I will say for selection they are spot on they have what you need but customer service in that place is awful. I have gone three times over the span of nine years that I’ve lived here and I don’t think they’ve been here the whole nine years but when we first moved to Temecula I went here because I didn’t want to give people who don’t care about my community my money but it is so hard to support your community when your community could care less about how they make you feel when you patronize them. when I walk into a store and I’m getting ready to spend my hard earned money I don’t need to feel like someone is doing me a favor and every time I go into that place I feel like they think that they’re doing me a favor by being here and I absolutely hate it and I struggle to go in. the last time I went into this place is probably about two years ago and it will probably be that long before I go back. I guess you have to be in the know to get good customer service here because I have yet to experience it. No one speaks when you walk in they see you walking around looking for stuff no one offers to help only some of their items are priced so you have to ask for the price and when you do it’s almost like you’re insulting them. the young man that help me today was great he was wonderful But the energy of the older woman in there is awful.

Second time visiting. As always, service and professionalism was outstanding and exceeded expectations. Welcoming atmosphere and staff posses high standards including working with customers needs.Will continue to visit, thankful to have found this salon.

They have good selection and great customer service. I believe this is a Black owned beauty supply. I noticed that the items I was interested in were low in stock and werent going to be stocked until a week or so when I would like to have my hair done so I unfortunately did not purchase anything this trip. I drove about an half an hour to this beauty supply to see hair I was planning on installing and purchasing in store however I didnt like the color in person so I hoped to opt out and try other colors. I hope they change the inventory soon and stock up on fan favorites. I didnt want to settle on hair I didnt want so I left empty handed.

Had a wonderful first experience here. The variety of colors they have for braiding hair was amazing. It took me a while because I couldnt choose which colors I wanted to use. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was helpful and kind. The layout was clutter free and the establishment was clean and tidy. With all of this I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products as well as about hair types. The hairstylist handled the issues I had with my hair expertly. He gave me a beautiful crocheted hairstyle. I will definitely become a regular there!

The ladies were so nice and helpful. We called them right before they were about to close because my daughter who was getting her hair braided needed another package of extensions. She was heading back to College the next morning so she had to have it finished that night! We got there and they helped us get what we needed and stayed open a couple of minutes extra for us. Everytime I come in, I literally leave a happy customer, been coming here for years and its like this store keeps getting better!! Love this Beauty Supply store for all my ethnic needs. Only one in the area to be honest. BUT I would not recommend using the stylist, Very unprofessional. For a hair do that I know should only take 2 maybe 3 hours to do turned into 5 hours due to her using her phone and texting after every braid she did. So unacceptable when your paying your money for a service! But please let me add... The owner is absolutely awesome. Very nice, attentive, very professional and knowledgeable!

Prices are expensive compared to beauty supply shops Ive been to in San Diego, Oceanside, Moreno Valley & Riverside. But It is nice to have a shop closer to home so I put up with the price gouging, also because it is black owned and I want to support the community. It would be nice if they would clearly print prices and put it on products. Its annoying to have to find someone and keep asking how much something costs, knowing its overpriced in the 1st place, lol! Its a little more dignified to just look at the prices and weigh the options to myself before getting to the register and saying, No, put that back, because I can just go get it for a better price next time Im in the area of one of the bigger surrounding cities. She was able to schedule my hair to be braided in the next 2days at a very cheap price. Can’t wait to have my hair done!!!

They also will order anything you are looking for if they do not have in the store or in stock. Pricing here is very reasonable and not too high. You should come here before considering going to LA or San Bernardino to buy products.

For the past year Ive been driving to Orange County to locate hair care products for myself and I was so relieved that my husband found this location in our city nice clean friendly well-supplied has everything that I normally use on my hair plus more they also have an in-house salon which includes a Barber, a naturalist and a weaveologist they have all angles of Hair care covered, so excited to continue my business with them.

Good selection of products for the area, cant always find what I need but the owner seems very helpful if something specific needs to be ordered. The only complaint I have is PLEASE GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS when they walk through the door! It creates a much more welcoming environment for the consumer who is spending their money in you place of business. I have not been greeted ONE time in the 4-5 times I have visited, and only helped after tracking down an employee. Never asked if I needed help once even when Im frantically looking up and down the aisles. I dont like feeling like Im annoying an employee by asking for help! Love what you guys are doing, just some constructive criticism! Id love to keep returning so hope you guys fix that aspect of customer service.
