Called and set up appointment, Randy came to measure in timely manner. Very professionally and friendly. Order was placed and given approximate time when we could expect installation. Again time framed was as scheduled. Randy and Lucas came to install. Both are very professional, friendly, and explained what they did and instruction time to wait before using after applying the sealer.

Ordered a large piece of 3/8 tampered glass. It came in way late from what I was told. Then I found it had a big chip on the edge along with other deep cuts near the same area. Communication with them was a nightmare. I tried many times to get them to call me back. They finally gave me a time of when it would be ready but again it came in much later than promised. By the time I picked up the second piece it had been over a month since I placed the order.

Ordered tempered glass top for kitchen table. Everyone we dealt with at Hamilton Glass was very friendly and professional and took pride in their work. Our table looks great and will now be protected for years to come. Thank you

This is for HGC in Murfreesboro, TN. I removed some mirrors from my bathrooms that were cemented to the walls. I wanted to reuse one mirror and install it in a frame so I called HGC and for a reasonable price they cut the mirror down to the frame I had for it in a couple of days. The mirror looks great in the frame and they did an excellent job! Great customer service, quality work, and a reasonable price.

I had a customized mirror cut for a vanity. It cracked about two months after it was installed. The vanity is not used it is an antique that was turned into a vanity. I found the glass cracked when I was showing someone the piece

Had to replace a piece of glass in a garage door and never realized how complicated it could be. Randy came over and did a great job. However, due to my error, the glass broke and I called them immediately. I figured it would take a few days for them to respond because this time I requested tempered glass. They were back to my place in the early afternoon thanks again to Randys help. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, professional and exceeded my expectations in every regard. Use these folks. You wont be disappointed.

Perfect, on a complicated cut. Google claims this review offered a picture option, if it loads the picture shows one angle of 6 they cut on 1/4 glass, polished, and tempered for our fireplace mantel. They werent my first choice because of price, but they were the only shop to complete the project without any problems.

Called on a Thursday morning needing a pice of glass pretty bad to finish a job HGC said they could have it ready for me tomorrow being Friday I said jokingly when I was hanging up the sooner the better they called me about 4 hours later and said they had my glass ready. Thanks HGC I we (Property Services, LLC will be calling on you again thanks again for your help!!
