After searching numerous places for a pool table, my wife, daughter and I drove from Georgetown, KY to Kincaid several weeks ago and ended up buying a pool table, ping pong table attachment, regular table conversion, pub table (with two chairs) and the barrel arcade system. We bought new felt for our table. It came pre cut. Even the rails. The pack came with the dot and 2 squares of chalk too. They have everything in stock and a good selection of anything related. The man working there knew exactly what we needed and was so nice.

This place is fantastic. I went in looking for a specific cue, which I found I could get a little cheaper in store than online. Thats a rare thing anymore. I could also handle the cue and give it a little test run. I was able to compare it to a selection of probably hundreds. He also had some recommendations on a break stick that I may pick up down the road.He knew his stuff. He knows the local scene. I wound up with the cue I went in for and a lower end single case to keep it in. The guys here make the experience very comfortable. He took care of me.I dont gush about wishing I could give more stars than there are stars available. Lets just say these guys are worth every one of the five they get. Highly competitive pricing andtry before you buy. Cant be beat.

Found Kincaid Billiards through a Google search for pool tables in Tennessee. After discussion on the phone with Johnny Kincaid, I purchased a table. The table was delivered approximately ten days later and it is absolutely gorgeous for a phenomenal price. But, most importantly Jason and Walker delivered the table and built it right before my eyes. Absolutely awesome gentlemen with a true love for their job. After visiting Kincaid Billiards several times, I decided the pool tables, quality wise, were at least equal to a lot of the tables I had inspected in other stores but at a much better price point and were easily the most bang for the buck I had found. The purchase process went very smoothly. The delivery crew showed up right on time, assembled the table in exactly the correct spot and answered all my questions. Ive been playing on the table for four months now and am still very happy with it. If you want a good table at a great value and want to deal with a friendly, local, family owned business, then you definitely should check out Kincaid Billiards for yourself. Also, if something does go wrong, when you call them your call is not answered by some customer service rep in another state but by the man whose name is on the table.

After doing much research and searching online websites, local providers and comparing quality and price I chose Kincaid for our shuffleboard table even though we live in St Louis. We couldnt be happier with the price quality and professional installation that we received. We got a solid wood, high quality table for the cost of a MDF veneer type table.
