Took my vehicle in in July there was a noise in the front passenger side. Previously had been to Hyundai dealership for oil change and tire rotation. Noise was due to LOOSE LUGNUTS. Two different Hyundai Dealerships said I needed brakes. Took vehicle in today for brake job and Frey said I had 50% front and rear brakes and suggested I not have brakes done at this time. They did this at no charge and also give you a loner vehicle for free. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRUSTWORTHY DEALER. I will continue to go there for ALL services for my vehicle!!!!!!! 5 stars for Frey Automotive

Went to look at a Chevy avalanche vehicle. Vehicle had an ABS braking problem so it dinged all through the test drive. Vehicle had a massive fuel leak and emissions leak. Me my wife and mother in law all got sick feeling from it. Also something was wrong with the front end because I went to make a u turn and it seemed like the wheel was rubbing against the body. Then wanted to look at a GMC Acadia but that vehicle wouldn’t start! And mechanic said the battery was good so who knows what is wrong with that thing.

The entire team at Frey Automotive are truly customer oriented. They were very helpful when selecting a new vehicle. They went out of their way to correct any issues that arose and to ensure I was a very satisfied customer. I will continue to have them service all of our families vehicles.

Honest and trustworthy. Ive been getting work done here for over 14 years!! Only thing is, I only live 1 mile down the road and I needed a ride home while doing the work and I couldnt get one. Normally I would have walked like last time, but it was snowy and cold. I think with spending over 900 dollars over a month and continuing to go there, maybe a small ride home. Otherwise these guys are stupendous!!

Buying my car went great however,when a problem was found getting it repaired has not. it had a bad trans leak which has been repaired at a $200.00 cost to me, but it now has a service engine soon light on indicating a trans problem. I was told to come pick it up and they would look at it later, would not put that in writing and have left me wondering will it break down or not!

Great place to buy a car or get yours repaired. Have loaners for when yours is being repaired friendly staff and will show you whats wrong with your car before they fix it so you know your getting it fixed right the first time.

2nd service experience at Freys - Took my Ridgeline in for a timing belt maintenance package, new belt, new water pump, gaskets, oil, lube, etc. Just like my first visit for an alternator, work was completed on time at a reasonable price. Certainly a go to place for auto service in the Muskego - Wind Lake - Franklin area.

I had a great experience at Frey Automotive! I live near Naperville, IL and have A LOT of dealers to choose from. I was looking for a used Nissan Leaf with Quick Charge, and all of the dealers near me had a lack of knowledge about this car even though they were trying to sell them. I called several dealers near me to ask about their Nissan Leaf inventory. Most of the dealers didnt know what quick charge was, the photos they posted didnt help verify if the car had it or not, and some of the dealers started sending me emails saying free oil changes for life (Nissan Leaf doesnt use oil...).Finally, I came upon Frey Automotives website and found the car that I ended up purchasing. The cars description and photos made it extremely easy to see that this car was an exact match! I drove up to the dealership to meet JJ for a test drive and to talk about the car. Ive only purchased 2 other vehicles in my life, but this was the most hassle free purchase Ive made. We both were able to agree to an honest price for the car (and the price was on the low end of market value, which made the deal extra good for me knowing I didnt get ripped off). I came back for the car the next weekend once finances were in place and the car has been perfect ever since!

Frey has always come thru for us. Either a tire problem or whatever. Nick the manager is helpful and gets the job done in a timely manor

I originally left a 5 star review because the price and service at the time was good. However there were issues with getting all the parts for the soft top that eventually got figured out even though I had to pay out of my own pocket for part of what should have been included. Then after less than a month I start having issues with the vehicle. Then I find out that since the vehicle was from Canada the warranties are now void. I was told the vehicles was from Canada but not that it impacted the standard waranty. I had to replace a clock spring for $600, that would have been covered by the warranty. After calling and talking to JJ he said I should have figured out that vehicles from Canada dont carry a warranty anymore. He also refused to do anything about it. Now after only owning the vehicle for 5 months, and putting on a whopping 3k miles,I have to replace both front axel U joints and both of the rear axel seals. Again the front axle U joints could have been covered by warranty if I had one. The shop that I use and trust told me that this did not happen in the last 5 months and was probly like that when I bought it. Be warned get the vehicle checked out elsewhere first before you buy it. Also if its from Canada even though they dont tell you it has no more warranty in the US.

I bought a 2013 truck truck from Frey I worked with JJ for the sale,.The price was the best I found in the area I drove 150 miles to buy the truck. JJ worked with me and made the sale smooth and hassle free for me. about a week later I was checking tire presser and noticed that one of the tires was mismatched and the wrong size. I called JJ on the issue and We looked for a tire that could replace the wrong tire. He ended up writing me a check to buy a new tire. I was a little disappointed that the problem was not caught before the truck was sold. On the other hand I am very happy with the service and honesty that I received as a customer. Glad to do business with Frey automotive and JJ.
