I couldnt be happier with my purchase of permanent holiday lights. I decided to go with Brite Nites because I liked being able to control each light individually. I wanted to set it up so that it looked like the architectural canned lighting that is used on the newer homes. Well, I had a hard time getting them to work right. I work from home and I work with sensitive information so I wasnt comfortable giving out the wifi information to have them set it up so I was kinda in a bind. They were very patient and as I had suspected, the problem was between the couch and my tablet. I finally got the controller on my wifi instead of bluetooth to my phone and everything is working perfectly. I have lights for every occasion you could possibly think of (sports team colors, police, Canada Day, Halloween, Cinco de Mayo, Disney, Rainbow, Star Wars, etc). You can program each individual light a different color. I have it set up as the architectural lighting, but I have the lights by my bedroom a little dimmer. They are absolutely stunning. Customer service was great! The installers were great! The product is great! I could not be happier.

Brite Nites does outdoor lighting for my business every year. Their work is always STUNNING and I get continuous compliments on our big spruce trees... The team is so easy to work with and they always follow up a few times throughout the season to make sure everything is ship-shape. Every year we put a twist on our lights and Brite Nites is always enthusiastic to try new things and offer ideas. This year we went with a pink, gold, white and green combination that is really unique. They always use x2 as many lights as other companies. I highly recommend them!!

Brite Nites installed the new lighting system, when some of the colors on the LED didn’t fully match they quickly responded and fixed the problem - the new Holliday lighting system is amazing!

I have had the permanent RGB lighting for quite a few years now, and I just had Brite Nites recently redo mine. I have really loved having the permanent lighting and have it come on every night. Even if its just white.The reason I had mine redone is because they told me that they had a newer product that was far superior. I didnt like how far apart the previous lights I had were, and I felt like I didnt have that many options for patterns.Holy cow!! This new system is awesome!!!In the app, there are a lot of premade patterns that you can choose from. Either static or moving. There are many different libraries that each have quite a few patterns in them. Its been fun trying them and Im looking forward to trying them with each holiday.But one thing I noticed from my previous system, was that I quickly got tired of a pattern after awhile, or there just wasnt one I liked.With this new system, I can make my own pattern. Im still playing around with it, and learning it, but it is really fun.In the static option, you can individually control each and every light. You can have them each a different color if you wanted, or you can pick which ones to turn off.The new installation was flawless and they worked nonstop to put it in. Brite Nites even uninstalled my old system and put in the new system.Im thrilled with my new system from Brite Nites. I think it looks so nice and Im excited for every holiday! 😊

We have been very pleased with BriteNites. This last year we apparently needed to be much more specific about set-up times. I thought we had been given a set date instead we had probably been given a window. The earlier you request set-up. . .the better

Brite Nites is an wonderful company. They have great prices for the type of job that they do, meaning they take a $500 job but make it look like a $5,000 job. I started using them last year, I have tried several other companies and they just havent lived up to my expectations. I only used to use lighting companies at christmas time until I met Dean at Brite Nites. I now use them all year long. THEY TRUE ARE AMAZING!!!! Brite Nites hired me to take photographs for their product and for their projects and I was very impressed with their work. They create amazing designs with light and it was a lot of fun to shoot for them. I enjoyed taking their pictures at Gateway, Station Park, and other nice places with SO many lights. I was blown away. I also enjoyed how happy the customers were with their Christmas lights. People thought it was really neat that I worked for Brite Nites. They were a completely professional company to work with. Definitely a neat up and coming company to be a part of.

We were out of town when the lights went up (they came a few days earlier than we’d asked for) and came home to a beautiful surprise. They had done a perfect job. When we first got our quote (from a very honest and approachable guy), we were surprised by the cost - we’d never done this before so didn’t know what to expect. We decided to do less than what we’d wanted originally in order to keep the cost down and we received zero pressure to do more. We were kept informed about timing and expense every step of the way. We got several follow up calls about whether we were satisfied. Last night, one strand of lights on our big oak tree was out. I texted our rep to tell her and she sent someone out tonight - less than 24 hours later - to fix the problem. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the work and more impressed with the service. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it.

