Wonder service and knowledge….. plus they had it in stock!!! Hot springs Envoy, why didn’t I do the sooner!!!!!

Overall our experience was great! VHSP set up removal of our old spa and allowed us time to pour concrete and prepare the area before delivery of our new spa. We did not receive the spa we thought we ordered, but after talking with them we agreed it was what we wanted. We had two mechanical issues with the spa and VHSP was prompt in sending a service tech out to repair both issues. Enjoying every minute with family in the spa now!

We did a test soak at the Valley Hot Springs Spas in Murrieta store and loved the powerful jets and the ease of use. We bought the Hot Springs Flash 6 person spa (saltwater system), which was delivered in 2 weeks.Diane was our Sales Rep and she was very patient with us and answered all our questions. She mentioned that they do not do any electrical work/installation for the spa, so we had to do the circuit breaker (GFCI) ourselves. So make sure you know all the facts before you make purchase. You would need a professional Electrician to do all the electrical work if you are not buying a plug n play spa (110V). We used to have a plug n play spa and it is not as nearly as powerful as our new Flash.Once the Flash hot tub arrived and we hooked it up, it was working great, very powerful jets and the interior/exterior LED lights are amazing. Overall, we are happy with our new saltwater hot tub and enjoying it every day. Already see a big difference with our health and our skin is super soft thanks to the saltwater. Highly recommend!

We have owned our spa for exactly one day. So far we are happy with the spa. It looks great on our patio. The staff at Valley Hot Springs were very helpful and answered all my questions. The delivery went smoothly, and on time. We are enjoying to our new spa!

Valley Hot Springs was my first stop. I spoke with Jeff, who was very informative. I shopped a little after that but realized that you get what you pay for. Within a week I purchased a Flash, made by Hot Spring. The installation was not easy. The spa would not fit through my gate and had to be craned over my house. This and the electrical connection were all coordinated by Valley Hot Springs. Im very pleased with everything and have been enjoying my spa ever since.

We bought a Spa during the Pandemic and from the very beginning they told us it would be several months before it was ready. Each month as we got closer I kept checking to see if it may arrive sooner. Then finally last month they advised us it would be coming 1 month earlier than expected. I am happy to say we are now enjoying our new spa. The icing on the cake was the sales representative Diane and as well as the gentlemen that delivered the spa.

I ordered a new hot tub from this place 3 months ago. I paid FULL price and part of the deal was that a matching step would be included. When the tub was delivered a generic cheapo step was included. I discussed with the salesman, Gabriel who said hed take care of it and order the correct one. I supplied pictures of the correct one to confirm. Nearly 3 months go by and I finally receive my step- the wrong one was ordered. I have called the store multiple times and even the manufacturer, and emailed Gabriel seeking follow up. It appears that once the initial sale is completed customer service is seriously lacking as nobody at Valley Hot Springs seems interested in following up and taking care of this matter. Hasnt been a good experience and would not recommend this company to purchase an expensive spa. *Update* Now, 5 months have passed and still Gabriel has not followed through. Further, I have tried to reach the owner of the store to discuss but my requests go unanswered. This is VERY POOR business practice. -Brian

It’s been over 4 weeks since we got our supposed “El Grande” spa delivered. We contacted our sales rep about receiving the incorrect spa. We sent images as requested. Asked for the owner to contact us. Nothing! Unprofessional of them to operate like this when we paid over $15k for everything. We saw a spa IN YOUR STORE and somehow you think it’s okay that you delivered something differently. When do you plan on rectifying this? If you want to ensure you get what you saw, I highly recommend you go elsewhere because the excuse so far has been that they don’t have anything to do with what Cal Spas sends. Then how dare you sell it? False advertisement.Response to “owner”: we did contact the store MULTIPLE TIMES and you still don’t respond. Funny that you’re saying the receipt shows it but have you come to see it? No. Cause no one cares to call back. We’ve reached out multiple times to your 2 locations, customer service, and the sales rep.

My wife and I spent months researching the right spa for our family. Quality, price and customer service were our top 3 priorities. Valley Hot Springs Spa checked ALL the boxes! They really took their time listening to our needs and ultimately found our dream spa...for a great price. If youre looking for a spa, dont just buy from a big box store, go with a company that will give you the customer service you deserve. I definitely recommend Valley Hot Springs Spa!

The team at Valley Hot Spring Spas was excellent. We had a challenging delivery situation and the guys were great!! They were careful & cautious, but made a tough delivery look easy. In addition, Jason was an excellent educator in setting up my salt system. I appreciate the team effort and excellent customer service.

