When my boyfriend and I first bought our car here we had been looking for a good reliable car for months. They treated us with such kindness and found us the most amazing certified pre-owned car that would last us a lifetime! Then not even a month after getting the car someone hit us really badly. We didnt have our car for a month but its because we were able to let bronco motors handle everything we needed. They fixed it up just like new. Weve had this car for over a year and a half now and have never had a problem with the service they provide. Especially Jason and Isaac. Always with a smile on their face and willing to help me on things I dont understand.

I had a scheduled appointment for a simple tire recall. I know my truck wasn’t even seen for over an hour. I was in the waiting area for ~ 2.5 hrs for them to say nothing needs to be done. That is unacceptable. At no time did anyone come out and update me. Because it took so long I figured they were putting on 4 new tires….very unprofessional in the front. They didn’t look happy to be there either. I miss that wonderful girl that checked me in last time. That/She was good customer service.

Hector Capetillo wasn’t your everyday sleazy sales guy. No offense salesman of the world. My friend and I we’re out looking for a car for her on a Friday afternoon. We were just browsing the lot and there was a young looking gentleman just quickly doing a few things in a lot and I thought I’d ask him a question. But actually he was a salesman coming to help us. But the way he came off was not in a salesman attitude. Very sly, very very sly, Mr. Capetillo. My immediate reaction to him was he was a young guy that just does care for the cars or moves cars? I didn’t know. He was so relaxed about everything with no pressure whatsoever on either of us. The greatest thing was he didn’t give your any of the run around. It was either you can afford it or you can’t. We kept this poor young man past the time of closing.in fact we kept several employees hanging in the balance waiting on my friends decision to buy. There was also another gentleman that helped near the end to assist in the financials which I’m not sure I’m allowed to mention names. In fact I don’t know if I got his name. He was also very very kind. Actually quite handsome. Anyhow we really appreciated all of their service. And felt very badly for keeping them so late. It all worked out she ended up not buying that evening. But she did come back the next day and bought the very vehicle that she really wanted. The Nissan Rogue. Let me tell you how in love she is. I asked her yesterday how it felt driving it to work on Monday. She said oh just awesome and beautiful. She couldn’t be happier. I don’t like when you tell a manager this is your top end of payment and they send it out at 2 times or 3 times the amount. Karina only brought me what her manager sent out. My daughter bought her first car here after saving for two years. She had saved up for a specific car (2010 VW convertible New Beetle Final Edition). When one came available at Bronco Motors with low miles we jumped on it despite it being out of state and not being able to test drive it first. They are hard to come by.After having the car shipped and having it about three weeks there were some substantial problems i felt should’ve been noticed with the vehicle inspection. I spoke with The GM Grant Peterson and he went above and beyond to fix these problems working with a local garage here in Colorado. All in all my daughter is ecstatic with her “new” car and I am extremely impressed with how they handled the situation. What could’ve been an extremely detrimental situation for my daughter and her first car turned out to be a wonderful experience and she will be driving this car for years to come.Thank you again for doing the right thing and I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Overall I had a fantastic experience buying my new car. Everyone went above and beyond for me on several occasions over multiple days. Customer service = You wont find better. The only complaint is I wasnt told that the model I bought did not have NissanConnect, and that without the SiriusXM or the button above, it wouldnt be available. I only learned this when the app would not accept my VIN and I looked into it. I was actually very disappointed at that and just about contacted them about returning the car over it. I think it should have been made more clear that it wouldnt be available to me instead of selling the service and then letting me find out its not there on my own. I will just have to deal with it... 5 stars because the customer service is THAT good.

I finally decided that at 29 I wanted a new car with all the bells and whistles and updated technology that 2020 has brought! I was informed of my vehicles condition when it was done. In addition the employee was professional and courteous and the waiting area was clean and well lit.
