Morgan was so sweet and helpful! They walked me through the store and showed me where everything was and helped share their knowledge regarding the items in-store. I would definitely be back just for the customer service alone. I really appreciated finding solid perfume and some sheer highlighter that I liked which came in glass with a plastic lid.Although I’m not a fan of how many items have transitioned from glass/tin to plastic packaging, I appreciate that they encourage and reward the user bringing items back to be recycled. However, I’m not sure if this applies to people who don’t have a location near them. All in all I’m giving five stars for the affordable glass options I purchased and how great Morgan was, but I still would appreciate more sustainable options and less plastic!

Always good place to get bath bombs, shampoo, body butter, cleansers, lip balm, soaps. Love the smell. When I visit daughter at her place she has soap sitting in bathroom, I automatically know it from Lush by the smell. I felt bad going into store with knee scooter. I had ankle surgery and hard to walk so it was tight fitting in some areas. I like that you save x amount of containers from there, you get a facial mask for free recycling their containers back to their store.

Their bubble bath bombs are perfect for jetted tubs. I can get one bar to last nearly two months with my jetted tub. The staff here is always friendly

Love the products and the Team Members. They took the time to explain their products to a person who has never set foot in the store before. I ended up with the bess RT moisturizer bar I have ever used for my working hand and a bonus on for my with. Thank you for taking the time to educate me on your products.

Morgan helped me and my friend today and was incredibly kind and helpful. Helped me pick a color that would look good in my hair (henna) and was super efficient, letting in another person behind us in because we didnt have to go in. I will honestly go back to this location next time just for Morgan, even though it is much further!

I came in with a friend yesterday (9/5/19) with a friend. The store was very busy but we were still greeted. While there, two different employees made time to answer my questions without feeling rushed. Two other things that stood out: a mom and daughter came in after the toddler wandered in. The toddler was fascinated by everything and one of the workers showed her how a bath bomb worked, just to improve their experience in the store. Secondly, when the store had slowed again, one employee turned to another and said, “What makes an excellent customer experience on a given day?” It was cool to overhear them discuss how they want to improve every person’s time in the store. This truly showed when each of them had helped me! I left with just what I wanted.Lastly, I appreciate that the workers at this store didn’t make anyone feel pressured. When I go to other beauty-related stores, I sometimes feel like I’m being given a sales pitch and pressured to buy a certain product, when really that might not be what I am looking for. I never felt this way at LUSH. Instead, I felt like they DID tailor the experience to my interests. It was great. Thanks, y’all!

All their soaps contain sulfates. For a natural store I expected better. They told me they were switching to coconut which clogs poors. :( A fancy body wash that still contains sulfates isnt worth the price.

Wonderful experience! Great atmosphere! The 2 gentlemen who helped us were phenomenal. Ive worked in retail for years and it was some of the best service I ever received. I went in to look at some toothpaste tabs and ended up spending over 70 dollars.

Walked into this store on me and my husbands wedding night to find a bath bomb for our room that had a jetted tub!! I seen they were natural products (which I prefer). We were assisted by an employee by the name of Shelby! She was so sweet and steered us in the right direction for what we were looking for, she also showed us the massage soap bars!! We bought the Sex Bomb, Black Rose Bath Bomb and she gave us a sample of one of the Massage bars (prices are amazing)!!! The bombs worked absolutely perfect and left our bodies soft as butter. The massage bar worked awesome when we gave each other a massage that night!!! Thank you Shelby! We will DEFINITELY be back in the store to try other products!

