These guys were extremely helpful. I cant remember the name of the guy that helped me, but it doesnt matter because all the sales guys in there were very friendly and very knowledgeable and had no issue explaining everything in non layman terms.

I was there around 11 today because I had a problem with my tank. Im not from around the area and Im only here for work. Well I go in thinking Im probably going have to by a new tank. The gentleman working there was super helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile and got me fixed up and back on my way. 10 out of 10 will return because of his customer service.

Went in on the spur of the moment. My husband had been before but this was my first time. The young guy behind the counter was very polite, very friendly. As we browsed he added conversation and insight to his products. He was never pushy, just seemed genuinely interested in helping us. It was a pleasant experience and we will definitely go back to that particular location because of the overall transaction and interaction.

I didnt get his name, but I know he had a red beard. I went in wanting a very simple vape and he stayed with me and answered every question I had. Offered to set my vape up for me but I said I wanted to do it to learn it. He held a conversation with me and was just very nice. I will be back.

Terrible place!!!!!! Bought batteries for vape and they were dead. When I told them the guy said all batteries come that way. I told him all the many I have bought have always been charged. He basically called me a liar. Never offered to give a refund. I went across the street to nuwave and bought a set. FULLY CHARGED. My question is why would I want dead batteries when I have a perfectly good set that went dead already. COME ON GUYS. NEVER GO BACK FOE SURE.