The customer service was more than wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. Delivery was fast and easy. When I called for help starting up my chemicals I was given easy and understandable instructions. I feel more than comfortable calling if I have any questions or even stopping in with a water sample. Excellent service!

I really dislike giving out poor ratings, especially during trying times. While many companies have managed to step up to the challenge, Valley has struggled. I went in with a friend on a swim spa 8 months ago and still havent received it. Additionally, my time for delivery keeps getting extended with nothing definitive. I have fulfilled my commitments to prep the site where the unit will go, and Im waiting... unfortunately my patient waiting has been exhausted.

It took 7.5 months to receive our spa, 3.5 months longer than originally promised. Not once in those 7.5 months did Valley Hot Springs give us a call with an update on the status. We had to call multiple times to find out why it was taking so long. Each time the promised date was moved forward and they gave an ever changing list of excuses. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service after we signed the contract. Their attitude, as stated by our sales person Diane was We just sell them, we dont make them. Jeff is the rudest person in sales weve ever dealt with. Avoid this place! They are overpriced and customer service doesnt exist. Chose any other place in the Inland Empire.

We received our hot tub a couple of weeks ago and can’t be more happy. There was a delay due to production issues during covid, but the staff was very honest and straightforward about the issues and didn’t make any false promises.We received such a good deal for a product that cost a lot more at other local stores and have received such good customer service. I would highly recommend for your spa needs.

I have a Hot Spring Grandee Spa that was purchased at Valley Hot Springs Spa. They are always very helpful if you have questions, need parts or service. Their outside service tech Larenzo is awesome. I learned a lot of valuable information during Larenzos service call to my home. He did excellent work and I very happy. I highly recommend Valley Hot Spring Spas!

We shopped around trying to get the best deal and we believe we got it here. Staff was great. Had to wait for delivery because it was backordered because of covid. Team that delivered it was professional and very informative. They had to come back to install steps and lid lift because of backorder also but have been enjoying ever since.

Ive had my new spa for more than 3 months now, and I love it. I purchased the Envoy because of the captains chair and boy was that a good decision. The sales people were great, there was no pressure at all. The spa was also delivered in a timely manner, using much care, and Shondra ? was great to work with. We owned our last spa for 20 years, and used it all the time, so we knew what we were looking for. A lot has changed in the last 20 years, this spa is so easy to use, and really has power. Every seat is different and works on different parts of your body, but the captains chair takes care of my entire back. The price isnt the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I would recommend this spa to anyone that is looking for a top of the line good quality spa. Everyone at Valley Hot Springs was friendly and courteous, and the owner Jason was also very helpful.

Paid 50% deposit for spa in July of 2020 told would receive in October or November. In December we were told it would be delivered in February of 2021. In February of 2021 we were told it would be delivered in March. We became understandably concerned and request a refund and asked if we could hold the deposit until the spa came in. Out of spite we were told no and that they would give our spa to someone else. This company only cares about there own interests with no consideration for the customer. Spiteful and shame on you!

We bought the most expensive spa about 5 years ago. Great service initially but past 2 years they never have chemicals in stock, takes days to get a call back, weeks to get a service appointment & month to 8 weeks to get parts...buy elsewhere. I will next time!!!!

From start to finish the process of decision to installation was excellent. Diane, our sales rep helped with all questions from tub details to timeline of installation. Once in, our salt tub technician (forgot his name! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and repair people. We went in not expecting to buy that day, but the salesman showed us a spa we just couldn’t turn down. They even let us climb into the tubs to try them out! Over a year later we still love our hot tub! Anytime I need anything the staff is there to help over the phone or send a repair man out within a few days. From purchase to warranty repairs to balancing the pH, valley hot springs has been there for us.

I have a long history with Valley Hot Springs. I purchased my Tiger River Hot Springs spa in 2005. It was a smooth purchase and the installation was quick and completed right on the time we were given. Any time I called with questions, they were very helpful with clear explanations. I appreciate the discount on chemicals/supplies too! My spa has been running well with easy maintenance for 12 years! I sold my home in March of this year and if Id known I could have ordered my spa for my new home (500 miles away!) through them, I would have!