Jaime, Dean & their crew have come through for us both times and created AMAZING light displays for us both times. They know how to run a business and really put the customer and the project first. They are creative, flexible, and work hard until the job is done.

Brite Nites lights are amazing! We had ours installed just before Christmas and they have been on every night since. Installers were professional, friendly and got the lights up really fast! They also did a super job cleaning up and were careful of our house and flowerbeds during install. We love the patterns and color combinations. The list of light patterns needs to be updated as the pattern numbers on the list dont match the pattern numbers on the control pad. Also, when will the app be available for our phone so we can program our own color combos? Thanks for a great product -- lots of compliments from our neighbors!!!

I had a long day at work. I got home and my lights were COMPLETE! I loved not having to worry about this company. I didnt even need to be home. The lights were done beautifully & made my whole winter cheerful. Sadly in January a chunk of my lights in one of my trees had gone out due to weather or something. I called Brite Nites and they had someone come out and fix my lights right away. Wonderful Company. I cannot wait for Christmas!

We saw Brite Nites working in our neighborhood year after year and when we had our child we decided it was time to start decorating our house for the holidays. Everything from the consultation, installation, and take down of the lights was easy and professional. We started small with just two large trees, but they still treated us as if we were the biggest client on their books. We look forward to adding more and more light features each year and since we dont have to worry about installing, storing, or taking down, the ol ask for forgiveness instead of permission will go over a bit smoother when I reach my goal of making the Christmas Vacation house look dull.

I Googled them here in Murray and they had good reviews, so I went in to there office to see if they had a certain kind of clip that I needed for my dads house and to get information about having my house done up for Christmas. They took forever to come out and greet me and when they did the guy said (without even looking at the clip) no he didnt have that clip and I should look on Amazon they have two day shipping. He then turned around and walked away leaving me standing there. At that point I decided there was no sense in trying to wave him back to find out how much it would be to have my house done, and that I should probably find a different company with better customer service to do my Christmas lights this year.

Brite Nites and Dean Lyons are the best! They have been doing the tree at The Reid Bldg. in Park City for over 15 years and each year the lights go on it is always a sight to behold. We would strongly recommend Brite Nites.

Great service, and I loved my Christmas lighting so much!

We used Brite Nites to light our tree and roofline. Due to a lack of communication on their part, we only ended up with one strand on the front of our building rather than the entire roofline. I dont know how you could confuse roof line for just the front of the building. They also are not a customer service oriented company, we had to talk with the director of operations about a power issue and he was short and condescending with us. Many of the lights on the trees did not work in whole sections. Definitely taking our business elsewhere next year!

Weve used Brite Nites for our Christmas lights for the past 3 years. I chose the more expensive option of buying the LED lights and having Brite Nites store these lights weve purchased from them for use in subsequent years. In this case, we are only charged for the labor of putting the lights up and taking them down. Even with us moving from one house to another, there was no hassle at all. The only complaint I have is that weve had to have the company come out a few times to fix the connections because our lights werent coming on when they were supposed to. Still, when Ive needed them to come out and make these repairs, the staff has been friendly and has sent someone out to repair our lights within 24 hours, unless Ive called on a Saturday. Then it took an extra day, of course, because their crews dont work on Sunday. I recommend Brite Nites and have been pleased with their work. My Christmas lights look beautiful and I regularly receive compliments on them.

Second time using them and next year will be a third, great work- fast, efficient and most importantly they have integrity! Jaime is awesome to work with as well!

This company really has not clue how to create a hassle-free situation when working with customers, even though their website and employees say they do projects no matter how large or small. We have received the runaround and indirectly told that our business is not worth their time because it is not large enough to be profitable. I would warn any home owner that Brite Nites is not the company for you and you will better be served elsewhere. The product was faulty and the customer service was poor.

Nite Brites Customer service is the best the were very attentive to my concerns and most importantly answered by questions honestly and directly. I think the most impressive thing about this company is the say what they will do and then the DO what they said they would do.I would recommend Brite Nites to anyone with out hesitation!!!
