The sale was very easy as I knew what I wanted and at what price everything was good. I was told the the Bike will be delivered after it was cleaned and serviced with a full tank of Gas. I dont want to blame anyone in particular as I dont know who was suppose to do what? Otherwise everything looks fine just my first day. If there are any changes will try and modify and remarks. This is not to create a bad impression but a precautionary measure for other buyers for what to expect. Wish all a very Happy and Safe ride. :)

Just purchased my third bike from TMS. It is my go to for motorsports whether it is a vehicle purchase, parts, or gear. They almost always have what Im looking for. I purchased my bike from John in sales. I called him in the morning, he gave me a quote and was very communicative and thorough. When I got to the dealership, there were no surprises. The price he quoted was the price I payed. Despite being very busy, the sales and finance team were able to get me out the door in about 2 hours. Thank you John, and thank you Nick in finance.

I had to make repeated calls due to horrible customer service. The bike I was looking for, they only had one in stock, which Tyler was stating can be sold fast so basically jump on the purchase. After two days of waiting for images of the bike or at least a call back, the day I was supposed to go see it in person, Tyler tells me the bike was dropped in service and they may not sell it now.

Eric S. our sales rep did a GREAT job! He knew we wanted a Can Am Maverick yet took the time to show us all the differences among the model line up and never once put down the competition. He was very informative, patient, and helpful. His follow up and follow through were A+. Instead of over promise and under deliver everything he said was true and he came through 100%. One of the BEST experiences ever. After months of the husband doing reviews of wanting a side-by-side. I made a decision I need to do something big for him. After a few phone calls and approval for fiance. I worked my plan on driving my husband and kids for a huge surprise for his birthday gift. Cheapest place to get your first break in service on your rzr or can am. I called all the shops around and temecula motorsports was almost half the price than other shops. Just be ready to leave it for a few days but for the price its worth it.

We left two $500 deposits on two blue/black VX Cruiser HOs with audio last spring and that we would have them by summer. The MSRP is $13429 for both (it was lower in the spring). Two wave runners finally came in, one was not in the color we ordered, and out of nowhere the dealer added ADM (additional dealer markup) of $4909!!! The ADM was never mentioned when we put the deposits down. We decided to get a refund on the deposits as for ~$40K we might as well buy a boat. We are pretty sure this is Bait & Switch and will be filing a report with the BBB. The consumer should not be raked over because of Yamahas failure in supply chain contingency planning, or be taken advantage of by the dealer. I wish I had read the 1 Star reviews prior to putting down the deposits. It has been a terrible experience, I doubt we will ever purchase anything from Yamaha again.

Hey motorsport shoppers!! Id like to share with eveyone the name of the awsome salesman that assisted me with our purchases on Sunday TORREY HANNA, he went above and beyond. I give Torrey an A++++ in customer service. My husband is a salsman himself, hes is a salse shark. I give Torrey kuddos my husband was a tuff buyer. When all was said and done my husband was pleased with final sales price and loan term. I asked Torrey to assist me with purchase and installation of 5 point seatblet harness, I expressed how important safety was my top priorty. The service department is extremely busy and couldnt install till a later date. We planned on taking the buggies (2 seater and a 4 seater) this weekend to Dumont for the Halloween trick or treat festival, however Im a helicopter mom. I wasnt confortable with the seatbelts the buggies came with. I thought to myself well my boys will have to use their old buggies another trip becuse no rIding without proper 5 point harness. I believe Torrey saw worried and dispointed look on my face. Ive taught my 17 and 18 year old saftey and to respect motorcraft as they do their vehicles. Its the other riders I dont trust. GO Torrey, he made it happen 5 point saftey harness seatbelts and 5150 light whip mounts installed at time of delivery. Torrey your the make it happen guy thank you.

I am a stroke survivor, and I never thought I would regain basic functionality. So, my goal on Friday was to see if I could get on and off the bike. Ask more questions when financing. The location and inventory was nice. I did go to try to get financing for a Honda CBR 650 but did not go threw with the purchase due to high interest. The associate assisting me did try to get me to apply for a honda credit card and I told him that I would not finance with a credit card. 2 weeks later and I receive a Yamaha credit card when I did not make a purchase.

A salesman ask me if I needed any help, I said yes and he said his name was Chris peck So I gave him my name and he showed me what they had in stock, which wasn’t want I was looking for. He told me that I could reserve one with a small down payment. So I left the store and was thinking if I should do it . A few days later I call Chris and we made the deal . These guys are legit! I was working with Temecula Motorsports and another dealer and Temecula blew the other dealer away with the price and gave me a deal on the extras I purchased. I bought my rzr pro ultimate and was in and out of the place in a little over an hour. Eric was my sales guy and I highly recommend using him cause he doesnt mess around!

Usually I dont expect much from a dealership. However, this one is the worst! Most sales make you feel they only care about the markup youre paying. Be honest, I didnt feel any basic respect from them until I said I was gonna purchase at the same day.

