Didn’t show up when they originally said they were going to show up twice. Give me an estimate tell me they wanted all the money upfront I told him I’d give him half. It came back a week later when outside to watch them work on the door and they were using use parts and didn’t originally tell me. Charge me Way too much in my opinion. Said they were going to replace the rollers, I asked them when they were working out why they were replacing the rollers like they said they became aggressive and invading my personal space. I felt uncomfortable and threatened. What they called the rollers was actually just a pulley or something. Do you need the rollers or what’s on the door in the track. I was more than willing to pay for it . But I didn’t want them to have to come back I thought they were kind of shady in my opinion. Found somebody local who said they would replace all the rollers for five dollars apiece and only charge me $50 labor which was a really good deal in my opinion. When I told him I had trouble with another company they immediately said the name of the company and I said yeah and they describe a couple of the employers. I would highly recommend that you find another company. In my opinion and all of the above is my opinion, this company is not worth doing business with and is a bit questionable

Called them on Tuesday afternoon after 4p.m. about garage door opener that just stopped working, was 22 years old. Got pricing from lady over phone for new one installed. They were here a little after 9a.m.on Wednesday by just after 10:30 I had a new opener installed. Lee did a great job he even set up the HomeLink in my vehicle.Very happy will use these guys again.M

Please beware of this company. We paid 50% up front for a garage door and were promised a two week delivery. It has now been almost five weeks and Alan will no longer respond to our calls. We disputed the charge on our credit card and hopefully will get our $500 back.

My experience with All American Doors was horrible. I paid $250 to have my garage door fixed and instead the problem was made worse. Allen stopped responding to my calls. I had to pay money to another business to fix my door. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but All American Doors did not respond to the complaint. I lost $250. Buyer beware!!!