Delivery of my Hot Tub met with some minor damage by the delivery company. The wrong steps were also delivered. However; I took my concerns and pictures to the store, and the folks were more than understanding, helpful, and professional. Without delay, new panels (front door panel and corner light bar) and steps were ordered. My wife and I just purchased the Prodigy spa and had our first soak early this morning. The question we had to both ask ourselves was why did we wait so long. Our sales person Dianne was very helpful and answered our questions. She arranged to pick up our old tub as well as deliver the new one. The delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable. We have the ACE salt water system and it is keeping the water clean. The spa water has not irritated my skin as the old tub water did. We recently were looking into a swim spa and went to Valley Hot Springs Spas where we met Diane. She showed us one in the show room and went through the pros and Cons of owing and using one. She made us a deal that we couldnt refuse. She also helped get us in contact with a Crane operator to get it into our back yard and then an electrician to get it hooked up. (one stop shopping :)) We were shown how to test the water and what chemicals to use and now we are ready to enjoy our new spa. A lot of the products will work the same but it is the relationships that you establish for the long haul is what a Great company is all about. Just had our new spa installed Saturday morning, it was up and running by that evening and is working beautifully. The set-up team was excellent. Diane had it all scheduled and ready to go. She is amazingly helpful and patient. Diane takes the time to answer all your questions. It was a great experience overall.

Hot tub is fantastic with great appeal. Eric is a very personable and helpful salesman. Delivery and setup were amazingly smooth. 4☆ because the actual price of electrician they suggested was not disclosed before purchase. That was an additional $1000. Will definitely remain a customer.

After determining the Hot Spring brand was the one to purchase (and eliminating 3 other brands and the giant spa warehouse store). I made 7 or 8 trips into the store viewing working displays and finding answers to find a spa that will work in my size patio, right sized for us, power requirements, cost to operate, maintenance, etc. Diane was always helpful and never tired of me and my questions.After purchase a delivery date and time was set. Their delivery crew arrived on time. In about 2 hours it was in place and accessories attached.The store and delivery personnel were friendly, answered all my questions, and had maintenance tips.Weve been using the spa, almost daily, for 2 weeks and i can honestly say this purchase is the best money spent in years.

Diane at valley Hot springs is a superior sales person. She definitely knows how to service her customers. All our questions were answered and all our needs fulfilled for chemicals and covers, etc. The team who delivered the spa was also very efficient. The leader took charge of some new workers and made sure every detail was accomplished correctly. they made extra efforts of sweeping off he driveway top reduce the chance any rocks scratched the side of the Spa. After placing the spa, they were very agreeable in placing it exactly where we want it. They also took extra time t ask if we had any questions and answered every one we did have.Additionally, Diane gave us the contact info for an electrician, Kolie, and he and his son did an outstanding job of informing us of our options and then completing the work the day the spa arrived. We had been told by other electricians it would be at least a week after the delivery before it could be connected. Diane also had us contact Mario who poured and finished the concrete pad for the Spa and he also did an amazing job of the pad and additional concrete we needed. We would HIGHLY recommend Valley Hot Springs and Diane.

We sold our previous Hot Spring Spa with our last house. We knew that we wanted another spa by Hot Spring, since we are really impressed with the quality of their products.Looking for an authorized dealership, I found Valley Hot Spring Spas online before we even moved to the area from out of state. I spoke with Jason on the phone at the time, who was very helpful.Once we moved and got settled here, we decided to look at spas.After a wet test of three models, we decided to purchase the same exact model (updated version of course) that we left with our old house.We also had to have an electrician run 220v to the area the spa sits in and used Kolie Oak with Oak Electric, who was recommended by the store.From the time we ordered the tub to delivery and set-up we were extremely happy with our experience. Every employee and contractor we dealt with throughout the process was helpful, courteous and provided great service.The price of the spa was extremely fair as well.We would highly recommend Valley Hot Spring Spas if you are in the business for a new spa.

I owned with my late husband in the 80s Viking Health n Leisure in El Paso, TX. I know good service and b ad service. We had purchased a Spa from our neighbors. It had hardly been used and was good enough since we were renting. My husband hooked it up but not where I knew the jets and flow of the Spa should be. The Spa actually I thought needed a new motor. I called Valley Hot Springs and they sent Lorenzo out immediately. This man is 100% knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Instead of spending the $1000 it would of cost. It cost us $177.00. I then went in the store to buy the filters and Lorenzo was there. He did not try to sell me things I did not need but guided me through exactly what I needed to have a long lasting Spa for years. I can never speak more highly of the Professionalism and Efficiency this Company has. If I ever want to trade my Spa in I will only deal with Valley Hot Springs Spas. Lorenzo WILL be the only person to fix my Spa.. He is that experienced! If you do not buy from them and go some where else you will not get your monies worth. They are the BEST!

We bought a Flair with the salt system and love it! The delivery guys did a great job setting our new spa in place and the set up guy went over the use and care of our new spa very thoroughly. We were very impressed and pleased with everyone involved with our purchase. The spa works great and were loving it!

