This used to be a pretty decent place to get your prescriptions filled. But for some reason they are having issues getting people to work at this store. Not sure if its a leadership thing, or if its because they dont have people to hire. This is a large corporation and you would think they had people from other stores who might be able to work if they had the overtime, who knows? But waiting for hours and hours for a prescription that should not take that long to fill is unacceptable.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would.This Walgreens has turned into a nightmare!! Went to pick up a prescription that was called in 1-2 hrs ago. Get there and the kid JAKOB yes I said kid! Was extremely rude, told me that they wont fill the prescription tonight it would be sometime tomorrow! Walgreens do better because you just lost a customer that has been using your pharmacy for 10+ years!! CVS here we come!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. This use to be a great location. They take FOREVER to fill a rx. Rx was called in at 1:45 wasn’t ready until almost 6:00. If you don’t hire more staff to serve your customers you’re going to lose them. I will be moving my business to the little pharmacy across the street!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes for my husband’s restless leg medicine. They stated it wasn’t ready yet and to come after 8:30. When he got there a few minutes after 8:30, they closed the pharmacy! He tried to talk to the manager but was informed their was nothing they could do to help him. He needed the medication tonight! Thank goodness Yukon was much more accommodating. We will go there from now on.

There was two cars in front of me, I waited 40 mins to even get to the window. Once I got to the window, I was ignored for 5-10 mins before anyone even asked if they could help me. To then be told my sons prescription wasnt even ready. The prescription that his doctor sent to them the night before. 🤦🤦🤦 Update: went again in the morning and was told it wasnt ready come back in the afternoon. So went back, was told again its not ready and to come back tonight. Went back and again they said it wasnt ready and that it wouldnt be ready until the next day. Im am beyond mad. So annoyed I called my sons doctor and just switched his prescription to another pharmacy. Will never ever ever ever use this pharmacy again. WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE!!! ANOTHER UPDATE: They dont have my sons prescription ready so I was going to go to another pharmacy, but that pharmacy said that the other pharmacy already billed my insurance and now I cant get it at the other pharmacy without paying for it. But yet it is still not ready for me to pick up. I am beyond angry!!!!!! Day 2 and tomorrow will be day 3 and still my son still doesnt have his medicine. My son is super sick and needs this medicine!!! This store needs to be closed. Save yourself the headache and never ever use them!!!!

The worst Walgreens ever!!! Be ready to get treated horrible, embarrassed, and most definitely be ready to wait forever!!! And let’s not forget be ready to pay out of pocket several times due to their own mistakes, and not giving a, about the customer’s, I’ve been hung up on, I’ve waited well over an hour with my toddler who obviously was very impatient after 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for my prescription after being notified it was done, all for them to say it wasn’t after I’d been waiting an hour, Billy the old guy who works there told me to move around very rudely, and it embarrassed me, I asked when my script would be ready, and the said they had no idea to move so they could help the next person, what!!!??? I was so irritated and embarrassed.. needless to say yesterday I was told I could only pick up 2 days worth of a medication I have to have or I’m extremely sick, and I told them that, they said they were low on that medication that I’d have to wait over a week to get the majority that was left!!! So this was the end of the straw!! I canceled my and my family’s prescription’s and we are now going to a better pharmacy!!! Where they actually care, and aren’t so RUDE!!! Listen pharmacy staff nobody asked or begged you to fill out an application to work there, so if you hate your job that’s your own fault!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I asked 4 different times in the last 2 days if my sons medication was at least in stock since they are short staffed and taking forever to fill prescriptions..all 4 times I was told yes. All 4 times they straight lied to me since now Im being told it is out of stock!! Why lie?! I could have taken my script elsewhere since you guys are soo short staffed!! My child NEEDS this medication! Ive wait 2 days for it to be filled now itll be 2 more days before you have more in stock...then Im sure another 2 days for it to be actually filled. Ridiculous!! I understand being short staffed, but lying to customers?! For what reason?!

If you cannot fill a persons medication for 2-3 days you should let the person know. Unacceptable!!! But you sure are quick to bill my insurance company!!! I understand being under staffed. Communication with the customer is key to success. Very, very disappointed in my hometown Walgreens pharmacy.

