I took a beginner’s pottery wheel throwing class (making pots, bowls, etc) about a year ago, and I loved it. I found it a great value, with small class size, nice teacher, and just a fun creative activity to really get me of my head and focus on the task at hand - mindfulness at its best. It was wonderful, and if I still lived in the area, I would certainly have taken another class.
