I have been looking for a built in trim kit for a microwave. I searched for several weeks, both online and in person. I called Ferguson and they were so helpful, they were polite, courteous, and so pleasant to work with. They were able to order the part that was back ordered everywhere - and it arrived next day; all for a price lower than every other retailer around. I highly recommend this retailer!

A disaster of an experience. We wasted a lot of time with these people: “your order is shipping this week, next week, next week, canceled, price increase, shipping next week,” on and on. Your order has been canceled. Our plumber’s advice was to go to their competition.

Worst showroom experience ever. Receptionist knew nothing about types of vanities and was not at all helpful when it came to the options for getting one with Ferguson.Did not mention that showings were by appointment only on Saturday’s due to COVID-19 while on the phone inquiring about stock.When we arrived and she informed us of this, she was also very confused about whether or not they were currently at capacity to even let us in. After telling us she could take our name and number to let us inside, we informed her of the fact that it did not indicate on their website they were by appointment only nor did she let us know over the phone.She told us we could walk around and look before dropping her pen and notebook on the desk and dropping herself in her chair and telling us we needed to sanitize before entering the showroom due to COVID. If they truly were at capacity, she would have been less rude and would have accepted our offer to wait before we could go in since we had traveled a while to get here.While we began to look at vanities near the entrance, her rude whispers to her co-worker were fairly audible.As we walked around looking their options, we discovered that “at capacity” essentially meant 2 couples. We spent only 4 minutes looking around due to limited showroom options for vanities.Upon walking towards the front to leave, a couple had just arrived who had made an appointment. She informed them that they were going to have to wait and that she would have to take their names and phone numbers since they were certainly at capacity, turning to look towards us with a very nasty look on her face so as to insinuate that we were the cause of her troubles. The husband said, “But we have an appointment..?” We said “It’s alright, we were just leaving.” The husband said, “well those two are leaving, can we come in?” I do not think his aggravation at the receptionist was a haste conclusion. He apparently had spoken to her on the phone as well.If this receptionist keeps her job a day longer, it will come as a great surprise.Will not return. Unprofessional establishment. Unprofessional staff. Unprofessional conduct. Had higher expectations for such a location.

We worked with Megan. She was recommended to us by our contractor. Fergusons provides a one-stop-shop for all of your needs for a kitchen or bath remodel. We were able to pick out all of our lighting, our plumbing fixtures and kitchen sink. they also offer appliances but we had previously purchased appliances for the project. Megan quickly put together all the prices and we were able to get the contractors discount and which made all of the products price-competitive with the big box stores. Look for yellow tags because those fixtures are offered at a significant discount.

Tara was top notch! Got to the root of a difficult issue I was having requiring in depth knowledge of parts and pieces I needed to replace with a very atypical fixture the original plumber of my house had installed. Will definitely be a return customer!

Great selection and a beautiful showroom

Ferguson is a large company with lots of options however do not buy their extended warranty package. A little known fact about this company is they purged all of their customer data after one year. Needles to say filling a warranty claim three years after your purchase is a nightmare to say the least and they will not help you in anyway to file the claim because they simply do not have your customer data. Call me old-fashioned but I find this to be absolutely unacceptable especially considering “extended warranties cost anywhere from $300 to $500”when purchasing such highend items. My advice is to avoid this place at all cost and to do your business at the big box stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s or other higher end franchises at least when you purchase an item they will keep your information on file and are happy to assist you.

Great place to shop for plumbing supplies. However, the hours on Saturday as posted are not correct. The plumbing department closes at 11 am on Saturdays not 3pm as it says when you “Google” them.

My wife and I went in the store looking for a gas range, and when we got there we where met by Cody. Cody took us to see the ranges and explained the different ranges to us, he was not a high pressure sales person. My wife and I decided to buy the range from Cody, we set up a date to have it delivered, and when it was delivered the delivery people they were on time, friendly, and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting to anyone.

Wasnt happy with my recent visit. I guess if you dont have an appointment they dont have anyone that can sell you what you need. I stopped in twice and the first time a sales rep told me she could help me for about 10 to 15 minutes which I felt was odd. I came back right when they were open hoping I could have someone show me alcove tubs and showers. I was ready to purchase right then but lady at desk showed me a couple but then wanted me to set up appointment. I felt like it was a snooty type of business and cant believe they dont have people available to talk to when you just walk in. Their website shows 9 employees but guess still cant get help. Ended up going to Lowes and spent over $3500 for 1 tub and 2 showers.

Ive bought ac parts several times in the past, but when I called today to see if they were open, they told me that they couldnt sell me parts and I had to get them from an ac man. Its just a capacitor. Im not trying to change a compressor or anything serious. This is a ridiculous change.

It was a great place as usual as they looked past my product stupidity and made sure I got the right thing for the right job.