I remember walking into the store just because the logo seemed interesting in design and I had passed by and smelled the wonderful odors of the amazing bath bombs they sell there. Ive always loved pampering myself after a long day at work and this seemed to be a good place to check out. When I walked in I was greeted by an immense staff. At first I kinda thought that this place was too small for the amount of employees that were roaming in the store. But, I decided to press on and found that their products are cruelty-free and they are always campaigning against animal testing which I as a animal lover was unaware of. I always thought that every big company tested on animals and thats just how it was. But, I was informed of all the amazing ingredients that they use in their products and loved it. I purchased my first bath bomb. Although it was a bit pricey, I extremely enjoyed the quality of them. But, now I have a better education in the cruelty-free world. I decided that making these products myself would be more cost effective but, I still show support by dropping in every now and then and buying their merchandise that goes to support the cruelty-free campaigns. Please show these guys some love!

My boyfriend is addicted to this place after I introduced him. Natural ingredients and new bombs every now and then that we love to try out. So far we love the sex bomb and geode! They often have demonstrations of bombs and are happy to show you how to use their products. Good and fun staff and store!

Lush is delicious. Sadly you cant eat anything here but everything smells really good. If you have sensitive skin or are just looking for something to save the turtles make sure to spend your money here!

This is one of my favorite spots in the mall. I love their bath bombs, but also I love how friendly and bubbly the staff are! They are quick to help give you helpful suggestions to find you the right product, plus if you are unsure of a product you can ask for samples. On one visit in particular an associate was playing with their bubble bar and was giving out free bubble high fives! It made my experience open and inviting and I felt like a kid again!

This is one of my favorite locations! The space is larger than the salt lake store and the displays always look great. Every time I have come Ive been greeted and helped, but not pestered. The employees here are always willing to give demos and samples. Its an hour drive, but still the closest Lush location to me, and everyone is understanding when I come to loiter and sniff new products. The bath bombs Ive bought here have been so fresh and fizzy and fragrant. It can get a little busy on days where the mall is crowded, but its still always a pleasant visit!

Shelby was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the wonderful products here. 5 stars for the costumer service and 5 stars for the amazing product line!

One of my favorite stores. They have so much natual products to help those with sensitive skin find something that will work for them. I have enjoyed every product that I have purchased with them. The employees are great and so willing to help you with any questions or to find what is right for you!

The staff at this store is always so friendly and helpful! The store is very small and busy, so I wish they had a bigger location. Im not super into bath bombs (which they have A LOT of) but I still like going in here to check out their other products including face masks. I really respect this company because they dont test on animals and they dont wrap their product in a ton of unnecessary plastic or trash. I wish more companies were as environmentally aware as this one.

Glad to find a Lush in Salt Lake - theres one in my hometown, and one in SF I make regular pilgrimages to (shame that you cant watch the goods being made, as you could in the UK stores, when I was there last). Best smells, best soaps. Just walking around and inhaling is a treat!

Ive been a loyal consumer for a while. I usually order online because its easier than bringing a toddler to the mall. However anytime I can come in person I will. I always receive the best service, the staff is great. Theyre well knowledged, friendly, helpful and funny.

You know a place is doing well if its very busy. I went looking for a gift for my mother and found something perfect. I would never buy more than a couple items at a time because the products are quite pricey (I paid $8+ for a ball of soap that fits in my fist). Lots of options for organic bath products and worth returning to for special gifts but not for casual shopping.

Lush is my favorite place. I initially walked in because it smells amazing, and now theyve got me hooked. Im not big into baths, so I use their other products. I use the shampoo bars, conditioner, dry shampoo, hair masks, face wash, and their deodorant. I love it all! It lasts me a really long time, all of the things I have are solid which makes traveling easy, its cruelty free, and the price is reasonable. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and my shampoo lasts me three months, while my conditioner is over 6 months. I recommend it to ANYONE END EVERYONE. Ive made my husband use the face wash. Seriously, this place is the best.

I love this store to death! The employees have always been friendly and helpful. I love that they have fun demonstrating the product, and it’s always so clean in there. I had an incident the other day where I bought a massage bar, and left it in my car. It melted out of the container and all over some equipment. It was a mess, but I was most unhappy that I didn’t even get to use the massage bar once. I went back and showed them the remains, and they very kindly gave me another bar. That was above and beyond for customer service, and I appreciate that so much!My only complaint with the store is that it’s a little cramped. I hope they move to a larger space soon!

