I was sold a X590 lawn tractor, but kept asking for something a little bigger and more versatile. I was told that it had multiple attachments to do just about anything I needed to for the size of my property (1.2 acres). I should have researched the catalog more, instead of relying on the salesperson at the time, and specifically asked for a 700 series, because I am now having to rent equipment that I need, instead of actually HAVING it.

Reynolds did a decent job fixing my mower. They did not check out everything they said. I have a couple bolts missing that werent before and some loose. They said my belt would be checked and replaced of needed. Well the belt wasnt replaced and it in fact needs replaced I knew that already. I overpaid for a service and didnt get the quality promised. One positive is that they washed my mower when the work was complete and Im appreciative. All in all Im definitely not impressed. Ill be taking my business back to small engine warehouse.

This review comes from a different perspective than what Im sure is the majority of their customers. I am not a farmer, but this place is a TINKERERS PARADISE! If you are the mad scientist type, they have an amazing selection of parts that can be repurposed to your needs. Ive used their magnets, gaskets, connectors, etc. to create all kinds of things. They also have an amazing array of chemicals- I use one in my business that saves me tons of time. John Deere chemical products tend to be of a much higher quality than you get at the box store or auto parts place. Makes RK look like Toys R Us. JD and Sthil are renowned, but this place is far more than a tractor store and golden for that thing you need to get from here to there.

If you are a Truck Driver you will want to avoid this place .. The Service Department Manager with which you will be dealing with ( Monty Lechien ) is very rude and treats Drivers like they are idiots.Have never been to any other John Deer dealership that didnt know what they were shipping out and had such an attitude with Drivers. If they had a 0 available on here that is what this place would get based strictly on that Managers attitude the employees try to be nice after the fact but you can tell they are always having to make up for his attitude . I feel bad for them.

John Deere is always expensive, but I felt like I recieved a good price for the products I selected compared to other dealers. Nick gave great customer service by knowing his product and being patient while I decided.
