I love this place. I go there almost every day on my lunchbreak. Theyre almost always busy and they seem to be understaffed, but thier staff is super nice and they still get my order out pretty quickly. The cashier with the glasses is the sweetest ever!!! Also theyve been really helpful with my allergies. Most places just say I dont know when you ask about allergens, or tell you you cant have that and I cant modify it but the staff here knows and/or checks every time and has modified menu items to be gluten free for me :)

We always get the watermelon smoothie as a good way to cool off and it is always delicious! The girl who helped us out was really friendly and kind! She has a really cute Minnie Mouse mask and always does a phenomenal job! Thank you for your hard work! We really appreciate you! 💜

It was okay, except for the fact that sixteen spiders were outside protesting the places treatment of the little guys. I really felt for them and wanted to help them, but the store had a sign strictly saying they will not serve those aiding the protesters, and nothing was gonna get in the way of me and my milkshake. I did what I could to step over my eight legged friends but avoided eye contact as to keep my pride.

DQ varies widely not just from location to location, but, like most fast food, you can come back 3 months later and its a completely new staff.That being said, their ice cream is always consistent. You pretty much know what you are going to get every time. Although, sometimes you dont know how long its going to take.

I once ordered a chicken sandwich and one of the shakes and they gave me a size smaller than what I ordered. This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to.The people who helped me were nice enough but they didnt get my order right.I never want to go to this particular Dairy Queen ever again.The one off redwood road and even the one by the BYU stadium are a lot better.

Worst customer service. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she rudely said Everything on the menu is good or it wouldnt be there. She then asked us to wait at the other end of the counter. Two people behind us go their drinks before us. We asked the girls who were making the drinks if ours would be next. They very rudely said We called out your drinks 3 times and you never came. We tried explaining that we were waiting where the cashier asked us to and we didnt hear anything, but they walked away giving us dirty looks.

Still a great place for Ice Cream. The food portion is still limited. They didnt have lettuce for the sandwich I paid for and didnt offer any substitute or anything.

The Spanish gentleman that helps us every time is nice, and food is what youd expect, the manager or owner REALLY needs to train the employees. Every single month, without fail, we bring in our buy one get one free blizzard fan club coupon and not one single employee knows how to redeem it, and it ends up being a 10 minute process to call the manager. Wish the could be trained on that!

Customer service here is non existent. I had a tall young man to out of his way to be unhelpful, and the food is barely worth it to begin with. Waste of your time and money.

The one lady that was working had a horrible attitude and called my order fake and was really rude to me and my friends.
