Best place in the Valley to get quality costumes. Id have to say that the Nampa and Boise store have more then double the costumes to offer as the store on Eagle Road.

I had the best customer service there than any other place I have ever been. I was very impressed. I was asked if I needed any help with smiles. They answered my questions with a lot of patience. It was great!!

Great service and theyre selection is crazy good. If youre needing balloons 🎈 for literally any type of event they have it. However, a tip is just to pre-order any balloon bouquets at least a day in advance if needed for a weekend especially. Definitely a worthy one stop party shop...

Very nice store and friendly staff. BUT the halloween decorations terrify children to the point that we dont want to return till after the holidays. I think they need to tone it down a bit to welcome everyone.

I believe they need to get a better stock. Second time I couldnt find what I needed and a display was up for another item I was looking for, when I asked for them to get me two of the large balls, she said they had been out for a few weeks. Then maybe take the display down. (It is sitting right in the front of the store as you walk in. Not happy today with my shopping experience.

The employees were very helpful and happy. I needed to put together 2 balloon bouquets for a high school softball senior night. I had so many questions. They were very patient. Their selection was amazing along with their prices. It was a fast and easy process.I picked out the latex baloon color and sizes. The latex balloons were located in the isle as you walked in to the store. Then I took those balloons to the front of the store and got them filled with helium. I could have added more balloons and different ones as well at this time. Located towards the front of the store there are mylar balloons in all the colors, shapes and designs to personalized it.I am sure that if you did not want to pick anything out, or you did not feel creative, you could just tell the employees what you want and they will make it.

This store was exceptionally clean and well organized. When I asked for help finding some gift bags, Ashlie left what she was doing and took me to the bags. She helped me find the right size and also the ribbon I needed. This store has a great and well priced selection as well as superior customer service. An excellent customer experience for sure!

I think my 4 year olds favorite thing about the party store is the child sized cart they have. But there is a wide variety of party supplies and costumes

No staff around asking if I needed help but could hear them chatting from isles over. I walked the store twice looking for birthday supply’s. Ended up picking up very little and I’ll get the rest somewhere else. The register line also makes no sense and is just a gap in between a bunch of junk.

This place is like a diamond mine of good. Everything is well organized so it is super easy to find. Even long lines move quick and I found one of those double beer helmets here... its clearly a soda hat if you were wondering. But yeah... good stuff man. Lots of fun balloons, trinkets, costumes, hats, piñatas, decor, parking. I think I even saw some gag/joke items near the checkout line if you are into that thing. For all you hobos out there, free candy after checkout!! (Nampa, Idaho Store)

Im totally am not impressed.. I bought ballons for my moms 75 birthday. I paid to have 24 hour helium and they fell to the floor after 8 hours.. Im so saddened by this.. My mom didnt get to see them float.. Im 😥..

Tonight Ashlee at the Nampa location followed me around the store answer my million questions and gave me suggestions for my daughters 18th birthday. It was my first time ever in here and it was a great experience! I will definitely be back! Everyone was so friendly and it was an overall great “party” environment!

I live out of town and I called Zurchers in Nampa to order a balloon bouquet for my boyfriends birthday a few weeks ago. The most awesome employee, Heather, stayed on the phone with me for 45 MINUTES helping me decide which balloons would look the best! She made great suggestions and really took the time to help me out, and the balloons ended up looking so great! I am the most indecisive person but she handled all of my requests with so much patience and enthusiasm, I cannot thank her enough! I couldnt think of a better example of excellent customer service. Heather if you see this, thank you so much & you are the BEST!!!

Very helpful employees and nice selection of party items. They were even willing to order any items that were not in stock and were very knowledgeable about what was not available and suggested great substitute item. Just give them a try even if they might be a penny higher its great to have the great help for a large party.

OMG! I was in the Nampa location yesterday and I had the best experience thanks to Ashlee! She knew the layout of the store like the back of her hand and answered all my questions! I was in need of some party supplies and Halloween makeup and Ashlee found everything I was looking for so quickly! She gave me tips for my makeup and what products to purchase! I wish I could give this place negative stars. The staff was extremely unfriendly. We got overcharged by more than 20 dollars on an item. I didnt notice until I saw the receipt at home. The products are cheap and overpriced. The overall feel of the place was sad and depressing. Dont go there.

I got pretty much everything I needed for our party.

Bought balloons for a baby shower at 5 pm and left them inside all night. Came downstairs this morning and they were all deflated. When I called they told me I had to purchase new ones and put high float in them. Unbelievable.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order for balloon pick up and before I got to my car one of the balloons popped. Less than 24 hrs later all the balloons were deflated even though I requested hi float. Went back to get new balloons and staff was very rude. When I was given my order sheet, they haven’t even put that I wanted hi float either. When I left, the ribbon on one balloon was tied improperly and flew off. Will never go back

Adequate party supply. checkouts are suuuper slow though, maybe designate only checkers, not letting customers wait in line 30 mins while they blow up balloons

Literally as soon as I had walked in, they targeted me for what I was wearing/what water bottle I had brought in. Every time Ive gone, the staff have always look bored, and were rude, especially when I had asked questions regarding filling balloons. Then when called, I had asked if they had a specific item in stock, then they immediately hung up?
