Read a lot of reviews about this place and expected to wait here for 6-7 hours, but I was surprised!Appointment 04:15 a.m.Check in 11 p.m. (5hrs before appointment)check out 01:00 a.m.I would say 2-3 hours, with driving to truck stop to purchase 1 more load lock( need 3).Pretty good, staff is friendly and helpful.

I give 4 stars because we all can improve at everything we do. Ive read the previous reviews. I do believe that the attitude we have can go a long ways in determining the experience we have with others.I was told by night security (very nice lady) that this facility has been understaffed since COVID. People dont want to work. They have a very hard time finding workers despite the pay being higher and benefits. 350 people working here when they should have 700. Everything is running behind.Go inside the guard shack to check in. Take your ID. She took the time to orient me on where to drive. FOLLOW THE DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS. Before you check in at S/R (between North and South docks), park against the fence. Check in. Get door. Very tight to U-turn. Plenty of room to back into your door. Once loaded, stay in truck. No where to park without being in someones way. Get your papers and exit accordingly.I had an 0830 appt. Its 0930 and I have my papers and hitting the road. In fairness, this was my second stop of a 2 picker. Maybe I just got them on a good day.Varying COVID policies at places are irritating but we have to live with it for now. GOOD LUCK! I hope you have a great experience and dont become a casualty.

Slow and rude. Was here before my appointment time. Checked in was told to park by the fence someone would come get me when they have a door. There are 5 doors open. So far its been 2 hours after my appointment went in to use restroom. Have my 13 year old daughter with me I was standing outside of the restroom door and Karen of the office told me I had to go outside and wait for her there. Now with me being parked by the fence I feel Im in the way of other drivers. Sorry to other drivers this is where they had me go. Hope I dont have to come back here again.

Read the reviews and I was prepared for the worst. Well the security guard was very nice, the shipping/receiving lady might require understanding on your part: the docks are a challenge if your a new driver. For me they were a challenge but doable. I was unloaded in 1hr. Very amazing.Great experience!

Good for truck drivers. But parking lot is getting full with employees personal cars. I’m sure a truck will smash the be soon. Must employees are nice when checking in.

If you are picking up a load at this location, expect a minimum delay of three hours. Do not expect anything less of a delay. They claim to be under staffed. And they have limited parking for staged trucks directly in front of loading docks.Once on a dock, they do load quickly, but the delay prior to dock assignment is unacceptable

Slow rude two hrs. Passed my appointment time and still no door!! Cant park on the property. Checked in 10 hrs. Early doesnt help. Have to stand behind the red line and yell through a little window your info.

I run on a dedicated fleet from here, and the security & office staff are great!! Our preloaded trailers have been loaded a little late due to being temporarily understaffed due to Covid, but we do get compensated for wait time. All we need now is more people to go back to work!! Anyone who lives in the Nampa area please come work for Lactalis! They need you, and itll keep me hauling the cheese!! :-)

Drivers & Dispatchers be aware before picking up a load from this facility.Load pick up appt time was 4 AM & driver checked out at 2 PM.When our driver checked in the clerk said he might not be loaded till the next day.Make sure you aware that is it not a easy in & easy out place to get loaded. It was a nightmare to even get someone on the phone at the warehouse to ask someone on a rough idea what time the load will be ready and loaded.

I live and work in area around Lactalis in Nampa, Idaho. There are days, regardless of season, that you cant be outside without the permeating stench leaching into the fabric of everyday activities. How Canyon Cty. and the city of Nampa allow this company to operate without scrubbers to mitigate the gag-inducing stench is beyond me....oh wait, I get it, its simple; its money and the people in power dont live or work in the area. Money, money, money. Effoff.

Gaurd shack people are nice. The check in gals are rude and lazy.

We live right behind the cheese factory. Terrible lights, I think some modifications can be done to remedy. The smell is not bad at all like the local myths thinks it is. And it is always really quiet throughout the weekend. Not a bad factory to have so close to neighborhoods.

8 am appoint and checked in at 7:30 am and lady says it can take up to 4 hours to unload ?? It’s been 5 hours 😡and I haven’t got bad customer service like everyone’s saying and guard was ok with me but let’s see how this goes 😬

Dont pickup or receive here. You may be on time for the appointment but they wont. Its not covid related. Place is extremely miss managed. Rude security and extremely rude office. Been in business for many years this is the worst of the worst.

