For years I have bought cheap or used mattresses, never again. Dont go the cheap route when it comes to your sleep. After walking in there and trying out a good quality mattress I couldve fell asleep in the store for a few hours just by simply laying on the one I bought without a care. Worth every dollar spent. If you are serious about upgrading your sleep to a slumber I highly recommend you stop on by and pick up one of these mattresses. Scott was our sells rep. and Ill tell you what, this man needs a raise, hes a super star for this company.

Worked with Scott Carlisle in the Nampa, ID store to furnish a master and a guest room. . After some experimenting he steered me toward a couple different beds that I wound up liking. When I was ready to buy a couple months later, I started trying out beds from scratch and wound up gravitating back to the very same two beds. So I called Scott and finished the deal by phone to deliver in October. Easy transaction and great service.

We bought an adjustable bed for our son a couple years ago and decided to replace our old bed with one as well. We checked all the local stores and were pleased that mattress firm still has the best prices and the same salesman we worked with before.

We received amazing customer service from Thaddeus from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us pick out the bed we wanted. We will definitely recommend and be returning as needed!

Terrible experience with mattress Firm. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Everything went well in store everything was set and good, then come delivery day. Individuals were quick but did not do their full job. We had paid for them for set up and take away. On first arrival they just brought my bed and base to my room and then left. After informing them that i had paid for the set up AND take away they refused to do so and left. They then returned after a prompt phone call to the store about the situation. They then returned and proceeded to only do half the job by only taking away the items and not setting up. Each time they were here there was multiple comments about oh its one of those jobs. These comments were never directed at myself but i found this rude as well considering the situation. Not an overall pleasant experience and will not be proceeding to do any business with this company in the future.

Its hard to find a mattress salesman that has a good balance of hands off and good info. Thaddeous had a pretty good balance. Better than others. What he had the best of was information. He was more knowledgeable than the other 2 stores we went to. When we called in to order and only wanted to do a partial order, he didnt try to keep selling what we didnt want. It was GREAT not having to defend why we didnt want a certain item.

Just moved to the area and our movers lost our bed frame. Went looking for a new expecting to pay $100 or more. Walked into Matress Firm asked if they sold frames. Yes was the reply and not only yes but for whatever reason they were selling all their out dated frames. The queen frame we needed was a better made and had wheels. The new frames dont have wheels. We paid $25. They put it in the car and told us to call if we had any question putting it together. Everyone there was pleasant and willing to serve. If we need any other bed things this will be the first place we go

My wife and I were looking for a king sized Mattress. We researched and then went shopping, we first looked in Boise. Then went to Nampa we found the Mattress Firm had the best deal and the knowledge of the Staff was great! We have not received our bed yet. They were not to pushy which turns me off. Stopped by Mattress firm to look at a new mattress for my son. It is located near many mattress stores so we intended to stop here first and then try mattresses and search for best deals at others. He said it was in stock and could be delivered the next day. They offer a service where new mattress can be placed upstairs on new bed and old mattress can be taken away. He also offered a great mattress cover and told us we have 120 days to return if it’s not what we’d hoped. So basically, no need to shop anywhere else! We were very pleased with our mattress shopping experience at Mattress Firm. The sales person took us through about 8-10 mattresses with different features and firmness. We also purchased a split king foundation with the features and price we liked. We never felt pressured toward any particular mattress and got the one we liked best. We also purchased the Supreme Comfort Bundle at a very good price. Highly pleased with the whole process and price.