4th time they did not have my prescription ready for my daughters medication that affects her mood when she misses it. The online portal shows the medication will be ready and it never is. This time the pharmacy tech told me they had my script but would not have enough time to fill it before they closed. He told me to drive to the Yukon Walgreens and they could do it for me. I got to the Yukon Walgreens and the nice pharmacist there told me he had no idea why they would tell me that because they had to have a drs order to change the script to that location. Strike 4 for me. Ill never have a script filled here again.

Went there for a flu shot at around 12:30. Pharmacy clerk told me I would need an appt, but couldnt schedule for me because they were short handed and shut out from scheduling any appointments for two weeks. Went to Walmart and got helped immediately.

Absolutely unacceptable! This store needs to be closed until they can get the proper staff! We needed urgent medication and was turned away, and told we’d have to come back tomorrow or go to Yukon- we went to Yukon, but they couldn’t do anything because mustang wouldn’t answer their phones to make the transfer. Turned the phones off before time to close. TIME TO CLOSE THE STORE UNTIL STAFFING ISSUES ARE UNDER CONTROL. Closing shift manager was very rude and disrespectful quite honestly. Also curious why they would have the manager of the store stand outside to notify cars they’d have to come back tomorrow for prescription- put a stand out there and tape a sign to it and get your behind in there and be a LEADER. Not management material. Disgraceful, NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!!!!

I would just like to point out how great the cashier amiah was. She was extremely helpful in my shopping journey, compared to the other staff members. The other members seemed extremely rude and paid no attention to the customers around them, while amiah was very helpful and kind. I wish the other staff was as kind as her, it would help the store out tremendously. I’ve never seen such rude and inconsiderate staff. So thank you to the one person who made my shopping experience nice

No matter how long the line is behind you, do NOT leave the pharmacy drive-through until you have looked through everything you have IN DETAIL. I waited an hour and a half in line, they sent my stuff out to me, I counted the scrip bags and looked at the patient names really fast and then drove around to not hold them up, figuring if something was wrong I could run in and fix it. Sure enough, they sold me a 45.00 drug I asked to be left off, but counting didnt catch it because another bag contained multiple scrips. Went in and explained, then was directed to get back in the very long drive-through line to make the return. The drive-through staff were very nice about it, but if any company has the resources to provide the financial incentive to be adequately staffed, its Walgreens, right? Theyre pharmacists. They invested in themselves so that you would hire them to provide a necessary service, not just because they love to study. Please hire more people even if it means youre forced to pay them well.

Very disappointed with two employees while checking out at this location on July 8th around 11 am. I was recently diagnosed with bronchitis and had a nasty cough. I had to go in the store for medicine and wore a mask out of respect and caution… people are pretty sensitive to a cough these days. The employees must of assumed I did not have my vaccine and that is why I was wearing a mask. They spoke very loudly to make sure I heard that they were happy they received the vaccine and people who have not were selfish. I have been vaccinated but have more respect for people than they do… they were very judgmental and rude and my health is none of their business. Not the first time the customer service at this location has been awful.

Absolutely awful. They were supposed to transfer a prescription to an Edmond Wal Greens. They did not. I have been on hold for 39 minutes trying to figure out where my prescription is. They keep picking up and putting me back on hold.

Had to wait in the drive thru for over an hour just to get my prescriptions. Asked an employee why the pharmacy was closed inside and was told they are short staffed. The line is around the building. Wouldnt even give them a single star but you have to give at least star. Would rate this at a zero and below.

Horrible customer service, nothing but excuses. Lies about in store availability online resulting in time wasted attempting in store pickup only to be told items are unavailable, and receive an order cancellation email an hour later. If you order from this store, make sure you use a credit card not a debit card

Been hung up on after 45 minutes on hold, waiting for an Rx for covid for 3 days. Talked to the manager and they couldnt help after another 30 minute delay! Cant get thru and had the window slammed in my face at 901 pm after i was the last car and told they would wait on me. My dr had tried to get thru and been on hold for 40 minutes as well. Customer service is not in their playbook.Zero stars if possible!

