Having a hard time reaching out to the seller! Apparently Nick is not answering his call for a week! Their website is the worst. And cant see no prices and no information. If you can go to the store that might be somewhat helpful but other than that its too much work to reach out to these people!

Poor communication and not willing to help.

Walk in with my dad. We was looking at shingles then walk up to this woman and men in the middle the room ask about this one shingle. The guy said some will be with us but the woman siting besides him says what do you need my dad told her the name the shingle. The woman say we dont it without looking it up on her computer or anything like they dont want our business.

I ordered a door from them, it was supposed to be exactly like the one on display, when I picked it up it wasnt stained was told they only come unfinished. After I got it stained and installed a new handle I went to install and realized they made it with the hinges on the wrong side. Order was written up correctly not made correct. The door also was not hung centered in the frame. Nice door, but poor quality on their part since they have a door shop that makes them onsite

Ordered two doors and one was wrong. Spent 30 minutes with salesman explaining what I needed and still was wrong.

I have used Haynes many times with great service and advice. The most recent experience was buying primed trim and quarter round for baseboard. Their prices beat the big box stores by at least half. I recommend them!

I had them make my solid interior doors. Im very happy with them. Doors and trim is what I buy from here. They also design kitchens. My husband can install everything himself so I do not need installation service. I walked in for a quote and 5 people are onsight to help. Within 10 min i had a quote done and was able to order. This was nice after several home depot and Lowes trips where I could not get any help at all. People who complain about service have never bought anything. Their service is far better than most places in town. I will be back often. Thank You!

ALL TRUCK DRIVERS ! Don’t try to come through the front drive way. past the front of the building make a immediate left AFTER chillis onto Ridge rd entrance is on ridge rd.

Sign is small so truckers turn between chillis and chewys to deliver, but theyunload pretty quick...
