Tony and his team treated me and my entire motorcycle club with the upmost respect, professionalism and great customer service. He fitted several of us who had mechanical issues and expeditiously schedule all of us in, serviced our problems and got us on our way. We could not ask for better treatment. 💯

Great Harley dealership

I stopped in after seeing another female riding by on a trike. As soon as I walked inside, Vern welcomed me right away and let me look around while I decided if I wanted to buy the trike. Long story short, after getting as much indie as I could on the bikes, I walked out with a new bike... Not the original I wanted but a better choice! Everyone was friendly and I felt comfortable.

I am extremely pleased with the parts department at Calumet Harley. I bought a brand new 2018 Street Glide Special a couple of years ago and I could not be happier with my bike or Calumet Harley. Brian and Joe along with the entire parts department have been exceptional. They have shared their expertise and experience with me in countless ways. I have made many upgrades to my bike and Id like to thank Calumet Harley as a whole for their superb customer service. I bought my first bike yesterday and I couldn’t have had a smoother experience. What I liked the most about CHD is how MJ told me the great things about my potential choice but also why I might NOT like it. We went over several bike’s pros and cons, and I was never pressured to pick something out I didn’t actually love. 10/10 would recommend to anyone new or experienced to at least give them a look.

Its a great dealership, but they dont put prices on the bikes, and thats not good. You have to ask a salesman for assistance.

I just picked up my second bike from this dealership. Ive worked with the same staff both times and they worked with me start to finish honestly and fairly. If you need an honest opinion, or are looking for the right bike you you, this is the place. Ask for MJ when you walk in, hes a real OG in the bike game. Eric is tight too.

They tried to charge me double for an oil change because the bike was 12 years old and it was purchased from them. When Crete was open I would ride past Calumet to have service done.

Super Dave great service

While traveling to Milwaukee this past June, I and my passenger stopped in at Calumet HD to have the jiffy stand lubed and transmission fluid replaced. I had just purchased my 2018 Heritage Classic 114 Softail 7 days earlier and their service department and salesperson Dave made our visit SOOOOO PLEASANT! The services were performed and Deeanna made some suggestions which made our time their very rewarding for bike and travelers. Thank you both for making Calumet HD one of the best dealerships with which I’ve had the pleasure of associating.
