The manager told us we would get these discounts that didn’t go through if we switched to att, he also didn’t set up my watch correctly, and I’ve had to spend hours on the phone with customer service. Super disappointed with this place.

Rep. Jalisa D. at the AT&T Store in Muskego helped me out immensely today. I have a new 4G AT&T Flip IV phone, which is so different from my previous 3G flip phone. After syncing my phone with my car, we went through how to get to and add Contacts, so different from the old phone. She was very knowledgeable about the product and went step by step through answering anything I asked her, speaking in laymans terms and so easy to understand. I asked her to write the steps down for everything she taught me, and she said no problem and was so accommodating. Kudos to Jalisa!

Was a relaxed mtg with att person I have trouble seeing little and hurt my hand so kinda was a no good at setup this time He had no problem with helping and answering questions I went early so not to interfere with customers but did a great job pleasant and very personable Had a bad experience with another couple yrs ago never went there again and one other called and said bring it in did and he couldnt fix for me yea for Muskego and Andy

My quick trip to get a new phone for me and set up the old phone for my daughter ended up taking a lot longer than expected, which put us way past closing time, unfortunately. HOWEVER NOT ONCE did the employee complain. In fact Mr. Anderson was funny and helpful and willing to stay until we were all set. Great customer service in a day and age when that isnt alway the case. Thanks so much!

The sales person was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. However I have your att tv service and I have had problems with it since the day i got it. The sales person said it is updated to a now version. I guess I need to jump through hoops to get the update because no one has notified me.

Usually i would not leave reviews but this worker really needs better customer service training or a different job where customer interactions are not required.Stopped in to upgrade my plan. before I even walked in the store, the worker with the dreads, projected a contempt face when he saw me drive up.I asked him that I wanted to upgrade my plan. He told me to call customer service. “they can do that over the phone.”I also told him that there was a promo for auto pay. he restated that they can also take care of that.I tried to tell him that on at&t website, it said I could do it in store, but he was already pushing me out towards the door. he was a bit rude about it. he didn’t even wait to let me tell him that I had already call customer service, but the system didn’t finalize correctly, that’s why i stopped in.by the way, this was the second time I had interactions with him. the first was when he signed me onto the plan. he was not much of a help and had the same bad attitude then and now i had to stop in again to adjust my plan only to be greeted with the same attitude

Update March 2021: Still never heard from anyone after multiple attempts and leaving multiple messages. No accountability whatsoever, save yourself the headache, avoid the scam to lure you in to the store and go to a corporate store where theres standards and morals.AVOID THIS STORE - save yourself the frustration and go to the actual corporate store on 76th and Layton.I stopped in here to upgrade a phone back in March. I was going to go with the deal they had at the time for a free iPhone. When I entered the store, they had signs up promoting a new iPhone11 for $1/month so I went with that option instead. Here I am, 7 months later and I am being charged $20/month for the phone. I have stopped in to have this corrected 3 different times and called at least 3 different times as well. The first time I was told I have to call customer service to get it corrected, I called customer service as advised and they said since it was a store deal, there is nothing they can do about it, it needs to be corrected by the store. 2nd time I stopped in, I was told there was no manager on site and that he would call me, never happened. 3rd time I stopped in, the manager was there but said he couldnt do anything about it and someone higher up would have to call me, again never happened. After stopping in at the corporate store on 76th and Layton, they were much more helpful, even trying to investigate what the issue was to begin with. Apparently there are independently owned stores, such as this one, who have their own ways of doing things. Customer service is limited on how they can help due to this. Again, save yourself the headache and just go to the corporate store. I left yet another message today requesting a call back, which I am sure wont happen. So frustrating!

I had a complicated issue with adding lines to an existing account. Jake was incredible. It took a few days to fix but he got it done. He even discussed other phone options and with trade ins of old phones-it was an awesome deal. I work Customer Service myself so I can be critical but Jake is truly an assest.

