This shop is awesome! Great customer service and fair price to do the work I requested. Brought them some exhaust components to replace some worn out stuff on a 200k mile truck. We discussed options for fitment, custom piping, welds, etc. and they had it done in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Mustang Muffler and am 100% satisfied with the entire experience.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience with mustang muffler. Scott does amazing and fast work. Dropped my truck off at another shop and they had it for 2 months and didnt even touch it. Mustang muffler started ordering parts for my truck before I even brought it to them just from talking to Scott on my phone and returned it in less than 2 weeks with no issues so far on a custom build project!! Labor prices are a little high ($90 an hour) but I imagine thats going to be anywhere you take it for a custom build.

Great guys, fair prices, solid work. What more could you ask for? I went in not knowing anything about what I wanted and everyone was super helpful. They also didn’t rip me off or sell me more than what I needed for no reason. They got me in the next day and were quick but thorough.

Someone tried to steal my CAT by cutting through the exhaust..they got me in after I called the next day and I was in and out so fast! The worker was friendly and nice and I’m really happy they could help with my problem. Thank you!

Ive had mustang muffler do full custom exhaust on 2 of my cars, put a better flowing muffler and sounding muffler on my expedition and just recently put 4 new O2 sensors on the expedition. They have always done good work and their prices are reasonable for the quality work they do. Also always done in a timely manner and they call me when the vehicle is ready . Friendly folks to boot.

Scott installed long tube headers on my 2015 Mustang GT. I forgot to order a parts and he was awesome and worked with me until the part came in 2 days later. He could have easily charged extra for the delay but didnt. This is the best place I have ever had exhaust work done. I highly recommend!

First time Ive used them, but not the last. Outstanding customer service from the receptionist. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I told the owner to replace the entire exhaust system if needed. I know less reputable shops would have replaced the entire system regardless if it really needed it. They only replaced the muffler and fixed a hanger or two. I appreciate the honesty. I highly recommend!

I had a cat-back exhaust system installed on my car and they not only provided the service, as promised, but they provided expert recommendations that facilitated a finished product that I would be 100% happy with. Furthermore, they were able to finish all of the work within their estimated time frame. The best part, the cost of their services was more than fair. I called many nearby places to get estimates and Mustang Muffler gave me the most reasonable estimate. Some places even estimated more than double the time AND price required compared to what these guys were able to perform. Jeremy at Mustang Muffler is very knowledgeable and provided great advice when I was upgrading the exhaust on my 2014 BMW 550i. He suggested that I get the diffuser swapped on first so that he could ensure the M5 mufflers would line up. It only took them a couple hours to modify the hangers and get the exhaust fabricated up. They did an awesome job ensuring the mufflers fit correctly and it sounds awesome!

Beautiful sound from the 300cid L6. Full length headers, Magnaflow x-pipe, 30 glasspacks out via 4 megaphone tips. Awesome work, highly recommended!

I took my 89 Foxbody Mustang to Mustang Muffler and they knocked it out of the park. home. run. I am very particular about what is done and who works on my car. I went in for a simple tailpipe adjustment but Rod pointed out several issues with the entire exhaust that needed fixing and after talking to Rod I knew I wanted him to go ahead and redo it all and he did not disappoint. Everything looks fantastic, I can tell Rod really takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend to others who are looking for someone who is honest, very professional and does great quality work. I could not be happier.

I recently moved to town from New England and needed a good, fair, and honest mechanic. After purchasing a car here to replace my 10+ year old vehicle, and with the warmer months coming, my new car needed a radiator flush and A/C maintenance. Cant give a quote over the phone. Wants you to set up an appointment and get you in the lift before he tells you a quote; which is outrageous when you do get a price. Very unprofessional and gets upset when you choose to not do the work there. A muffler that cost $130 from Flowmaster is $350 installed.

I visited here to see if they could figure out why my AC was not blowing very cold air. They immediately checked it and got it taken care of quickly. They were very professional and reasonable prices. Im thankful they were able to take care of me so quickly.

One shop convinced me to do a less than desirable exhaust setup on my Ford Fusion leaving the inside cabin of my car SO LOUD all the time. I finally had it redone at Mustang Muffler. They were quick, reasonably priced, and did a quality job. They were also good at helping me decide exactly which Borla system to go with. They have definitely earned my business.

I took my M Roadster to Mustang Muffler to get a custom axle back. They recommended several things for me to consider on the install. I released them to do their recommendations. The turn around time was super fast (i.e. 3-4 hours). The quality of the work with the exhaust tips looked amazing. The car sounds very aggressive. They will now be my go to exhaust shop from now on.

This company is a total joke. Worst welds i have seen on a exhaust system . Basically amateur welds that is clotted everywhere they attempted to weld. The owner acted too busy to discuss what i wanted done with the exhaust system i had purchased and brought to them to have installed on my jeep. As if irritated i did not purchase system through them. Then was upset with me when i brought back their crappy work to be fixed. They messed up a sensor thread for O2 sensor . They mounted exhaust tip so close it rests on my bumper and rattles. Seriously just poor customer service, horrible quality of work, i strongly suggest to stay away from this so called business for the sake of your money and your vehicle. This company is an embarrassment to the automotive repair industry. And the fact i received a message from this company stating that they have no record of me having work done there when i paid with card and i have the original receipt in my hands as i type this review, if proof that this company is a joke and is irresponsible. Sorry Mustang muffler i wont contact you to discuss your failure to be responsible. Unlike this company i keep track off my records. If you claim to provide quality service, you should posses accurate documentation of doing so, obviously that is not the case with this company.

