I am so impressed with Platinum and Gold Jewelers quality of work and customer service. As a surprise for my husband last Christmas, I wanted to have a custom ring made using a horseshoe pendant that we owned (that was originally a horseshoe ring that was worn by his father.) The ring created by Platinum and Gold looked just like the original one from so many years ago. My husband and I were so happy to see this family heirloom on his hand, just as I had been on his Dads so many years ago. He never takes it off! As a result of that, he was wearing it while doing construction work and lost a diamond out of it. I took it Platinum and Gold for repair and to my surprise they repaired it free of charge. They certainly did not have to do that, but they did! I have since purchased other jewelry there and had repairs made with the same exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Platinum and Gold Jewelers!

These guys are awesome! They repaired my son’s watch for a reasonable price! They are professional and personable! During the repair they kept me updated on the progress. I had an amazing experience with Platinum & Gold Jewelers. I dropped off a pair of earrings to be repaired late on a Friday afternoon and they were finished and ready for me to pick up by Monday! A++++ We had an excellent experience working with Charles on my engagement ring. I specifically wanted a moissanite ring and asked Charles for his opinion on the stone. He was very knowledgeable of the stone and agreed it would be a great choice for us. We talked about our different design options and decided to go the semi-custom route. He very patiently worked with us, showing us different options for the band, mount, stones, etc…. I simply told him my thoughts on what I was looking for, and he showed us several styles during our first visit. Within a day or two, he sent us photos of several beautiful options he had found, and we eventually landed on a beautiful large oval moissanite with a hidden diamond halo in white gold. He treated us so well. It was so great to work with someone who truly cared about their product. We felt like he really wanted us to be happy with the ring and wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale. He wanted us to have exactly what we wanted, and he wanted to create a quality ring. Even though we designed and ordered the ring together, he helped my fiancé make it a surprise in the end. I saw the ring for the first time with him down on one knee, and I couldn’t believe I had such a pretty ring. I get compliments on it constantly. Honestly, I get compliments from strangers at Home Depot and the grocery store. We plan to be back to visit Charles for more goodies in the future. Coming from a couple who has visited a lot of chain jewelry stores over the years in search of the perfect engagement ring, you could not ask for a better experience. Very nice to work with. This post is beyond overdue but KUDDOS to Charles and his team. My husband purchased for our 5th anniversary (20 years ago) an invisible set diamond ring with baguette and round diamonds on the side. My mother liked the ring so well she purchased one for herself. When my mother passed away, I inherited her jewelry - thus ending up with 2 of the same rings.I went to Charles with a vision of splitting my mother’s ring down the center and making 2 bands to wrap around my original ring. I was hesitant because I was worried at how it would look but knew I didn’t need 2 of the same ring. Charles walked us through each process step by step and I couldn’t be HAPPIER and EXCITED of the outcome. I decided to go here for an engagement ring based on the online reviews. That turned out to be an awesome decision!Charles curated several diamonds that met the specifications for which I asked. We looked at them together inside and out and under magnification, which was very helpful in picking the diamond I wanted. I was encouraged to take my time through the whole process. He was very up front with the out-the-door cost based on the diamond and setting I chose. All my questions were happily and thoroughly answered, which made the buying process much more comfortable. The pup with the bowtie, Mayhem, was quite friendly as well!My now-fiancée loves her engagement ring. It was exactly what she had in mind! I took my wife wedding band and ring here for a repair. The owner was friendly and welcoming as well as the nice lady that was there too. His prices were unreal for a repair job. And by unreal I mean they were a fourth of the price that another jeweler that repaired my wife ring had charged. The same ring broke in the same place so I decided to take it here for the repair as I was frustrated with Bells. The prices were amazing, the owner was a real nice guy that I enjoyed talking to, and i also paid for a cleaning (which was ridiculously cheap). He also fixed my wifes wedding band from falling off constantly as when we originally had it made, another jeweler messed it up so the owner here soldered the pieces together with my wifes blessing of course. When my wife got home with the rings, i literally shouted wow as I saw the ring sparking from a room a way. It looked like it was brand new. The cleaning was amazing and the repair was great. He fixed the broken pieces and soldered them together where even I was amazed at the job he did. My ONLY regret about this place..........I didnt know about it sooner to get my wifes wedding ring and band custom made here five years ago. I wish i had gone here and not the other two places that messed it up and overcharged. I will sure come here for any jewelry for my wife. Thanks for the amazing job guys. I had an excellent experience getting my ring sized by Platinum and Gold Jewelers. I had a ring that my late father had given to me when I graduated college and finally took the time to get it sized. It was sized and returned much quicker than expected and was returned to me with more sparkle than when I gave it (they did a great job cleaning my ring!)

I gave it 5 stars because I cant give it 6.They are seriously the best jewelry store you can work with. After doing business twice with them, I am extremely happy. I went to 3 other big name jewelers in the area and their prices did not even come close. I had an engagement ring custom made from a photo on pintrest my fiancee picked. Instead go paying $1500 for a band that she was not happy with, Platinum and gold made the one she wanted from scratch for less then a third the cost!!! I was so happy, with them I did the same with the wedding band almost a year later and again, custom ring for less then half the other guys. The service was great. They went above and beyond. We get married in 3 weeks and she could not be happier with the rings we got. They defiantly over delivered on their promise. Fellas, do your self a favor and let them hook you up.

When I was given a ring that my father had been hanging on to for 30 years, it was less than impressive. I am far from a diamond girl but due to the sentimental value I did want to have the ring brought back to life, with a slight size/quality upgrade. Seeking to support local businesses, I stumbled upon wonderful reviews about a local jeweler. The next thing I know I am at Platinum and Gold’s Murfreesboro location. When it comes to jewelry I am clueless, and was pretty forthcoming with that information the first time that I met Charles. Luckily for me he was also very honest and forthcoming with the cost of everything I was requesting, freely gave his honest opinions, and shared his mindset towards diamond selection; which is not to chose the most expensive like most corporate stores would have you do. I am sure that the amount I spent is on the far lower end of what he sees, but with his quality of service and attentive attitude towards making the ring I had the ring I wanted, you would have thought I was walking out with the heart of the ocean. The diamonds ordered arrived in a very timely manner, in fact I probably took longer to decide on one! This place is fantastic. The gemstone fell out of my fiances engagement ring and Zales refused to fix it even though it had only been two weeks. Here they found the problem and offered multiple solutions for it, he even broke down the exact pricing and how much everything would be and why.We ended up getting a whole new band which he found for us that matched perfectly and reseated all of the gemstones. The ring turned out perfectly and she loves it more than the original.The pricing was so much more reasonable than I was expecting and we ended up very happy with the repairs. I went in to sell my old class ring and an old wedding band expecting to get around $150 for the gold value. They ended up giving me $500 which was way above what I was expecting. They could’ve taken advantage of me and I would not have known the difference. I could not be more pleased. I was in and out in under five minutes.
