Southland Brick and Block are scam artists. They sold us paint grade brick and delivered factory seconds. They said they were coming back to the house to pick up the bad brick but it was left at the house for months. We were charged for the bad brick and the new brick since some of the pallets had broken open due to weather. We ended up having about three types of diffe rent brick patterns on our house. Some of the factory seconds starting peeling and falling into pieces. I wanted to sue them but my wife wouldn’t let me. And when they finally did deliver paint grade bricks we were charged the trip fee even though it was their mistake. No apologies from the company. They just kept saying they were all the same brick when clearly they weren’t. Even after we painted the brick white it’s still very obvious we have different types of brick on the home. Hopefully a year or two from now the bricks won’t start peeling again. Which will result in us having to repaint the entire home.