Every time I go in I am greeted and asked if I would like help as soon as I walk in. I love that there are samples, you get to try pretty much everything before you purchase it. Today I was helped by Trent. That guy deserves a raise! He was so sweet and he even gifted me a steamer! I couldnt have asked for a more fun experience! I left with a bag filled with delicious smelling products, and a huge smile on my face!

Love this store, Id bought some of their products, at the Lush store in the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and I wasnt liking them, so for the heck of it I took them to this store where I was able to trade them for something Id like more! Riley took good care of me, hes very knowledgeable about all the products,he can sell me almost everything in that store, he helped pick out some amazing smelling bath balms, and some amazing smelling rose perfume, I was very happy with my purchases, the whole staff was very kind and friendly, I will be back!!, the smell from the outside of the store alone will draw you in!! it did in Vegas, guys they have some cute gift ideas for Valentines, like pink heart shaped bath balms, that smell like roses, & have actual rose petals in it, go in ask for Riley, you wont be sorry

Im a dude and I absolutely love this place. They sell this lemony-sandstone soap that exfoliates the hell out of my undercarriage. You dont even need to use the excuse Im here for my wife. because theres men that work there that are more than happy to help a large bearded man like me find something to help me feel fabulous if I wanted some me time in the tub.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful and I never feel pressure to buy anything. Sometimes some things just seem too expensive and they never make me feel bad for asking a lot of questions about a product and choosing not to purchase it.

My friend and I just wanted to go in and look at bath bombs. There was a guy in front doing some sort of soap demo who was super pushy and got one of his coworkers to bug us into a scincare demo. My friend caved, but I dont like when people are so pushy: I ended up not buying anything and leaving quickly.

I stopped in recently to see what all the hype was about. I have to say I am extremely disappointed with these products... It was a huge waste of money. I got a bath bomb for me and my mom, and we both found that it was really terrible quality. It didnt really do anything. I encourage anyone curious about these products to not spend the ridiculous amount of money, and buy a product that is worth it. Seriously I feel so stupid that I even bought one... Its basically an $8 (or more) bath... Lame lame lame.

I dont know how to even begin this review because I love literally every single thing about this company. From their business practices, products, and employees, LUSH is truly a company like none other. Being from a state in which LUSH does not have a shop, I was taken here by a family member in CA while on the hunt for a good bath bomb on vacation one year. I had never heard of them, and was excited to try something new. Since that first initial visit, I have purchased every single bath bomb they had to offer, and am working my way through their newest, 30th year anniversary product line. Every product they offer is top notch. From scents to the COLORS (I am all about the colors) to how they are made and what they are made of, you cant beat these products. I am totally hooked.As far as what they stand for, there are so many things they advocate for I actually cant remember them all. But I love that they fight animal testing and use recycled, recyclable, and biodegradable products. I love their commitment to fresh and natural products, and sustainably sourced ones at that! My husband has a really hard time with fake fragrances, but has never had a problem with LUSH fragrances (and believe me - they are FRAGRANT!).I have since moved to a state that has LUSH, and every location I have been to has the most upbeat, fun, caring, and attentive employees imaginable. They always make you feel like family even when you literally dont know them from Eve, and are more than happy to help you find a product that fits your needs. Not only are they more than happy to help, but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products and which ones to recommend for almost anything you throw at them. I have walked out of LUSH before feeling like I just made new friends because their employees are so great at what they do. And its genuine. You never feel that fake, I-have-to-do-this-because-the-customer-is-always-right attitude, but a true love for others. The employees also always seem to be genuinely happy to be there, and genuinely support their business, which I think says a ton about the company.Like I said, not enough good things can be said about LUSH. I adore them and will be a loyal customer until I cant anymore.
