Three stars only because the people working here are grumpy as heck, all of them. I did not encounter one friendly person, its unfortunate, but thats life. Hope they find happiness if they are not happy working here.

Very nice security ladies. You stop at gate they checked my seal. Gave me a spot to park & came back to guard shack to be assigned a door. Unloaded very quick they brought paperwork out to me off I went. Knocked a star off because my trailer was left with about 20 empty cans I had to clean up not cool. You expect us to have a clean trailer for pickup but then leave our trailers with your trash.

We have a contract with Pepsi so 99.9% of the time I come here its drop and hook to a preloaded trailer. And if we do have to get live loaded we get bumped to the front (sorry drivers not my call) and loaded fairly quick. Not sure how any one else fairs coming here. To check in you pull past guard shack and park in line across from the docks left of the guard shack. Walk over and give the person your load number and destination. From this point its different for me than most others cause Im given my paperwork and switch trailers and on my way. Plenty of room to dock. No overnight parking as in matter of fact you must be on your way shortly after unload/load. Small facility not much spare room. Recommend

Strict appointment if you arrive early will be asked to leave, but will get unloaded fast, been here multiple times.

Ive been waiting here for 9 hours straight and still waiting. They put me near the fence line along with other non-Pepsi trucks aka Undesirables. Ive watched Pepsi trucks rolling in and out all day, yet our group of trucks is not getting any smaller. Pepsi get your act together. No truck driver wants to wait this many hours. We dont make money sitting in the truck. If you dont have an entire day to sit in your truck dont get any deliveries to this place. In fact, if you value your time or money, stay away as far as you can from this place as this company doesnt care about non-corporate truck drivers. Not even an estimate of when dock will be available. Called broker. He has no answers either. This is inhumane treatment and should be delt with at corporate level.

I was quick to check in and quick to leave after trailer was unloaded. I probably spent 20 minutes to a half hour from check in to leaving the facility. The folks seemed be really nice and seem to work with you quickly.

Very cool people here, they loaded me in about 1 1/2. If you have a reefer, make sure you take out your load locks otherwise they’ll forget to put it back in your trailer

Very positive experience, was unloaded in very timely manner. Make sure you check in at your Appointment time or not more than one hour earlier the facility are strict on that.

Arrived an hour early waited 45 minutes, put me on a door and was load and gone under an hour!Great job !

I called with a safety concern about Mountain Dew bottles that open without the safety seal breaking. I purchased a 6 pack of 16oz bottles that I didn’t feel safe drinking after two of the bottle caps unscrewed and the seal did not break making it possible for tampering. I put the bottles in the garage thinking Pepsi would care enough to at least call me back for the production run numbers on the bottles for quality control and consumer safety, Guess I was wrong been a month and no call yet. I will switch to coke products in hopes of better safety. Maybe Pepsi is so large that losing one customer won’t hurt there bottom line but I can say that every customer does count and every voice can be heard even if Pepsi ignores it maybe other consumers won’t!

It is by appointment the Best dedicated solutions broker, it pays little for these charges and lies to you about your appointment time and then you have to wait at the place for a new appointment I think both companies should talk and have a little more respect for the drivers2 stars for the lies of the broker, Pepsi must better choose who it sells its loads to.

Be careful how u get loaded one pallet on my trailer fell mind u it was in the middle of the trailer not in the back . Reason wasnt wrapped right they dont restack fallen pallets on the trailer so u gotta do it or hire a lumper & get here on scheduled appointment

I wouldnt give them a star if it would let me is set there all night then around 2 am they came out and told me that I had three trucks in front of me to be loaded around 9am I walk to the guard shack tosee whats going on he tells me after he gets ahold of someone in side that they have not to load me and about a hour later they contacted me and put me in a dock just to tell me that I have a little dust in my trailer and they cant load me because of that Ive load at other pepsi before and this was the first for me on that I JUST THANK THEY TO DAM LAZY AND DIDNT WANT TO WORK

It was confusing had to check in at gate 3 then back track to building 1. It was a difficult process. Other then that unloading was in a timely manner and the receiver that check me in was rude at gate 3 02/02

No problems here, plenty of room! The guard is very nice! Porta potty onsite. Pretty straight forward. Check in, park, Walk to the guard shack. Then wait in your truck for a phone call. Put bills in the trailer back in. Easy docks!

