Dennis was so nice and great full. Knew what he was doing, I’d definitely recommend them. I called to demo a mower and was able to walk out that same day to demo, he is nice and kind for sure. I didn’t really get to talk to the other people but definitely a place to go if you need any tools or equipment

I just bought a pair of gas powered hedge trimmers. I settled on the Echo HC 2020. I was very happy with the service provided. Salesperson was not pushy at all, and was very helpful answering my questions about product. They were not on sale, but the price was better than what I could find online. Will definitely go back for future lawn equipment needs.

I ordered a simple replacement part for an Echo trimmerThe guy told me over the phone that it would be about $35 plus shipping and we can have it here the next day so, I agreedThree trips to the store later, when the part finally arrived, the final bill was over $69,so needless to say .... they still have the partIn all my years of trying to do business locally, I have never met a more outrageously dishonest place.My advice to whomever reads this is never but never do business with this place unless you want to pay a 100% make up in addition to shipping.

Always great people to deal with

Purchased a 2019 Turf Tiger 2 and Dennis and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Seeming a nice group of people who apparently have serious issues with memory or just arent straight shooters. Save yourself some money and frustration and buy from the Scag dealer in Anderson. I wanted to buy local so I went here three time to work through a deal on a new Scag mower. Unfortunately nearly every time I went back over a weeks period of time the prices kept coming up differently and the final straw was when they changed by over $200 in a matter of about 10 minutes with no change in the purchase I wanted to make.

Good people and great service

This place is ridiculous! So unprofessional on how they manage and operate. Gave me the wrong dates on when to expect the parts, so I drove there twice and waited time and money and cannot ever get them to awnser the phone!
