This 2 star rating is specific to my last shopping experience. They on average are better than 2 stars. But, on this visit I came in early evening to get band for a Smart Watch.I went to the electronics department. Nobody at the counter, finally found some one who didnt seem to know what a Smart Watch was. But, she looked on her phone and said I would find it in the Jewelry department.Walked there, and nobody there to help me. The pin pad at the checkout said to Press For Assistance. So I did. 5 minutes later a clerk showed up. When I told her what I needed, she said I should look in the Electronics department!!!Complete waste of time.Came home and it took 10 minutes to order one on Amazon.

Walmart is always busy and because of that I really think they should have more than 2 cashiers working on a weekday morning. The checkout lines get pretty long. We dont all shop on the weekend.

They were kicking out customers and not letting people in at 10:50 the sign says 11 and I ask the helpful door associate and she says our overnight coach Sherry said to they are literally not allowing business in when I was gonna run in to grab 1 item quickly and as a team lead at another store this is beyond unacceptable. Brett and Tory will definitely hear about this

Wal-Marts are basically the same all over.It feels like no one cares whether Im there shopping or not and theyre usually clean. Finding an associate is right next to impossible, so I quit being able to ask for help of any kind years ago.They usually are stocked with plenty and have an inventory that beats all their competition, and that part is important in order to have a one-stop-shop experience.But, even though I like the huge and dependable amount of stuff there, I like a place that has a more pleasant atmosphere, associates available who have the training to give a darn whether Im there shopping, or NOT!So I generally dont shop there, in-store or online because I want to support stores who have the amenities Im looking for and enjoy. The prices are often the lowest around, but I want more than that, so I pay a little more.

Can find most of what I need except alcohol. They stopped carrying 91% and 70% rubbing alcohol. This theyve done in concert with Albertsons, Fred Meyer, all the convenience stores. Nobody has alcohol! Now theres nothing but hand sanitizer on no less than a dozen endcaps and free standing shelves all over the store marked two to ten times more expensive than plain old alcohol. Bring back alcohol for me and Ill give you two, maybe three, more stars. Im posting pictures of Walmart and their competition to show this more of a conspiracy against the people to increase their own bottom line.

I would avoid this Walmart during their most busiest hours. Long lines that trail out almost to the other side of the store. Both self check out slammed as well. During these hours they only had 2 cashiers, 1 at a regular checkout and 1 at only 20 items or less. During these hours they need to have more then 2 cashiers helping.

Just another Walmart, I appreciate this Walmart a lot more than Caldwell. Where they have it all caged up.

The shelves are not well kept or stocked. Finding help is nearly impossible.

We order groceries online and pick up. Very satisfied with the program. Just purçhased a high quality opti cal grade pair of mens sunglasses in the vision center. Polarized with glass lenses and metal frames. Very good price.

Had what I needed.I could not find anyone for the fitting rooms and they only had one cashier open and one line for the one set of self check outs. The gal manning the self checkouts looked awfully tired.Looks like they may have left this Walmart out when updating all the others in the area.Also, there are No In Door or Out Door signs inside the store and people trying to get in and out of the store through same doors caused some chaos on the way in and the way out. Besides not having a clearly marked exit/enter door inside, the In Door is marked on the outside but it is opposite where the baskets are, causing the customers coming in to have to cross the entrance/exit to get a basket when entering the store. Once I inside it was pretty easy to figure out where to find the things I needed and get checked out.

Customer service is the only cashier, its completely self check out... So quick

I have a long time dislike of WalMart and honestly have avoided your store for my whole life. However, I now live around the corner from you and ended up going in for groceries one day out of convenience. Whoever your manager is is AWESOME!! Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite, the store is clean and neat. Excellent job!

Its a Walmart. This one has all the staples of your usual neighborhood Walmart. Ive bought many things from this Walmart.. paper towels, food, toilet paper. They do a good job of keeping the shelves stocked. That said, they probably have enough money so when time permits I shop elsewhere

Literally sat and waited for more than 15 minutes on a 4 item Doordarsh delivery while I watched at least 6 other people come and go, absolutely would not recommend and will only be back because of my job and not on my own accord. Get better management walmart. Absolutely disgusting. It would be quicker to go in and do your shopping at a different store.

Made an online delivery that was supposed to be delivered in two hours or less and fours hours later it has yet to arrive. Tried calling pick up and customer service multiple times and no one even answered the phone. Poor service all together. Would give zero stars if I could.

In and out with what we needed and stuff we didnt need but we will use it. I always help elderly people in the parking lot looking for their vehicle. Bless them.

They never seem to have anything in stock as they advertise on line and or when I call they say oh yeah we got that labtop in stock so we head up their welp guess what they did not have it in stock like they said or promised 4 seprate time for four separate different labtops

This walmart is better than most, the ... Walmart on Nampa CaldwellBoulevard.. is the worst Mart. On the planet. Go look at it. Self check out, no help, dirty. Cluttered, overall a POS i will never go back to it. and its a shame because its close to home.

