Nice people, but the hidden fees are insane. Two different people quoted us $5k on fees and taxes. This was for a car that cost 12k. KBB value was 9k. Not even considering the body damage. Glad we walked away. Dont waste your time here unless you want to pay well over what the car is worth.

They have a good inventory I checked out a 2021 Nissan Versa test drove it and fell in love. Customer service is great. Thank you driveline for your help. I will definitely be back.

I have never wasted my time to write a review on a dealership. However, this place is one of the most scammy places I’ve ever encountered. They list vehicles for a price, then when you arrive they add over 3k in random protections that cannot be removed. They list it as surface protection and other BS fees. Surface protection??? You mean the useless car spray you charge $1,500 for and somehow can’t remove. They don’t disclose all of this until you arrive there so have fun wasting your time. If these things cannot be removed why not list the price of the car on your website with these protections added into the price? Because they want you to believe you are getting a good deal then when you arrive they lie to your face about how all these fees are standard across the state. Not to mention their employees may be the most inconsiderate, rude, and passive aggressive people I’ve met. If you’re a female then good luck because they’ll try to belittle and intimidate you. If I could give 0 stars I would. ALSO I highllllyyyy doubt all these good reviews are legit. Most of the sound cliche and very scripted.

Sadly this dealership is a total scam. I called about a car listed for $6500. When o got there and was ready to buy it… bait and switch, the salesmen tells me that total was going to be over $9000 because of “dealership fees”. Plus tax and registration of course. He says they add that to every car. So crooked and slimy. If you look at the other reviews you can tell they’re self written. Just awful. Don’t reward them with your business.

Saw the car online and I called to come see it same day. They had an employee show me the car and answered questions I had about it. I was also able to get a test drive. And the car ran well. And didn’t have anything wrong with it. The people manger and employee were nice and we were able to work up the papers. It didn’t take too much time. I was able to get it same day. It seemed they had multiple good deals but I got the car I came for. I found there prices to be very well comparing to others online.

I went in on memorial day to look at a low mile Toyota. It was a deal. I was very impressed with the casual no pressure service. I was given a nice trade in value and was done in under an hour. This was a great experience in buying a car, better than almost any new car dealer. I can say that I would give these guys my highest recommendation and gladly send them customers.Updates:Went back after 2 year to buy another car because my last car buying experience here was great and my car still perfectly fine. But now I needed a car with more options on it and I did find it and just purchased.

If I was able to give them zero stars, I would. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Would not let me test drive without running my credit even after telling him I was keeping an open mind to different cars. Do not go here. Go to an actual dealership, they’re treat you better.

This place is super sketchy. Drove a good distance, saw the car I liked, asked for a price breakdown, the guy pulled out his phone calculator (red flag). His numbers sounded off, so I asked for an official breakdown, and he wrote it out on a post-it (red flag). I asked for an OFFICIAL breakdown, he said he needed my license. Fine, I have outside financing, so they arent running my credit. He prints it, and theres a $995 paint protection fee under the OPTIONAL fees. I tell him I dont want it since the car already had some pretty deep scratches. He said hed ask his manager. He came back and said there was nothing they could do, that the fee is on their website. He then proceeded to tell me that dealers can charge whatever fees they want, and this is nothing compared to the Mitsubishi dealership near them that charges $5k in fees. If youre cool with a random fee, go for it. If not, dont bother.

Terrible! Theyll get you to come see cars with reasonable prices but include massive add on prices that they refuse to remove. Bought a car elsewhere the next day with the same listing price for $2k less after taxes and add ons as to what this place offered. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time.

I purchased my Nissan Altima with only 12k miles on it. They stated that the vehicle was rear ended by somebody. They also showed me the trunk and interior which supposedly was fixed by them. After purchasing the vehicle I started having problems with the AC and coolant. After I called them back they stated that the vehicle I purchased had actually rear ended someone. (Which they did not tell me upon buying the car. They basically showed me the trunk pretending that the crash happened in the back when in reality happened in the front).Also, the tires on my car have been changed with some cheap ones which consumee after only 7k miles and the AC compressor was fully damaged. This was not disclosed on papers.These people clearly will not tell you the truth upon buying a car from them. I HAVE NO REASONS TO LIE OF MAKE UP STORIES. PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

He said they had the best price in a 100 mile radius. I told him it was probably too good to be true. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they have the best price but I was surprised how professional and polite everyone we met was. The best part was the laid back, no haggle approach George had from the start. Nothing like the old days when it took hours to negotiate a deal. The was no need to haggle because after test driving the vehicle we knew we had found exactly what he was looking for at the best price. I dont normally do reviews but I was so impressed by the way this dealership operated that I want everyone to know about them. Recently purchased a vehicle from this place. Not long after the purchase, a check SRS light came on (airbag), we took the vehicle to a Toyota dealership where it was discovered the airbag harness was tampered with causing the light to come on. The service department investigated the issue and stated it was tampered with in a way that the light would temporarily go off. The vehicle has no accidents, has a clean carfax, we have no been in any kind of accident since we have had the vehicle. This place sales high end vehicles, but be extremely cautious when buying from them.

