We love Crumbl cookie! Their marketing has caught me hook, line, and sinker. My whole family loves to try the new flavors week after week. I am also an avid yet picky cookie lover! Of every cookie place Ive ever tried Crumbl is my favorite! I admit I do not like every flavor. That isnt Crumbls fault. I love a lot of them! I think they may have perfected the peanut butter cookie. Ive also fallen deeply in love with the cornbread cookie and many, many others. The reason I give them only four stars is because they can produce less than ideal cookies. Weve had what I would call lazily decorated cookies on several occasions. I have also had under baked cookies more than once. Those times are disappointing. All this considered I would still say with confidence this is absolutely my favorite cookie place!
Crumbl by far has some of the best cookies, perfect sized, and amazing weekly flavors!! I have a habit of going weekly to taste all the different cookies, definitely recommend going here!

Ordered cookies and it was picked up by doordash. Moments after picking up my cookies they said it was undeliverable! Called the store and Hailey saved the day! She was able to replace my order and delivered them! She saved my surprise delivery!! Hailey is amazing and the definition of EXCELLENT customer service!

I had some issues trying to get the Hawaii Rainbow Cake cookie this week and finally called today and the manager there was so so nice and was able to fulfill my order! And let me tell you, it was WELL worth the wait! This store is always so great and these cookies are by far my favorite!!

The girls in there were so cute and friendly. I really wish they would give tiny samples you could taste what the cookies were like before buying them because they are a little pricey. Sugar cookies have the almond extract flavor to them if you like that. Pumpkin cookies were really good. Chocolate chip are good, but made with milk chocolate chips so a little sweeter.
Ive always felt welcomed when walking into the Nampa location. Staff is always so friendly. I do like the weekly selections.
Quite simply amazing and dangerously good. I went in to buy 4 cookies, but all six varieties this week looked so good, I ended up buying two 4 packs. Never in my 48 years have I had better cookies. They’re are no close seconds!
In the store to order a cookie. Complete chaos. Employees flitting around not getting anything done. Out of chocolate chip cookies. So many door dash drivers waiting forever to pick up their orders. Staff wearing gloves, touching their faces, touching customers credit cards, touching the register, touching cookies, not changing gloves. This place needs a manager!

I’ve been here before with no problem. Not today!Yes, it’s Mother’s Day weekend. I get that you’re busy. Walk in, no one in line to order, but several waiting to pick up their cookies.I go up to the counter and place my order. The girl is confused and not even sure what they have available. She finally confirms that we can order what we want.I pay, thankfully putting in my phone number, and she can’t figure out how to get a paper receipt. Another girl did that. Go to wait and realize they never asked my name! Go up to the counter, I’ve been waiting half an hour now and others who ordered after me have already left, and I’m told they “lost my order.” Since I have my text receipt, I write my name, phone number, and what I ordered on the back of the paper receipt. About five minutes later I’m called to the counter. They’re out of two of my three flavors, so i have to wait while they bake. I tell her that’s not acceptable. She comes back and asks if I want to change the cookies I ordered to different cookies. I told her no, I ordered the cookies we like and want. She comes back and says they’ll be right out! Another couple minutes and my name is called...with the cookies I ordered. It should not take almost an hour to get my in-store order.The cookies were good, the service sucked.
Love this place! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The orders are prompt and I enjoy the user friendly website and app. Plus the cookies are so yummy!

Always a hit! Love that I can send my friends and family some cookies for any occasion. Every cookie flavor Ive tried have been amazing! Would like to see more citrus or fruity flavors especially for summer. Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had a small issue and had to make several calls and one person would say no problem I will leave a note for the next crew and then when I called the next crew they would have no idea what I was talking about so communication between employees needs to be better. However I love the pretty pink boxes and every one I have sent to have felt so special and loved them!

