The waffle cones are delicious and taste like cinnamon! They also make adorable pup cups. I personally enjoy the orange sherbet and mint chocolate chip!

They were out of German Chocolate Ice cream which is why me and my wife went...then they were out of the apple pie ice cream which is the seasonal flavor. So we were a little disappointed. The new cappuccino drinks are amazing though, worth the visit for that.Overall, we love going here and will keep going back, the ice cream is always on point.

I had a great pineapple and coconut milk shake. Maren was fantastic and talked about new flavors that came in. We will be back.

Every single social media site says they open at 11 a.m and close at 10 p.m every day . Well I walked up a few minutes before 9 to go inside and right before I got to the door a female employee turned the “Open” sign off and proceeded to close the curtains while staring at me 😑 Now if there’s a mistake on your social media and google and you close at 9 then that’s fine ! But the fact your employee couldn’t open the door, that also says you close @ 10, just to say y’all weren’t open is beyond me 🤷🏻‍♀️ Terrible customer service !

They did not honor the free scoop offer on my app on national ice cream day. Said it was only if Door Dash delivered $15+ order. Right. Like Door Dash is going to deliver one scoop of ice cream. They gave me a 30 cent discount on one scoop for the misunderstanding.

They made the cutest creature ice cream cups! My daughter loved them and they were only 3.99!

Good service. The other day, I stopped to pickup a milkshake. As I proceeded to pay, the drive-thru girl explained that it was free. No one was in front of me in line and no one was behind me. So I asked why. She explained that a patron of the store whos spouse had passed on loved ice cream. So in honor of their memory, once a year, they would give the store money to pay for several patrons ice cream purchases. I just happened to be one of those and so I am writing a message to that family, Thank you! It is a great way to remember one that has moved on.

My kids are in love with Baskin-Robbins for one scoop of ice cream is like $3.29 in a cone to me thats quite High but I guess they have to make their money there are like 20 different flavors to choose from I think the store is clean in the customer service is exceptional usually we would go around the drive-through service is really quick they also have bowls of ice cream for your doggies which is really cool I would definitely recommend the store

The ice cream always tastes good, friendly service. The pup cup is a bit big, your puppy does need all that milk, just a dab. But always have a nice time.

Was actually thinking about Baskin Robbins a couple hours before seeing the store! My husband and I had been riding our tandem bike all day and was so happy to see BR! The ice cream was a delicious and welcomed treat!!!

Ice cream was great, however the wait wasnt. We were there for a solid 15 min as the 2nd person in line. Once being helped the service was fantastic.

The ice cream is good, but the service takes forever. If you go at night it seems like the staff just dont care about their job.

Found a long piece of hair in my ice cream, after I left their premise. It was utterly disgusting and I’ll make sure to not purchase there anymore. You’d expect to see some hair nets or maybe being a bit cautious when leaning over to grab a scoop - these things are common sense.

I love this place its been a favorite of mine since I was a teenager. Ice cream is wonderful along with ice cream cakes, birthday favorite.

Change your hours online because it doesn’t match the actual hours! Do you know how disappointing it is to want ice cream and be locked out. Crushed my soul, lost all hope in humanity. Not mad just disappointed still got good ice cream though.

Friendly staff but they need more dairy free options for those who love icecream but have allergies to dairy or are lactose intolerant.

Upon walking into this place you get greeted by friendly faces, a nice and clean store, and the sweet sweet smell of the freshly made waffle cones.

Their ice cream is always wonderful, but service is often lacking. I often have repeat my order several times along with repeating it again when I get to the window and notice it is incorrect. I always ask for lids, but rarely get them and have to ask again. Our last visit was the same, then we sat waiting while one of our orders melted in the window of the drive through.

They had what the wife wanted at the time.

The prices arent a problem because the ice cream is awesome. However, their staff is almost always half asleep or borderline rude. I dont appreciate feeling like an inconvenience as a customer.

When was the last time you tipped your cashier in a drive thru? While purchasing ice cream via the drive thru this afternoon, I handed a dollar and my debit card to a cashier in order to pay for the order.Later when I looked at the receipt I noticed that the dollar had not been taken off of the purchase and had instead been pocketed by the cashier working the window.Normally I wouldnt complain of things like this, but your employee working the window this evening has basically committed petty theft. And as a broke college student I do NOT appreciate it. Every dollar counts.I will definitely think twice before giving this establishment any further business in the future.
