the screen was held there by tape. They fixed it for FREE and told me I could bring it back anytime if it gave me problems again so they could replace the part if needed. These are my go to guys for any kind of repair in Muncie, amazing service and amazing prices.

My wife dropped her iPhone, cracked the screen. After 45 min on the phone with Asurion I opted to look around, $199 deductible was a bit of a surprise. I am in a networking group with this business. Walking in...you can tell the place is cleaned routinely. The staff is professional and very helpful...sort of a refreshing feeling being they are all in their 20s. After 20 min and $100 I was back in business. Even found a new magnetic phone case for hands free driving. Great job guys!

Man I’ve never done a review before but I’m hoping this can help someone with my same issues. If you cracked your screen go here but if there are more things wrong with your phone just go to apple or something. I liked the dudes but they don’t tell you that they may not be able to fix it. They told me my Face ID wouldn’t come back but said nothing about my cameras. All my money goes to rent and school and now I have 3 plasma appointments scheduled so I don’t get evicted. To fix my phone and cameras it would be upwards of $350. I’m gonna try and buy a back camera online and just do it myself next month once I get done with the appointments. Again, 3 stars is not the reflection of the work done there, just hope someone looking through the reviews with the same problem may see this and save their money

I was having issues charging my phone, I was pretty sure I was going to have to replace the charging port. Instead of taking advantage of my complete ignorance when it comes to phone repair, these guys told me it was probably just (POCKET LINT) in the charging port!! I would have never guessed! He took my phone, cleaned out the port and it worked just like new. Best part is he didn’t even charge me for it, what business do you know that will help you out like that and not lie about it and charge you a fortune?? Nobody nowadays! I highly recommend bringing your broken electronics to this business, very honest group of guys! If I ever need anything of the sort.. I will come back to this place regardless of the price, all because they were honest. Very good first impression for me.

Im from Michigan. While in Muncie over Thanksgiving, my son had a fairly big issue with his gaming laptop that made it inoperable. I had a great experience having my cell phone repaired at CPR today. I received a warm greeting from friendly staff when I walked into the store. The staff member that helped me was quick to identify my issue, checked to ensure needed part was on hand, and told me they would have phone fixed in 1 - 1/2 hours. I received an email notification when my phone was ready and was greeted again by friendly staff when I picked up phone. Phone is working great and I am back in business!