DO NOT GO HERE! If i could rate this place with no stars i would. The owner doesnt have time for you! The work he did on my truck was horrible. The wields had pits and were lumpy. He ran larger pipe over the smaller and wielded it. On the muffler he cut until he could wield the pipe straight to the outside of the muffler! He didnt look to see if my truck had a resignator on it and left it on(WHY?). When I got home I decided to look at the exhaust and was horrified. I got it fixed somewhere else where they did more work with better wields and even went from a single in single out to a single in dial out for $50 less. I then brought his job back to him to get my money back. I ask nicely for my money back offering his product and even said i dont need all of my money back His response was what am I supposed to do with that.Its used. He also told me that he saw nothing wrong with his work. Hes been wielding for twenty years. Good thing Ive given blood, sweat, and tears to protect you sir!

These guys have done exhaust work for me on several cars, modern and our 68 Mustang and 78 Trans Am. They always do a great job. They do more than exhausts. They installed the a/c unit on our Trans Am and did some brake work for us. They are no nonsense and charge a very fair price.

I brought my daughters 98 maxima into their shop for an estimate on a complete exhaust system. Now based on exhaust systems that I found on Amazon that I would have had to install myself I figured I would be looking at around $1200.00. That is a pretty hefty chunk for a car worth about $2000.00 but the car is solid and worth the investment. The exhaust was completely original and completely worn out. They quoted me 500 to 600 for the repair. I agreed and left the car. They called several hours later to tell me it was done. I came, payed the bill and left. I will say the car was extremely quite, no rattles or droning throughout the rpm range. Very satisfied with the performance. When I got home I looked under the car to see what they installed. I found that they had custom created this exhaust for this car. They bent the piping, welded in the muffler, resonator, flex pipe, and exhaust tip. They reused the converters as they were still good. Very custom high quality install, very clean welds. The price was exceptional, but the quality of the work far exceeds the dollar value. I knew they fabricated custom performance exhaust systems for race cars etc. but now I know they use that same skill set to repair regular cars as well. I will now be bringing all of my vehicles to Mustang Muffler exclusively for exhaust work... from my Camry to my corvette. I am very particular. Thank you!

An exhaust pipe on my husbands truck was rattling so I took it to these guys to have it fixed. They were busy and told me to come back in an hour, so I left and went grocery shopping then came back. They then asked me again to come back later. After telling them that Id already had to leave and come back once, they agreed to put the truck on the lift and look at it. After about ten minutes they came back and told me that a different area than I had originally thought was loose and that it would be $60 to fix it. I figured it would take at least half an hour so I agreed to it. It took less than five minutes and all they did was a single weld where the pipes come together. I called and told my husband what the price was and was then informed that I was way overcharged. These guys took advantage of me because Im a young woman. I went back in and talked to the owner and calmly told him that I believed I had been charged too much and his response was to get mad and yell to his employees that he wasnt aware that other people set my prices! and then told me it was too bad and thats what they charge, and then he walked off. One of his employees then came out of the shop and told me that if I could get a quote from someone else for cheaper, they would match the price. I called around and immediately found a shop in the metro that said hed do it for $25 and he emailed me a quote. I printed it out and took it back up to Mustang Muffler and the owner shoved it back at me and scoffed saying it wasnt a real quote because the guy gave me the price without seeing the truck. He then also proceeded to accuse me of finding the quote online and just printing it out even though it was dated and had my name on it. It also had the name, address, and phone number of the other shop so that he could call and confirm the price with them. He then tried telling me that he has never matched prices and theres no way that anyone in his shop would have told me that. He told me I was not getting my money back because I had already agreed to the price and that I was getting a deal because they charge a $20 lift fee and $85/hr as a base rate. I have talked to several of my male friends that have gone here for exhaust work and they are all shocked at what I was charged. No man has had this issue with them, but if youre a woman I guarantee theyll do the same crap to you.And to the owner: Youre right, no one else does set your prices. However, if you continue to price gouge women just because you think you can get away with it, the free market will take care of it and put you out of business. Lying and cheating customers is not a way to keep or gain business.

I had a Borla ProXS series installed on My 2007 Silverado, with a delete kit and Raven black tips on dual exhaust.I have always wanted a Borla System, but couldn’t bring myself to spend the extra money, Mustang Muffler made the choice easy! Their pricing for BORLA was cheaper than most shop muffler specials! I was floored with how great it sounded and have been running it for about two weeks, now. I can’t keep my foot out of the throttle, and still get much better performance out of the truck!From the start I was pleased with the service. I am a busy person and had to leave the truck with them, it was taken care of phenomenally.I will be returning to Mustang Muffler with everything I need in the future!
