I stopped in looking a specific bag from Knomo, which they unfortunately didnt have in stock. The male associate (I believe his name was Nick. He may actually be the owner) was extremely knowledgeable about all the product lines he carried, extremely helpful about helping me try to find an alternate piece, and chatted with me about various luggage lines and products. I was impressed with his knowledge level and the wide variety of brands and price points the store stocked. I didnt make a purchase this time, but next time I need another suitcase or travel bag, I will definitely be visiting again to support this small business.

These guys are really great. I purchased a beautiful brown knapsack before Christmas. A week or so later (freak accident) one of the straps split from the bag. I called and Ryan took care of me. Replaced the bag for a better one. Shapiro Luggage will always have my business. Thank you, Ryan!

I visited the store the buy a piece of luggage for an upcoming vacation. I needed a carry on suitcase and and was looking to spend between 100-300 dollars. As I walked in I was approached by a female associate to help me find a good product. The first suitcase I was shown was $600. I said that was a bit much and she then showed me one that was only 130 and what i was looking for when I asked why there was such a significant price difference I was told that it was because materials and had nothing to do with name brand. I expressed confusion as to why the name brand would have nothing to do with it and I was told Well if you traveled more you would know. I really dont appreciate being talked down to. Im taking my business elsewhere and I recommend others avoid these snobs.
