We were introduced to Southern Spa at the Williamson County Fair. We spoke with I believe Lisa there. She was amazing, gave us all of the information we needed. When we were ready to order, the process was seamless! We knew what we wanted, they advised due to shipping issues it could be 8 to 12 weeks. They told us this up front so we were prepared. It actually delivered in 7 weeks!!! They gave us an eta of when they would arrive, and were also EARLY!! This is a family business and they are amazing. We have Brianas cell and can text her anytime with questions. They will answer within an hour! Usually faster.

We highly recommend this company and the product they represent! Cody was very knowledgeable regarding the hot tub/spa we were interested in and was a pleasure working with him. He and his brother even personally delivered and set up our new spa at our home with a demonstration of the features and how to properly care for the water cleanliness. Lisa, his mom, handled the logistics by setting up the delivery date and time with us. She is very uplifting on the phone and very accommodating in meeting our schedule...even if she couldnt, we would made arrangements to help meet their needs because of their professionalism and quite frankly their way of doing business. We purchased our spa at the home show in Tampa, Florida. What caught our eye was the hard cover and the ease of opening and closing it. Rob and Lisa were wonderful to work with. We had it delivered and up and running in less than at week. We LOVE our new spa.

The Hot Tub was delivered set up and filled with water. All chemicals and how to use them were explained to us. How to program time and set temp of hot tub explained. Set up was quick about 1 hour total. Great experience looking forward to getting in it tonight.

Our experience with Southern Spa Outlet was so easy, comfortable and flawless. We saw them at a home show in Ft. Myers, FL and Rob spent time answering all our questions even though we told him we were just looking. After learning more about the E2, we called back the next day and ordered it. The process was so simple. We had our spa delivered from TN to FL 4 weeks later without issue. Rob & Cody set everything up for us exactly where we wanted it, explained all the treatments needed and left us with a hot tub ready to enjoy! As for the spa itself, it has all the jets we need and we can manipulate them easily to hit exactly the right spot. The lid is SO easy that even one person can open and close it with one hand. It keeps the heat in and can even lock so that little ones cant accidentally get it. Looks great! Would definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for a spa.
