Service has gotten worse didnt offer to put wiper blades on like they use to and to top it off they tell you the size of blades which is fine but then when I picked out and led them to the register turns out its the wrong type how was I suppose to know they were wrong would have been nice if someone doubled checked or even acted like they cared which is sad it never us to be like this here. I ended up returning them right away and getting a new size they didnt offer to help pick put the right size the 2nd time.

My son and I went to the local AutoZone to get new spark plugs, a plug gapper, and battery for his Honda motorcycle. The man behind the counter was very helpful in quickly finding us the correct plugs, gapper, and battery. He answered a question about the battery. I have received good service from this store many times in the past.

I went to this store to get a new battery and wow was Pete amazing. He went above and beyond to find me the right one and he even installed it for me. This store always has excellent customer service when I go in there!

Employee offered to help me putting on new windshield wipers. Great service, the one in Muskego.

Was having trouble finding the right wiper blade for my car, but one of the guys there came out and took a look at the wiper and were able to help me figure out what wiper I would need since my wiper vanished, he was able to find it and knew where to go right away, was very appreciative of his help and happy they knew what they were doing.

I gotta say, it’s a breath of fresh air to walk in to an auto parts store and not be treated like an ignorant woman. I’ve been in this location several times and always receive great service. If they don’t have something in stock, they’re always quick to offer to find it at a near by location and have it sent over or held at the other location.

Its a autozone part store. Good selection of parts on hand and good associates that are willing to help and are kind and considerate.

Went to AutoZone today knowing what I needed. Not finding it, I asked Josh, one of their very helpful employees if they had the parts. He notified me it was in the back and was sold by the foot. Some of the parts I needed AutoZone did not carry, however, Josh sold me portions of some of the parts they did carry (kits with more parts than I needed). I returned a couple hours later after testing my project with the new parts installed to thank Josh for being so helpful, me knowing how difficult jobs like this can be, me having a similar job in the past.Josh provided me with the exact parts needed by matching it to parts on my car in their parking lot and helped so sell me only what I needed, saving me lots of cash and having a great experience, I would certainly recommend anyone with car parts needs to come back to this location and ask for Josh.

Came 1/30/20 around 6:30PM. My friend had her front light bulb out and I had my rear light out. We walked in explaining our issues and Josh came outside to both of our cars to look at them while it was freezing cold. While Josh was looking at our cars both of them just needed to be plugged back in. He helped us plug them back in and be on our way! Thank you Josh for your awesome service, best customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Went in to get a new head light and asked if SHE could help to replace it and it was done with no hesitation. In fact both headlights .its usually better to replace both bulbs at the same time. I was VERY impressed by this young ladys helpfulness I gave her a fin.

I went with a ton of questions on how to assemble an auxiliary battery to my Ford Transit. Josh was so knowledgeable and kind on the phone that I came to meet him in person to get in person guidance and to buy the battery needed. Thanks Josh for being superb!

Store was clean. Was greeted when I arrived. Staff was knowledgeable and not quick to rid of customer. Offered to print out vehicle repair procedures. Its a great feeling to deal with polite people.

Picked up a Bluetooth conversion kit for my 09 Harley . Works perfectly which doc radio also able to answer phone calls.

Went to AutoZone for a bulb replacement for my headlight. Sales person Leah was so helpful. She went out to my car and took the bulb out for me proceeded inside to find my replacement and went back outside to put it in. Whole transaction took about 10 min and i was on my way. Very thankful for her knowledge and services.

I stopped in for some new wiper blades. The sale rep took the time to show me the selection, pointed out the differences, and then recommended the proper ones. This was good, but then he offered to put them on my vehicle, in the cold!! Now that is what I call excellent service. Great job!!thanks

Its a place to buy oil and standard parts. IMO the associates are hit or miss - some knowing a lot and some knowing very little. Sometimes extremely frustrating

Clean, well stocked store with a very friendly and knowledgable staff. Found just what I was looking for, better than NAPA or Advance. Will be back again.

Always helpful with helping look up parts. Most of the people there know the job Im doing and offer suggestions.

Dont buy anything electrical. Lucky if it will last a year.

Im local who stoped by two minutes after the door closed do you think they could opened it and helped me where I buy all my parts from. the internet says theyre open till ten...they just stood there and stared at me you think they could a came to the door and asked if they could help me....I will buy my parts elsewhere