While the cookies are good, I don’t appreciate hidden fees being tacked on. On top of the price is 6% tax and a 1.9% “service fee”. So what are they charging 2% of the price of the cookies for? If they’re charging for card processing fees why aren’t they disclosing that? Card processing fees are a cost of doing business and should not be passed along to the customer. Or are they charging to have the cookies boxed? Either way there shouldn’t be a hidden fee that is never explained. I won’t be back because I don’t like feeling duped.

We purchased the box of 4 cookies and it was International Cookie day and received 20% off, it was a pleasant surprise. I had the chocolate chip cookie and it was fantastic. The cookies are a good size and they come warm out of the oven. The place was clean and it smelled like heaven, of course. I look forward to going back and trying their other options.

This was my first time going to Crumbl Cookies! I cannot say anything bad about this store in Nampa. We have now ordered at least two dozen cookies from them, and each time their cookies have been beyond exceptional. I have ordered curbside pickup, and was very surprised that they had my order ready when I arrived at least 10 to 15 minutes early. On a different pick up, I had arranged to pick it up in the evening. When unexpected things happened, I stopped by their store earlier in the day to see if I could pick it up then (at least 8 hours earlier than expected) and they were able to accommodate me and send me on my way with my order. I will definitely be back next time I am in town. Definitely recommend Crumbl Cookies !!

Always a good treat! This last time though I think they either forgot to frost one of the cookies, or they ran out of the frosting for the strawberry shortcake cookie. Always check your box before you leave I guess! The cookies were still delicious though!

But OMG, the cookies are to die for. I like to order with the app and have curbside delivery. Havent had a bad experience yet.
I like Crumble. The staff is friendly and they are always quick. Ive been here a few times and its always clean. I do wish their tablets they have accessible while waiting in line worked so you could order while in line. Ive never had a cookie I didnt like, they are always fresh.

These cookie makers decided to change the way the sugar cookies are iced. They used to have a nice amount of icing and now there is just 1/16” of icing.Now we can’t even taste sweet. I thought that franchise meant that wherever you go, the product will be the same as the next shop. So I believe thatThe Nampa store owes me 4 sugar cookies the right way.

Great cookies that always exceed my expectations, and I love the rotating flavors! Only took off a star because an employee T-boned me. The accident cost $500, but I got a box of cookies out of the deal. My toddler said it was worth it 👍🏻

I have never been dissatisfied. The cookies are quality, delicious, and HUGE! They make for a great occasional treat for the family. I just wish they would provide detailed descriptions of the cookie flavors each week so I didnt have to call and ask questions.

I’ve ordered from Crumbl A LOT, since my office is just on the other side of the freeway. Never had a bad experience and the cookies are always delicious. Occasionally the time it takes between placing the order and the delivery is kind of lengthy, but I figure they, like most places these days, are short drivers. So I’ll happily wait.
This was our first Crumble visit! It was confusing because the board read that an item was sold out...but they did have it after all. Once at the register, the cookie display showed that three others were sold out, but in actuality, there was only one sold out. It made it tricky to know our options! The cookies we got were good, and when someone else grabbed our order, the friendly staff were quick to realize we were still waiting and put our box together. We will be back!

Really wide variety of delicious cookies that are almost always on par. Occasionally I do get a drier cookie or the toppings dont quite add up to how they are advertising. Overall great gourmet cookies though!
Normally love coming to this store. Today my boss ordered me cookies for pickup. When I went inside asked 2 employees about picking up an order and both just stared at me awkwardly. Then some guy came over who I assume was the manager (he was the only employee not wearing a mask in a store that apparently requires masks) and asked what was going on. He then we just very condescending and was just talking down to me. Honestly they are just cookies... Youd think someone who works in a cookie shop would have a better attitude. Love your cookies but if hes working when I go in, Ill pass.

Cookies are great. Service is okay. This is probably the better location in the Valley. Every time we order though I get my box and its covered in frosting that gets everywhere. Like there is no care at all for the presentation of their products.