When searching for a local spa dealer, we were fortunate to have contacted Valley Hot Spring Spas. They told us about their show currently going on at the Temecula Promenade Mall. From start to finish, a very good way to do business. We dealt with smiling, helpful people who knew their products. We were not told what to buy, but instead were assisted in making the proper choice for our family. Once purchased, a schedule for delivery was set and appointment was kept. The installation went smoothly and we are enjoying our new Hot Springs Hot Tub almost every day.This was a truly excellent buying experience.

We purchased our Hot Spot (Rhythm model) hot tub through Costco. From beginning to end it has been a pleasant and rewarding buying experience. Diane was the first rep we met at Costco, followed by Cory. Both were knowledgeable about their products and very professional. After visiting the Valley Hot Springs Murrieta showroom, we decided to purchase. Interacted with both Diane and Cory again in the showroom, as well as manager, Jason. All staff members are friendly and questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. As for the spa itself, we couldnt be happier. We werent sure if the jets would be powerful enough, but I am so happy to report thats definitely not the case. Weve only had our spa for a week but have been in it every night. High quality product, awesome service. Would definitely recommend.

We bought our Hot Springs spa from them in 2015 and is one of the very best home purchases we have ever bought. It has a real healing effect on sore muscles and the lower jets cured my plantar fasciitis completely within a few uses. I just kept my heels in front of the jets long enough to have them plusating after I moved them away from the jets. As absolutely true story, it has never comeback and I had tried for over yrs before that, nothing worked

We recently purchased a Hot Springs Spa at the Temecula Valley Fair. The salesperson, Diane Cox, is great. She makes you feel like an old friend from the moment you meet her. Jason, the manager, has been nothing but helpful, courteous and willing to help and answer any questions we have. Our spa was delivered on the day and time promised and was set up in no time and the 2 employees who delivered it took the time to explain how everything worked. I decided we needed a cover cradle and had one installed 2 days later by Lorenzo who also was very helpful and told us to call if we have any questions about anything.I have been treated like a valued customer every time I have dealt with Valley Hot Springs and would recommend them to anyone.

Just inherited an older hot tub at our new home and didnt want to go the normal chemical route, so I called Valley Hot Spring Spas before coming in (we live in South Temecula) and talked to Matt, he was very helpful on the phone and when I visited the store he was there as well. He was a wealth of information and put me on the right track with alternative chemicals for my hot tub. He put my maintenance plan together and gave me detailed instructions. He even told me to call him if I ran into issues or had any questions. Although a bit of a drive, I will for sure be going to Valley Hot Spring Spas for all my hot tub needs. Selection was great, Jason (owner) is very knowledgeable and was very helpful when selecting a spa.Spa was delivered when promised. Delivery folks were very helpful and accommodating. The recommended electrician (Oak Electric) was there when promised and did an excellent job.Overall a very positive experience and will definitely return to the store for supplies and any future purchases of spas.

Had been researching for a while and was not convinced about any product then we saw Valley Hot Springs at Costco. Spoke with Jim and were instantly sold. Very professional with no hard sell - just the facts maam! Delivery was made exactly on time and clear concise instructions given. The wife and I went into the store and was immediately greeted by a sales representative named Diane. Diane was friendly and patient with all the questions we had and promptly explained hot tubs 101 for us. We never felt pressured to buy and after a long discussion the wife and I bought a Free Flow Sport Series Azure hot tub. The wife has commented on several occasions since spa delivery that the spa was the 2nd best investment we have made with the house being the first. I would have gave the review five stars but noticed a small abrasion by the control area following delivery and the lack of accessories with the particular spa, a complimentary spa caddy would have been nice.

Knowledgeable about spas. Quick delivery time. Friendly service. Upon delivery, the spa was damaged. The delivery people called and we called as well. They agreed to replace the spa with a new one. The delivery time on that spa was the next day and all went well.

Unbelievably easy, price was thousands below competitors. Jason was responsive and spent hours (yes, hours) explaining the benefits of each type of spa. He listened to my needs and budget and I ended up with the perfect spa at a terrific price. He recommended Kohlie Oak who did the electricity in one day, I couldnt even tell he had been here even though it was over 50 ft of trenching!The install was even easier with Jason showing up exactly on time to guide the install. He spent hours explaining each feature and stayed until the spa was running and fully set up. He always answers his phone or calls back immediately. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Eric was great. My wifes brother was a customer of Valley Hot Spring Spas and took us in as a referral. The spa was delivered when promised and Eric also set up the electrician for us for the same day. So far so good. We will most likely be buying supplies from them also.