Theres some bad reviews on here but my experience was good. 4 hours to unload but this is reefer🤷‍♂️ totally normal. Gate guard and office persons were nice to me. No problems👍

Took FOREVER to get a door, but quick unload once I finally got in one, blindside back in, but Ive had much harder places, no overnight parking that I know of, but truckstops close by at exits 36 (very small) 35 and 2 at exit 29

Construction has the originally truck entrance close.ps no more trafic circle. Go past old entrance pull into pull out area and exit .now a exit and and entrance.talk to guard.great instructions.if drop and hook go to dirt yard.drop trailor go to check in door.same if not drop and hook.easy backing hardest part finding out old gate is under constrution.scale at maverick easier and closer plenty of room.

That place makes you work the hrs they want not caring about your family or kids. A lot of people have had hand problems from working their.

I’m not sure where all the complaints are coming from. I loaded here the other day and had no problems at all. Everyone was Pleasent to deal with. A little bit of a wait to get loaded by about an hour. Which I consider decent time. Not to mention I was an hour late for my so called appointment. To find out it was actually supposed to be loaded two days earlier. Guess like any where it’s hot and miss.

Got here at 900 for a 1000 appointment. It’s now 14:45! Still no door 🤦‍♂️ never coming back here again!!!!

First time drivers, have ID ready to scan, pull up to gate, press intercom button talk to security, scan ID, enter facility, park on left against fence, walk up ramp Ans check in. Exit to the right.

Arrived at 145pm. It is 11pm now, still loading. No way I can make delivery on time for next day. Smh no respect for drivers and their schedule. I wish we could punish this place by not grabbing loads for a month so they can learn the lesson of how valuable truckers are to their ridiculously slow business! Negative 5 stars.

ALL shippers/receivers get one star when they deny drivers use of the restroom. Wont be surprised if this place gets shut down because drivers with a medical condition are forced to relieve themselves behind their cab due to this stupidity. Treat us like animals, we will do like animals.

Always takes a long time to get loaded. Owners are out of New York and are very strict.

Checked in for a 8am appointment. They called me for a door 23 hours later.

Well if your picking up bulk creme just run away they will take 4 + hours to load you with know reason why

Getting loaded here with a semi truck can take as long as 16 hrs for us

Unfortunately im also giving 1* for the time that lost for being loaded.Appt for 1 pm, i came at 12:30 pm - left at 8:30 pm.

Very slow to load. Not sure why. It befuddles me. Got here originally at 10am for a 12pm appt. They had me park across the street. So I came back at 11:40am. Been in the dock for over 3 hrs and counting.

1 Star for me, no on site parking. Turn around is not a real turn around and a bit tight, they asked me to go park down the street but the day I did, the City was putting up No Truck Parking signs. Avoid this place if you get annoyed easily or demand a better rate for the headache.

13:45 appointment at a door at 13:30. 16:10 and finally got a red light. We’ll see how long it actually takes to load now.30 minutes and I have 2 pallets on.I think they are boxing and palletizing it as they load it. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the product isn’t even ready for you???!!!Don’t show up early. Can park on the street to the west next to the rice field but will have to back into the driveway half way down to get turned around the right direction unless you want to go off road into the ruts and mud at the end of the road.

Will not be back to this location, the staff here were rude and refused to recognize my medical exemption for not wearing a mask as well as demanded I tell them why I should not have to wear a mask.

I am giving one star to the security. Extremely rude woman work for them. I mentioned this to the shipping department people, who are very nice most of the time, and the lady in shipping sad that I am not the first one who has negative experience with the security. I do not know what the security ladys name, but she was working on 12/9/2019 at 9:15pm

Disrespectful staff in HR. Interviewed for an HR spot and never even received a yes or a no. Just silence. Even after phone calls. No respect for applicants and their staff in general.

Arrived at 1330 for a 1500 appointment. Told to come back at 1500. Back at 1445, put in a door at 2000, unloaded with bills in hand at 0030. Absolutely unprofessional

Worst place for pickup or delivery. I have been at gate 5-10 min early and they will not take me for some reason. Today, I was delivering and was 10 min late because I was waiting for another truck to check in and they would not take me to get unloaded.

Hi,Im a truck driver and once i came for pick up load on this company,security guard was not nice with me,screaming,and angry talking for some reason,and second think i wait loading process 18 hours which is impossible..Strongly not recommended for truckers..Im not satisfied with service.

No overnight parking on the yard, but some room on the shoulders maybe you can park your truck for couple hours or so no sighn “no parking “on sides of the street ... very clean restroom inside if you check in...loaded in 1 hour.

I went to pick up a load from this place. They are Very oppressive towards people with disabilities with their mask policy. I served 8 years in military, never seen anything like this.