Matt Barr is the guy to go to. He is patient, will listen, and makes the whole experience a super smooth transition. The other guys there were not the same. Definetly thankful to have got my bike from him.

Temecula Motorsports overall were the nicest sales force to work with. After having gone to quite a few dealerships to find the motorcycle I wanted, price and the sales folks we were dealing with, were obviously going to be a huge factor. They really worked to meet the lowest bid we had from another dealership, but their hospitality, respect and non-pressure methods is what tipped the scales for us even though their dealership was much further for us than the other one. Just goes to show that a true Customer Service attitude can win the customer over in the end.

And when confronted just shrugged it off.Also little to no knowledge of the spread of accessories and capabilities.Avoid unless youre desperate or unwilling to travel an hour anywhere else.

I have never had a experience as bad as going to Temecula Motorsports in all my years of shopping. They violated California Business and Professions Code 17500, and I will be forwarding all of the information to California consumer protection agency.My familys story begins as most do. We were online looking at side by sides and saw Temeculas ad for their rzr pro premium that was discounted. I called in and spoke with their sales rep and asked him several questions about the final cost of the unit and reviewed the options on that stock number did come with the polaris stereo and fox shocks ride control system. I received a call back confirming that the unit did infact have the options that were shown in the pictures. My wife and I spoke about it and decided that this is the RZR we would like to purchase. We followed the sales persons instructions and I filled out a credit app (Ding on my credit) and got the approval for the rzr. The next day we packed up the kids and were all extremely excited to go pickup the family buggy that we had wanted to get for quite some time.. we even brought grandma! After driving about an hour and half from San Diego, taking time off work and grabbing our trailer we arrived at what we thought would be a great moment of grabbing our buggy. We all walked into the store excited and saw the helmets and gear and took a slight detour to buy gear for the entire family before going over to the sales side. We purchased helmets and a few accessories for the family in excitement... After purchasing the safety gear we went over to the buggy side and met with our sales person to wrap up the deal. He took copies of my IDs and had me sign a few papers in regards to the deal. Everything seemed normal until he asked me to head into financing and I asked him I would like to see the rzr first. After a few questions to the sales managers they said the buggy was located next door at their warehouse. We followed the sales person over to the warehouse and to our disbeilf the rzr pro they were assembling had none of the options we specifically had asked about. After a long song and dance management said their internet guy had posted the wrong information and pictures of the unit we committed to buy and the unit we wanted was actually 4,000dlls more. Shocked beyond belief that businesses still practice bait and switch and have the audacity to run peoples credit and setup a deal knowing it isnt the correct RZR. I can only imagine if we hadnt asked to see the unit before signing what would have happened. Would I own a unit that we didnt want? In what should have been a great experience and a fun time for our family, turned into grief and a upsetting time. We returned all the gear we purchased and a roof for the RZR and will never refer anyone to Temecula motorsports.And to anyone Reading this, save yourself money, time and anguish and head down to Motorworld in El Cajon. After our nightmare trip to Temecula motorsports we ultimately purchased a rzr pro umtimate at el cajon motorworld.Pricing summary:RZR pro premium 27,200 out the door and RZR pro ultimate less than 31000 out the door. Plus with both units we were able to get free helmets at el cajon motorworld. This probably isnt even the best deal one could get, but after the brain beating we went through its what I had to strength to negotiate.

My sales person was Danny due to Covid there weren’t a lot of options out there I spoke to 4 different dealers they all said take what you can get and go to be picky about the color but not Temecula motorsports from the beginning Danny Assured me he will get me the seadoo and color I want throughout the whole deal Danny and sales manager Matt gave me a call at least once a week with an update last week our seadoo finally arrived they made the whole process very easy the only bad part about about them is when you walk the showroom floor your gonna want everything I literally had to go out side unbelievable selection of stuff we’ll worth the drive from LA thanks again Danny

If I could give this place a zero star I would definitely do it for customer service. I came in today to return a board that was coming apart after one use. I bought maybe two weeks ago and just barely used it last Tuesday. Got it out of my storage container this morning getting ready to go to the lake tomorrow and it’s coming apart. Went into Temecula Motorsports and they told me I had to wait because they had to contact the manufacturer for warranty. I didn’t purchase this from the manufacturer, I bought it at Temecula Motorsport. So now I have to drive again from Menifee to see if they will refund me my money

Tons of motorcycles and and other recreational vehicles like boats and waverunners. They have a very good parts department I had to get some parts and they were very helpful.they have a pretty big selection of protection gear for street or dirt biking as well. They have a maintenance shop as well if you need to get your bike taken care of not too sure the pricing on that though I havent used them for any maintenance yet

Prices are a little steep for some items, but you pay for the convenience. If you have the ability to wait you can save a little money and buy elsewhere online. Place is FAR superior to Cycle gear located across the street. Employees are fairly knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycle gear.

I really enjoyed working with Temecula motorsports on purchasing my new dirtbike. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. I like the layout of their show room floor and they offer 15% discount on all merchandise for military members. Everyone else get 15% off merchandise in store whenever you buy a new vehicle.