Staff is nice but drive through wait is totally unacceptable. 8 people in each line + only one tech working = go somewhere else.EDIT I came in tonight after another Walgreens messed up my script and this place could fix it quickly. There were 14 people in line just inside. Ridiculous.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible customer service as when you finally get through to pharmacy on the phone, after already waiting, they literally pick it up and you can hear them placing you on hold they did this to me 6 times. Another example is I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes to get my prescription only to find out they “put it back because of an insurance issue” I KNEW I didn’t have insurance and was planning on paying, they said “well you’ll have to give us time to get it ready”. There’s more but tired of typing, had to temporarily use this pharmacy because of doctor I have since let doctor know if they want to keep me as a patient I want to go back to my Mustang Walmart!!!!!

I switched to CVS from Walgreens 20+ years ago because they made me so angry that my eyeballs were about to pop. I recently changed insurance to a company that doesnt have CVS in network. I figured 20 years might make an improvement, but it seems Walgreens may always have the capacity to disappoint. Ive had prescriptions filled here exactly twice and have had issues both times at this location. Since the eyeball popping happened at a couple of other locations, I am beginning to think Walgreens issues are systemic. May switch to Walmart even though its way less convenient.

Absolutely horrible!!! Will NEVER go back and definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone !!!! Told them the situation with my son who is autistic and has lupus. Cold as ice and his prescription was not ready when we went to pick it up even though she said it would be. Totally disgusted . I would give this a -10 stars if I was able honestly.

The last 3 times I have tried to fill my inhalers I have called ahead to make sure they are ready and when I get there they tell me its not ready and its at another pharmacy. I should not have to transfer a prescription more than once. I have never had so much trouble from any other walgreens. They clearly do not communicate with each other or the customers properly. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Will not be back to this location!

Just had the best experience ever at any Walgreens store. Called and spoke to Pharmacy last evening, explained that I was traveling and needed a prescription refilled. They told me theyd have it ready...and they did. Great service with very little waiting. Many thanks.

Wow.... So my experience absolutely shocked me tonight. I came in about 15 minutes before close and was going to print a few 4x6’s to mail my girlfriend who is at basic training. First the kiosk doesn’t want to work and then I am told I have to come in the morning to get them because “they will take about 3 minutes to print.” And the manager doesn’t want to wait. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I understand I came in late but let’s be real. I didn’t walk in at 9:59. They could have printed them. And the whole time this employee is breathing down my neck which was really weird once I realized she was there. Very dissatisfied and I’m honestly considering just going to Yukon. But I mean honestly I would probably be doing this wallgreens a favor. So I’m going to come back. Absolutely pathetic and it is even more sad it was the manager (which who knows if that’s true at this point) so who could I even voice my opinion to? I work in retail at Floor & Decor and we NEVER rush customers out. I’m beside myself right now. God bless.

Very helpful to our needs with excellent service. We took our infant son here to have his passport photo taken and the staff were helpful, accommodating and patient (unlike other places we had previously visited who flat out refused to help because it was too hard for them).

Filled with incompetent people in the pharmacy! My kids have been on the same medication for over a year same insurance I dropped it off to be filled they tell me insurance doesnt cover it for his age ! This is after 4 days of arguing with them coming to this place to get it filled ! First they didnt have it, then they say they dont show them in the file ( we filled antibiotic here less than a week before where did the insurance information go ? ) I bring g back Insurance now they say this med isnt covered ! I took it to my old pharmacy in blanchard and what do you know filled in less than 15 min and suprise suprise the insurance covered it ! Walgreens is an awful pharmacy with absolutely no customer service.

The pharmacy sucks. It’s the busiest pharmacy in mustang, remodel and add more staff. The lines inside are always long. I just waited for 15 mins in a 4 person line. The computers have several prompts that take up an additional amount of time per customer. The staff are always working hard but you can tell they are disgruntled. The car pick up line is just as bad. I moved everything over to cvs across the street. The management is way better. Staff are polite and friendly and they always have 4-6 people working, which is usually more than Walgreens. I hate Walgreens. I loath even thinking of walking into it. If cvs or a family pharmacy is available I will go there and spend more.

Walgreens on HWY 152 gave me someone else’s drivers license. A few months ago, I got medicine with someone else’s name on itMy actual wait time (20 minutes) also ended up being about 2.5 times that. Walgreens as a whole is terrible, not just this one.
