Left my phone to get unlocked at this store. Tried calling 10 days later to see if it was done and it sent me straight to the answering machine. The next day went in to check on it and possibly pick it up and the lady said they couldn’t unlock it and gave me the phone dead. This place wasted my time and didn’t even think about calling me to tell me they couldn’t do it. 10/10 would not recommend this place, don’t waste your time or money here.

Went in to sell a couple of phones, you know because the name of the business literally says they buy phones and was told they had decided not to purchase phones at this time. Wasted my time, should change your name if you dont offer a service.

If I could give no stars I would I went three times all three they didn’t have the parts. Very unorganized and do not seem ready to handle any business. I called to see if they had the part and they did then when I showed up they couldn’t find it. 0/10 would never go back.

Great place. Got a new charging port installed on my S10 for under $100. Saved me from getting a new phone. Im 100% satisfied withthis place. Will definitely come again for future phone needs.

Went in today to get my iPhone 11 fixed & the phone itself looks great, but when I go to my camera it looks like an android quality camera.

This place is awesome. Very nice and friendly staff. They fixed my I phone twice and I will return again. It is the cheapest place for the screen repair. The plus size is below 80$. Great great service. Also fast, in a minutes I got my phone repaired. Highly recommend.

Awesome, awesome, awesome customer service and all around customer relations. They went above and beyond in helping me, even to the tune of shelling out their own money to pay a return fee for me. I was having problems with the charging port on my phone. I was told it would be $65 for a new port. When I got to Total Phone Store, it was a clean, bright, well displayed and stocked store. The owner said all I needed was to have the port cleaned, not replaced. He did that for free, plus GAVE me a new charging cord because I needed to have one that was similar to the cord that came with the phone. The owner was so nice and knowledgeable. I didnt know anyone who thought the customer to be more important than profit...but this guy did!

This place was awesome! They stayed late for me and then fixed my phone in 10 minutes! I was very impressed! They were also the cheapest when I called around. Overall a great experience.

2020Nov19Be prepared for excellence, professionalism & courtesy - things most vendors in SLC ignore. This shop has a great repair service, a beautiful layout with anything phonewise you may need & an honest staff that insist on solving your problem to your satisfaction. Highly recommended.

No communication, bad customer service, unclear prices and expectations.

DON’T GO THERE. It’s cheap but it doesn’t worth. I came in to get my iPhone X back screen fixed, i fount them at Groupon at a great price. My first time there they ordered the part and I asked to come back next Saturday I did but no parts yet, so I came back again in few days. They “fixed” it but my camera was not working. He took so long to “fix” it, also he said it was hard and he messed it up. I thought he knew what he was doing but after that I’m not sure. He asked me to came back the follow day to change the camera that he broke when was fixing, ok he changed the camera. After couple days I noticed some internet and wireless issues, I went back in he looked and said the problems was not the phone, so what is the problem then? My phone never had any issue before. Couple days more my phone screen had a black spot and I could see well. As the first time i was expecting them to be very kind and respectful and since the offer a 100% year warranty i was expecting a good experience. well i went in and the guy there was very mean and said I dropped the phone and broke my lcd, but I didn’t dropped it, since I just replace my back glass I was so careful, also I didn’t see any crack on my screen. So he was mean and said he will charge $150 more to fix it now. Should I pay again to fix the problem he did. He had nosympathy to the situation. it was not a good experience and iwould not recommend it to anyone else. Now I have a worse phone that I had when I came in just to replace a glass back scree. I’m so frustrated. Waste my money and my time.I’m not lying people. See how the guy treat us customers? Here is my phone without any cracker. Also why does my phone started having problems after the guy touched? I regret to going there so bad. It’s an expensive phone. I’m not playing any game, I don’t need it

I shattered my iPhone 7 phone screen, and started looking for places to get it repaired. I ended up going with Total Phone Store, and Im glad I did, and I will definitely use them again next time I need a phone repair. The whole experience was so easy, I dropped my phone off, went and ran a couple errands, and an hour later picked it up looking like new. So much easier (and so much less) then dealing with the Apple Store. Recommend 100%.

My wife and I went here to get her IPhone XS screen fixed, and the first time I was so impressed with their pricing and service that I referred people to come here to get their phone fixed. However, a month later her phone screen went green/black while watching a movie, and wouldn’t work at all. We went back because they offer a “100% 1 year warranty guaranteed. (Cited straight from their website.) The lady looked over my wife’s phone, and couldn’t see anything wrong, and took the phone to the back, and 20 minutes later came out and said she found “a little crack, and that they won’t replace it for free.” First, they have NO type of explanation of what a “100% 1 year warranty consists of.” Second, how do we know that SHE didn’t crack the screen herself when she took the phone to the back so they wouldn’t have to replace it for free? Third, while we were there she called her husband and talked to him in Spanish (and I can also speak Spanish which they do not know, and they did not speak good things about the situation and were using vulgar language. Fourth, after all of this happened, 30 minutes later the lady says we will have to go to their South Town location because she does NOT know how to fix this phone. She is the one who told us when to come back to get it fixed, so why wouldn’t she send us to the South Town location in the first place if SHE does not know how to fix this IPhone? These are a just a few examples as to how poorly this business is ran and many reasons not to go back. To say the least, I will NEVER go back, and NEVER refer anyone to this place. We would now rather pay the extra money at a place who will stand by their warranty and honor their business. All this business wants to do is take your money.

