Told my load was going to be ready by 1 got here hour and a half later still aint ready

First time enter Tuesday at 1 pm unload 15 minutes.

Great place to start a career. International steel service centers offers great opprtuinities for a young person looking to find a home/career. We are all family at Kloeckner. I have been here for 18 years. Started as temporary that had never seen the inside of manufacturing facility.

This place is so slow. It take an hour or a hour and a half to unload one truck. You get there at 7 am you might be unloaded by 9 am if you are lucky. I come to this hell hole everyday and its always the same

This is the slowest place I ever been to in my life been wanting for 5 hours in still havent got loaded the workers dont do anything if you want to call them workers because this place really do suck DONT COME HERE !!!!!!!!

Came here to pick up a load going to Stuttgart, Arkansas. Got there at 3pm with 5.5 hours left to drive. Could have gotten there hours sooner but I was told they couldnt load me until after 4pm. The loading process took so long. I ran out of hours & they dont have overnight parking. Avoid this place if you can. It can cost you a days worth of money & rest.

Hope you arent in a hurry here. Every time I come here it takes approximately 1 hour per truck (no kidding). If you ask them a question they ignore you. Sitting in a line with 10 trucks and you know you are going to be ALL day
