Well after looking at an 11 Ultra on there website for the past six months I decided to go there shop, look at it in person and if I liked it pull the trigger and make the purchase. Went all the way there and THEY WERE CLOSED !!!! I even checked there website for hrs and times open before I left.I had some friends I ride with warn me not to go to a mom and pop shop. I guess I learned my lesson, and waisted part of my day. If you post hrs of business BE THERE !! I wont waist my time with them again.

So, Went in to the place (it has been over a year now) and asked for a CAM for my 18 HD RG. I did not know anything about how the style of CAMS work, sizes, types ETC. They suggested we get the Torque cam and not the HP cam (S&S). So, on their advice my buddy (same bike) and I get ours installed. Now, I have a V&H FP3 fuel pack (tuner) and he did not. We knew the bikes will have to be tuned. So he had them do their tune on his and I did V&H tunes on mine. Both run very rough. I used V&H customer service 4x times now (they are amazing) to try and get the bike tuned to the CAM. I have big air intake, and modified exhaust (full, not slip ons). Still runs rough. Hesitates bad (almost stalls) in turns if RPMs are low. Anyway my buddy has been there 4 times to get the tune right. The last time he left the bike for OVER 2 weeks asking them, please do not give it back until you run it around and get the hesitation out. 3 weeks (almost ) later, he goes. They did not even touch the bike. So, he left. Despite me calling them a few times they never called back or had an answer.So a few months later I went to a different shop. Turns out the CAM installed on the bikes are made for Big Bore Kits (BBK) and our bikes can not handle it. Way too big. I thought this was wrong so when I called V&H for another tune. I asked the V&H rep - he told me the CAM was definitely too big without a BBK.So now, a year later, I still have a bike that hesitates in low RPMs and is SLOWER than a stock 107 engine. Thanks guys!!

Just had them install a Baker reverse on my 2012 Harley Davidson Ultra. It was a new experience for them but they were up for the challenge. If you need any work done drop by and ask, they are a great bunch of people. Very pleased and will be back. Oh by the way their prices will make you happy too.

Bought an awesome 2013 Roadglide Ultra from Hooligans. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable. Got a great price without haggling. Look forward to my next service with a possible 21 front wheel upgrade. Hooligans will be the only shop servicing my Harley. (And I drove right by two dealerships to get to them)

Do yourself a favor and bring your bike here instead of the Harley shop. These guys are as good as it gets. Bruce treats everyone like family. Why pay double the price for service work at the Harley shop when Bruce gets the parts for the SAME service from the SAME Harley dealer that charges double the money for the SAME work. Adam is an HD trained technician and is sure to take care of your needs big or small.

Excellent service on my 13 heritage. Guys mounted and balanced front and rear tires for me. They did it when they said they would and what they said they would do it for. No haggling. Courteous and friendly. Definitely will get more of my business. Tried local harley dealer coudnt even get their service department on the phone. Thanks guys you did me good.

Friendly guys who really go the extra mile for their customers. Had stator and rotor replaced on my 94 Heritage by Adam, guy checks the bike over, fixes a couple leaky gaskets in the process, in and out in a day.No doubt a return customer, thanks guys.
