Lighting in the store sucks, not much selection. Make sure you get the right hair product color because they will not let you exchange even if you didnt use it. Rather stick to the beauty store I normally go to.

The people were nice and very helpful I thought they were extremely nice since I had my 2-year-old granddaughter with me and she wasnt really into anything but most of the time people start tripping and little stores like that but they didnt and they were very nice to me and to her so good job and I will be back prices were great

If you like synthetic or blended wigs you can find them here for a little more than you would pay online. But they are extremely RUDE. I refuse to give them my money because of that. I’m from Memphis where beauty supply stores are on every corner so compared to that, this place sucks lol

They sell expired hair care products. Bought a relaxer that was so old it never straightened my hair. I was going to a wedding and had no choice but to buy a wig since I could not do anything with my hair at the time. When I took it back he said he wasnt going to remove the rest of the product and asked me to exchange it for another relaxer. I wanted a refund. He reluctantly gave me one. I will never spend money in this ratchet establishment again. There are plenty of hair stores that arent money hungry with rude incompetent staff.

I was sceptical at first about coming here because of the reviews but i was in the area and decided to stop by and check it out. They have a great selection and anything i wasnt sure about i asked the friendly staff and they were very helpful. Definitely would be back!

I hate this store. But it’s the closest one to campus. They don’t have anything to choose from and the customer service is terrible. They open late and close early. Lied right to my face and told me they didn’t have a product that I’ve bought here before just because it was 10 mins til closing and they didn’t want to let me in. Trash at best.

Read the poor reviews they are the truth. Bought braiding hair 4 days ago, so happened to be the wrong hair. Came back for exchange, but the same man that sold me the hair acted like he didnt sell me the hair 4 days ago because I had no receipt. A simple exchange could not be completed. My mom was right about this hair shop, and had I not been in a hurry I wouldnt have come here. Spend your money at one of the other hair establishments. Boycott KC1 Beauty, they will never get my business again.

Ive been going here since I was a kid. The selection is wider than most shops here in Murfreesboro but they rarely update their wigs and lots of things are overpriced. Friendly staff, clean store but you can find elsewhere or online for a fraction of the cost.

Prices are too high, a lot of the merchandise is outdated ( old ) rude salesman at the counter. The store has bad lighting (too dark) I guess they want to save on energy and use natural light ... Overall the store and management needs a update but in a extremely small town this is what you get

The worse customer service ever! They treat you like a criminal and will lock the doors before time. If they let you in and technically still have 15 minutes before they close it’s then that they follow your every move. I will drive to another city before ever patronizing them again.

Love this beauty supply store!

This store has been open a long time I cant understand why. I was ripped off by buying a $150 wig and with the impression I could dye it. The clerk lied to me saying it was virgin hair and I could. As soon as that wig got wet it balled up! Worst beauty store ever. If I could give lower stars, Id give none.

This beauty supply store was okay for minorities buying there basic hair needs but the options are limited in the community but it will do if youre traveling or staying for an extended period of time. The prices are also fair.

They always sell bad hair just go for hair brush and a little makeup but if u do buy hair always wash it
