Took a V Star 250 in that was barely running. They replaced the carb, reset the chain, and some other things and got it running right. Nice folks, and seem knowledgeable. Would go back.

Ive been in the market for a few months for a smaller motorcycle to commute on. Today I went into Dennis Dillon Canyon Honda to look at the new Honda Rebel 300. After riding it, I decided I loved the style, but needed something just a bit more powerful. My salesman, James Hinderer, was very patient with me and showed me the Honda Rebel 500. This bike was a perfect fit for me! A short time later I was able to ride my new motorcycle home. Ive owned lots of bikes in my 54 years ranging in size from 90cc up to 1300cc. Never willing to help. Asked for 30 seconds of their time to press on a fork seal. With much complaint agreed to do it. Told me the seal backup plate was on upside down. It wasnt, but technician couldnt turn fork upside down to remove it and returned to me with nothing done. Told the seal was the wrong size but didnt even look to see if they had the right size, just gave fork back again. After 20 minutes of getting nowhere, left and will not go back. Zero stars would be appropriate.

Marty did a great job. Not pushy, just gave the facts. I ended up driving away to compare at other local stores and while I did find similar machines (different brands) for slightly less they just didnt have the features available to make it worth it. In addition, my 4 wheeler was in stock at Dennis Dillon Canyon Honda. The other guys were all wanting me to by online and accept delivery 4 months down the road.Ill also mention the final selling point if youre wondering why a Honda 4 wheeler over some of the others. The Hondas have a true gear box, not a centrifugal clutch system in there automatic version. No other manufacturer that I could find offered this. Reliability means something when your 30 miles out.Go with theses guys. Easy to work with, good terms and one of the best brands.

I have worked with these guys for 15 years, they always have done a good job. I brought in a generator for a clean & tune. They called and said the Generator was missing a part and they couldn’t fix it. All of the parts were there but one, the one that Honda doesn’t make any more. This Generator had always ran good, interesting how all of the sudden the part that Honda doesn’t make is the one that’s missing. Had I known this before I would have driven the extra few miles and dropped at Carl’s.

Once I decided (with absolutely zero pressure) on the bike that was right for me, we did some paperwork, had the bike inspected and tested and was on my way in about an hour start to end. This is the best Honda dealer in the valley. Parts are ordered on time and they actually call when they are in. The service staff are incredibly knowledgeable and pricing is fair. I have known many people who take their off road machines here, and never a bad visit. Sales know their stuff and are professional. Dont let the small showroom fool you they are the best. Also they service all brands of machines there. They did a fantastic job with my Triumph.

We bought our 2018 Pioneer 1000 from Robert and we love it. I had a few issues that have nothing to do with Canyon, but with Honda. Matt and Robert made sure that we were taken care of with our windshield and Matt took care of it without hesitation. The only reason I gave a 4 star is there is always room for improvement. I bought my 2021 talon at this dealership, the first trip out my shocks on the left front and rear blew the seals,100 miles I called the service dept,they told me that it was something I did and the shocks were most likely not under warranty, I took my machine to edge in Ontario Oregon, they looked at it and warranty everything no problem, I used to buy everything from canyon honda,not any more, not even a quart of oil .