Expect long lines, angry people, tired and rude cashiers. Only 5 registers open plus express two days in a row. Lines of 13 plus for express and lines 4-7 carts deep each register. We waited 35 minutes in line. No extra registers opened. Two of my products had to price sticker on it. The cashier got mad at me because I was in her line and didnt have price tags. She said I was disrespectful of the line behind me. (There was 5 carts behind me) I left the items with her, she got mad about that too.

Busy holiday weekend and 3 register open! Really and this was including the self checkout. People with full carts were in the self checkout because there werent any registers open! Come on maybe if some of the yellow vest werent standing around talking to each other and would get on the register this would solve this problem!!!

I dont mind going to Walmart. Usually I use it for only when I need to get a few things or the pharmacy. Today was the pharmacy. They are always quick and fast. Ive never had a bad experience yet. The only reason I give 4 stars is Im not sure what they are enforcing with covid-19. I think they could do better, but my opinion only.

Beware! This Walmarts return policy differs from the return policy on the Walmart.com website. We made a purchase and returned it later in the day because it didnt work. We made the purchase with our debit card, using our pin. They only offered the return to go back to the card or a Walmart gift card. I asked for cash because its the weekend and will take days to get back on my card. I was told they couldnt do cash. After looking it up on the Walmart website and speaking to the manager on duty they still wouldnt do the return per Walmarts return policy.

I get they are trying to cut costs, but only keeping two registers open that are not self check out is a. Nightmare. I spend 20 min. shopping and almost double that waiting in line. Not everyone can physically do their own bagging..so honest are the super long lines and angry patrons worth it?

Closest Walmart for the little towns outside of Ontario. Everyone from even Idaho shops here almost runs out of supplies to quickly for the locals.

This was the last straw! I wont be back or will I do any online. Tired of rudeness, pricing missing, associates not acknowledging your existence. One customer wanted a cart, she asked the Greeter if there were any near by, the greeter just stared at her and said NO, not, no, but I can get you one, not no, but there are some on the way inside. The customer was livid, she had two small children in tow. There are other stores I will be happy to go to. They are a bit further and a bit more expensive, but I am fortunate. I dont have to rely on your stores policies to obtain my goods. Fred Meyer will be much better quality and a much better class of associates. You should wake up! These circumstances wont be what they are for long. People will regain their lives and figure out that they dont have to put up with this type of treatment.

They didnt get my curbside order out until 45 min had to call twice just to get them to bring it out

Found the items fast, layout same as other WS in area in and out no hassle.

We enjoy the experience but was annoyed when two teenagers that worked there, one couldnt help us through the self checkout when he was assigned to work in that area. Whats the words I dont know. And never got anyone that did know. And the other, on his phone pretending to work, outside rounding up the carts. Wheres the respect, the ambition and should appreciate that they have a job when others dont.

Dont normally shop at this location. Their stock seems limited compared to the Caldwell and Idaho Center superstore locations. The store was fairly well stocked on the items they do carry. Checkout took a while, as they had very minimal lanes open. My cashier was pleasant and worked as quickly as he could to get me on my way.

I like this store a lot. The employees seem to always be happy & they are very helpful & friendly! The only downfall I can see is sometimes the check-out lines are long. Other than that, it’s great!!

Obviously massive super store and easy to shop. Fairly clean, with the amount of people always in store cant expect perfect. Only pet peeve with Wal-Mart is lack of stock. Always empty spots even pre pandemic, but it is what it is.

Their staff is pretty attentive and store is clean. Checkout is painfully slow but to be expected for Walmart. There really isnt anything good or bad I can report. I would strongly encourage you park away from the trees otherwise youll be needing a car wash.

Theres a McDonalds inside the manager fired up the grill for me when they were already closing up. She went out of her way and didnt have to. A rare trait these days. Thank you miss nice manager lady. The Walmart always has sweet deals as well.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone in any department. Takes 30 minutes to get help especially in jewelry. I dropped a ring off to be sized they told me 2 weeks, when i checkes on it they said, oh no that takes 4 weeks. Seen a bunch of workers in one spot, none anywhere to help.

This location is convenient to other errands. It is usually very well stocked, they even have fresh Marketside Baklava under $6.00 for the holidays. It is as good if not better than ordering for $30 online. I only put 4 stars because the store is a little messy and they could use more cashiers, the lines are usually longer than average.

Whats not to like about Walmart you can pretty much find anything you need there or online. The one thing I dont like is when they do their clearance markdowns one store may mark an item down to example a dollar while the other store is still selling it for $12 dont try to exchange it because it wont be in another stores System and you wont be able to buy that clearance item at the other store for $1