Arrived at this place kinda dark already, receiver was nice, waited awhile and was directed to go to the docks after an hour,the place is too tight and too little to maneuver,but I got loaded quick as soon as I backed into the designated dock.

If you’re here by apt time you’ll be in and out in an hour . But if you missed or screwed by your broker like me- 4-5-8 hrs easily.

Another Pepsi facility that doesnt think that securing their pallets is important. There is no amount of load bars that is going to save pallets that are shrink wrapped with less than 1 layer. Would avoid in the future. Heres a picture of our load that we delivered today. Luckily it was only 3 pallets that fell apart this time.

I have had only good experiences here for loading. You drive in, park in waiting area off to the left & walk back to guard shack to check in. There’s a porta-potty just off to the left of the guard shack for driver use. For those wondering, there is no overnight parking here. I’ve been here several times and load times vary. I’ve been loaded in 15-20 minutes minimum to 1 hour maximum. If you’re respectful when you check in, you’ll get respect in return. IF I should happen to have a negative experience, I will readjust my review. Until then, keep up the great work!

Check it out TRUCK DRIVERS, I’m here to save everyone some headaches. First thing you need to know is that ALL DELIVERIES AND PICK UPS are by appointment only. If your broker said otherwise, they are spinning you. If you show up earlier than an hour and a half before your appointment, chances are, you will be told to come back closer to your scheduled appointment. If you are late, you will be a ‘work in’, which has a variable time frame based on volume. The reason is that there is very limited truck parking and Pepsi honors on time appointments over late work ins. Trailers CANNOT BE DROPPED and left without approval from the dock supervisor. Truck parking is located directly in front of the west docks (docks 13-16). Overflow parking is located on the west side of the backroad behind LBC (9200 Calumet), along the grass line. If your pick up or delivery is for LBC (9200 Calumet), please double check if it’s for Pepsi. There are many other businesses attached to LBC. Docks 21-24 are accessible ONLY by taking the back road, located on the far west side of the can docks (9300 Calumet). Pepsi pick up numbers 99% of the time start with 2754 or 2756. There is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. Security CANNOT get you to a dock faster and is only responsible for checking you in, out and calling you to a dock, as well as occasionally checking to see if your load is still standing. Security CANNOT talk to your dispatch or broker. If you follow these tips, you will be in and out very quickly. I really hope this helps. Have a safe and wonderful day!

Broker told me the appointment was 10/22/20 @2000. Got here at 10/22/20@1900 and was told it was suppose to be a 10/22/200700. Told me I would be a work in. Suppose to be in Nashville 10/23/20 1200. Yeah, right.

Unusually quick Load time this visit. However do not be deceived by your broker if they tell you there is on site parking. There isnt. They direct you down a side street and tell you you May, or may not be asked to leave. We dont know which basically means park at your own risk. They will not allow any over night parking on Pepsi property.

Terrible place to work for. Very poor routing and dispatching, job takes alot longer than expected. No compassion from the boss who calls himself a minister. He should be ashamed to call himself a minister and not care about the well being of employees in his company! Found a better job for a better company so at least something good came out of it. Just be cautious if you plan on pursuing employment here!

Security guards today 11.21.19 are terrible. The white one talks to you in a condescending manner and the black one doesnt even act like she wants to be here working. She looked right at me and looked back down at her phone. Sad and pitiful. Keep it up guys. Awesome job.

Please don’t come here to pick up load here if you don’t have an appointment I waited 7 hrs and they didn’t load me and I have to leave the place without getting loaded because they don’t know when they can load me because I don’t have appointment

I had a 3AM delivery of chep pallets and checked in at 1:40 am, when security called on the radio the warehouse worker was complaining about unloading pallets and I was told to park in the staging area until they could get me a door, as soon as I got parked the security guard called me and told me I had a 9am appointment and I had to leave the property until then, the appointment was changed because the warehouse worker didnt want to do his job,and I had a 9am pickup in Romeoville IL in short, his laziness messed up my whole schedule and this isnt the first time.

What health minded person still drinks cola? Bleh. I was in a Pepsi plant once for a job I had. You would not believe the corrosive chemicals they put in the colas. I dont want to spend my old age rocketing to diabetes.
