I bought a pair of sunglasses a yr ago and a screw was defective and separated from the frames. Seeing I bought them a yr before I didnt expect much help. I was so wrong!! I brought them back with receipt and was able to either have them replaced for free (glasses shipped to my house) or replace for another pair in store. I picked a different pair that were cheaper and was refunded the difference! Andrew was the guy who helped me and was great! No questions or trouble. Great customer service!!! I was very pleased!!

While the staff are great and very helpful, the company policies are crazy. I had to return two pair of sunglasses for identical manufacturer defects. The second time they asked me to look for another pair which was fine because the original obviously had issues. I couldnt find anything I liked so they returned my money to a gift card. This all happened within 20 days of original purchase. Now Im stuff with a $320 gift card I cant use with a corporation I dont want to do business with. Ive loved Sunglass Hut in the past. Never again!
I saw Alexis today, looking for a replacement to my old scratched-up Oakley Bottle Rocket. I told her what I need in sunglasses, and she was very patient with me telling her most of the life story of my eyes and my light sensitivity, especially fluorescent lighting, headlight glare, even my favorite colors. She explained the return/exchange policy to my satisfaction and I bought two pair of Oakley Flak 2.0, one for day, one for night. As far as my day glasses go, I feel like I have a new pair of eyes. Alexis deserves a raise... she really knows the products and how to apply them.
Linda, the manager there were extremely rude to me, my mother and two kids. She was the only one there and we were the only customers. She never once ask us for help. She was too busy strolling through her iPad. My mom was having a hard time finding a pair of sunglasses for her trip and she can clearly see she needed help. Never once she ask if theres anything she can do to help us. She looked down on us like we didnt have money to spend. And that we were a waste of her time. But my mom ended up buying a pair of Ray Ban and spent over $200. I called up there after we left the store to see if i can speak to managment. Linda answered the phone. She stated she was there all day and that she was the manager there. She is not fit for management with such poor customer service. I asked her to speak to someone who is higher up than her but she didnt want to tell me when she will be available. I have never been anywhere and received such poor customer service. She made us felt like we were not good enough to shop there. The way you look and dress does not label how much money you have in the bank!

I went to them and I had glasses you need to fix and I was replaced by the treats of the staff inside more than wonderful.

Went in today going to spend $200 plus on a pair of glasses. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Not the first time in this location. Won’t be back.
Prices are very high. I would exercise your options to order on-line or from another retailer. Wasted trip for the huge mark-up.