Awesome place! Took my iPhone with a major cracked screen here and they replaced the screen for less than half the price of all the other places in the valley (I had called several). Also had it finished in 20 minutes and the quality of the work seems great. On top of that, very friendly service and they cleaned out the ports in the phone at no additional fee so my sound and charging work significantly better now. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I came in to get my screen fixed, i was referred here and told they did a great job at a great price. My first time there they were very kind and very respectful, but don’t be fooled it was just a show so they could get their money. after a month or so my phone screen when black and wouldn’t work. As the first time i was expecting them to be very kind and respectful and since the offer a 100% year warranty i was expecting a good experience. well i went in and the lady there was very mean and very vulgar, and had no sympathy to the situation, and then told us we’d have to go to a different location to get it fixed, because she didn’t know how. it was not a good experience and i would not recommend it to anyone else.

I went in to replace 2 old iPhone screens. The lady [owner] was very nice and friendly. She got them fixed for me within 30 mins. The prices were crazily low when compared to other iPhone repair shops. She even checked my phones if they were unlocked since I told her the phones would send out of the country. I will recommend this place to my friends and come back for future businesses.

My experience here was terrible. I came in because my screen was acting up and I was told they had great pricing. I went in and showed them my phone and they said they wouldn’t fix my screen even though I have a one year warranty with them...I find that disrespectful and not loyal to your customers. I thought this place was great because they had the best prices out of anyone but the fact is they don’t follow through on their warranty and can careless about customer service because they were mean and not trustworthy.

I tried to have my cracked Pixel 3 screen repaired back in December, but the repair was unsuccessful and Ive had a multitude of issues ever since. They accommodated my need for a quick repair by express ordering the necessary parts, but the part was apparently faulty and when they installed the part handed the phone back I couldnt even use my phone (the glass didnt work and we couldnt unlock the phone). A full refund was issued, but I had to have another repair service attempt to fix my then useless phone. Since then, the speaker doesnt work during phonecalls, and my phone service is spotty near my home (wasnt the case before repair). Id recommend taking Google products elsewhere.

Do not! do not! do not! go here to get your phone screen fixed!!! We were tricked by there great price on a screen, however we payed $200 on a screen that lasted 3 weeks. We went back to ask them about it, and ask them about there warranty, which on there website says they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed. iPhone screen repair warranty. Well long story short, they wouldn’t honor a 3 week warranty and they were very disrespectful about it. I should mention I never dropped my phone or anything. I honestly believe THEY did something when they replaced my screen. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my phone iPhone 7 in for a cracked screen. The guy was very friendly and was able to fix my phone in 30 mins. Price was much better than other stores. I’ll bring all my future phone issues here.

I normally am not one to leave reviews but this experience was awful and very uncomfortable. Came in to fix my phone because of the great price offered and specifically the warranty. One month after getting my screen replaced, it went completely out and so we took it back because of the one year guaranteed warranty, to which they would not honor. They then began talking to each other in Spanish about us using very vulgar language to which they didn’t know we also speak Spanish. They way they talked to me and addressed me made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. And then when we asked to still get it replaced, they tried to charge us MORE than the first repair. This review is because of the hostile environment and loss of $400+. I recommend NOT giving them your business.

Me and my girlfriend came in to get her iPhone X screen fixed, we read the reviews which were all pretty good, and we’re fooled by the great price of $200 and the 100% year warranty, well long story short, after a couple weeks the screen wouldn’t respond to touch so we went to get it fixed, and they werent loyal to a couple week warranty, I can’t imagine a year. And when the lady went to look at the phone it came back with a small crack which wasn’t there before. I WOULDNT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONES. They were very rude very disrespectful and very dishonest.

My 5th generation iPod had a busted home button, and when I got in, they found the battery was kaput, as well. They fixed the battery at a very fair price and worked out a fix with the home button that saved me $20.Mo was professional and personable, and delivered what he promised. The Total Phone Store is at the top of my list for future phone fix needs.

Don’t go there. He doesn’t know what he is doing and he messed up my wife’s expensive phone. She just went to replace a back glass screen and He broke the lcd, data and wireless parts. The Apple Store said he broke them. So it’s not a lie how he says. Don’t go for a cheap place, it doesn’t worth.