My nephew recently moved to the area and started work right away. He needed a car so we started our search. After searching around with no really positive vibes about any of the cars we looked at, we finally found Driveline in Murrieta. The first day we went late, after his work and immediately found 3 cars he liked. Nice cars, low mileage. We made an appointment to come back the next day to test drive. Brian was very helpful even though he was very busy. He chose the 2016 Corolla S. The contract was drawn up and we got the car with no haggling. The place may not have much wiggle room for haggling, but you dont need to. They are fair and very honest. Ive been burned by bad dealerships in the past, and this ecperience was far from that. Nick took the time to make sure I understood every charge and every document I signed. An average used car dealership doesnt provide the amount of documentation and history for their vehicles that DriveLine does.

The office gal was not very personable and the car on the their website was gone already 3 days before I got to see it !!!

I had a good experience with Driveline. The truck I went to see had been listed on Carfax as having a clean record, but the salesman told me up front that there had been a repair done. I fully expected that, given the low price of the vehicle. The point is that they didnt try to hide anything. I was in and out in very short order. I love my new F150 and my wife and I will be back when its time for her to buy her next car.

I agreed to purchase a vehicle from them from out of state, I agreed on a price, then booked the airline tickets to fly from Oklahoma to California, at that point they told me they were going to add $1500 worth of “Dealership Fees“ on top of the negotiated price. The dealership fee does not include any type of tax that the state imposes, it is a way of deceiving their customer base. That is deceptive practice and I would not do business with a establishment that would wait until I purchase airline tickets and then add $1500 to the cost of the vehicle. I would rather eat the $500 worth of airline tickets then to pay them one additional dollar on top of what we negotiated. Businesses like this give car dealerships the bad name that many of them have rightly earned!—— an after thought—-If this “Dealership Fee” works so well for Driveline they should advertise all their cars for $1,500, then just add a “dealership fee” of $28,000 AFTER people have spent the whole day negotiating, driving, arranging financing and pick up. That would make just as much sense!!!!!

FANTASTIC car experience!! Brian was very helpful in financing my new MINI Cooper. This is a very professional and experienced company. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is not pushy AT ALL which allowed me to comfortably make the best financial decision for myself.Initially, after driving down 3 hours in hopes of purchasing my car, I was disappointed to hear that the suggested financing credit union was closed that day (Sunday). So what does Brian do? He refers me to an even BETTER credit union and even went as far as to recommend that I purchase gap insurance from THEM (since their price was a bit lower than what Drive Line had to offer). I was initially very impressed with the customer service. I called about a car, and the staff were very straightforward about the car I was planning to buy. I set up an appointment to go see the car, called a day before to confirm. The day of the appointment, I got a car rental since I was traveling up from San Diego, so I could drive the car back which I was pretty intent on buying, and I’m told that the car was sent to riverside for a paint job to work on a big scratch on the hood which had never been mentioned to me before (they told me there were no major scratches or bumps).I wasted an entire day, called off of work, and spent money on a rental in vain. They didn’t even bother to call me until 10 minutes before the appointment.

Because it was the best deal I could find nationally, I purchased a car--sight unseen, from out of state--flew in and drove it back. That being the case, I had to rely on George for detailed information about the car. Everything he told me about the car prior to me flying in, both good and bad, was completely accurate. I appreciated his honesty and disclosure about everything about the car. He was great to work with and I would go to them again.

We still found prices to be competitive, just understand that you may be seeing this dealer fee with your purchase.Altogether, we recommend this dealer and we plan to come back in the future.

Arrived at the dealership today to take a look at 2 cars I was interested in. The first one clearly had damage to the back right bumper, so I asked for the carfax. The website noted no accidents, I looked at the other car and desided to go with the other one. When I got the carfax on the other car it shows this one had damage to the front bumper but never noted in the website. I walked out with disappointment... I wanted to buy a new car today but not from a company thats dishonest. Please, least check the history on the vehicle before you buy from them!!!!

I was feeling very frustrated especially after taking some long trips into LA county to look at cars and the cars were a disappointment. My wife found a listing for Driveline and I came to take a look and what I found were vehicles of consistently high quality at prices well below what other dealers were charging. I have since returned a few more times to purchase vehicles from George at Driveline. He is very open and straightforward about the specifics of the vehicle history. He is very capable and has good inventory (and if you want a specific make and model, he will get it for you).

Friendly staff, patient an friendly. Came late to my appointment due to traffic and didn’t have to wait long. They took their time to answer all my questions. But... when I got home I realized the fob key wasn’t cut. They never mentioned anything about it. Cost me time and money to get that done. Turns out, car had been rear ended. They got it off an auction, repaired it and sold it without disclosing that info.