Always a phenomenal experience when I come to this location, no one in there is short of a genius and they are always friendly towards the customers even if they are a bit flustered. I visited this store on 1/29/2020 and was greeted ( we will say that loosely) by your associate Nick with attitude right off the bat. he seemed to not want to be bothered by any questions. i was there looking into getting an apple watch for myself and my sister. after a bit more attitude than i felt was needed my sister and i had mentioned we would just go someplace else due to him not wanting to help us. this was followed by Nick stating it was because he was black. Now let me just mention this was not at all the reason it was due to his attitude towards us as customers. When we turned to leave Nick stated good luck finding somebody with a lighter color skin tone to help you again i dont know why race was ever brought up, i could care less about your skin tone and more about the attitude and service you are supposed to be providing while doing your job. i left the store and proceeded to call the 1800 number to file a complaint against this individual with att. but because Nick had never actually opened my account or done anything there was no way to get his information, The gentleman on the phone from att asked me if i would go back into the store ( i was still in the parking lot) and ask for his employee ID number. i stated that i didnt know if i felt comfortable doing this but i would if he stayed on the phone with me on speaker to hear the interaction, which he did. i went back into the store and asked Nick for his employee ID number which he refused to give me, while stating that there was nothing anyone was going to do to him so it didnt matter. i informed Nick that i had ATT on the phone and they are requesting his employee ID number he again stated he would not give out any of that information and nobody was going to make him. after a while in the store i felt this was going nowhere and was going to leave, as i turned to leave i heard him ask me if i wanted to risk my life over this complaint now i have been verbally threatened by someone i dont know and now i feel my safety is at risk. All the while my sister is sitting in the car watching this and sees Nick follow me towards the door and taking pictures of my license plate and vehicle. Now im even more nervous because what is he going to do with that information. i continue my call with ATT who informs me that without a ID number there is not much they can do but he will look into it and call me back. Yesterday 1/30 i called the store and spoke with jon the store manager and gave him the same information and was informed that Nick has had many complaints but he doesnt know Nick well but doesnt feel he is a threat. yeah thats not really the point. I asked for the regional managers information because i would like to discuss this with him as well. i was provided a email that was double checked with Jon and low and behold the email cant be send due to no email being found. i was not going to post this experience right away because i felt like it may not have been a reflection of the whole store and maybe just one bad individual but now im not so sure, and i would hate for anyone else to have this same experience i did. if i could have rated a zero i would have. this incident was also reported at the greenfield store where i went right after and documentation was provided there as well.UPDATE as of 2/7/2020After speaking with Jon the store manager and Joel the regional manager I can honestly say I feel my bad experience has been heard. I had a very long talk with Joel shortly after the incident took place and again tonight. He was very apologetic and expressed his concern in my experience as well as assured me this was taken seriously and would and was addressed. I understand that there are steps he ( the regional manager) must take in order to appease the company and follow policies and I as I said in the above statement I don’t feel my previous experience was a true representation of what they strive for as a store but a bad apple within the system. I am upping my stars for the way this was overall handled. Thank you guys.

Just spent an hour with Matthew. While he didnt get any business from our day today, holy smokes will I go back there when I need something. He help untangle what some other representatives elsewhere did, including at the corporate stores. I normally only like to go to the corp. stores, but Matt changed that. I drive a half an hour out of the way to go there. Good luck, while typically its a craps shoot whether you get decent help at a cell phone store - this store has much better odds. Good people at this store.

Michael C. provided customer service that went above and beyond!!! Over the phone, I ordered a bundled package of AT&T Internet 18 and DIRECTV but had a horribly frustrating experience trying to get my DIRECTV order to go through and for a technician to come to my house. After spending 5 hours on the phone that week and having three rescheduled appointments turn into no-shows, I made one last ditch effort to resolve the issue by going to this store. Michael was very sympathetic and knew exactly what to do. He was even willing to come in early the next morning and spend time on the phone talking to his regional network. He made sure my DIRECTV order finally went through, was priced at the bundled promotion, and checked in with me the next day to confirm. My only regret is not going here sooner. Never order DIRECTV over the phone or online. Instead, go here and let Michael take good care of you. Thanks, Michael!
