This office has been always a great support for us as clients. We have been in contact with them for more than 14 years for our patient Magdy. The offered us all what we needed; even. when we needed old equipment for our case, they offered it for free and ship it to us.We cant really express our happiness and gratefulness for being their clients; specially Mrs Destiny.Thank you so much

Dr Savage has been amazing! She goes above and beyond to help me with my hearing aide. She is awesome! I am very grateful to have her as the person who is helping me with finally being able to hear. The office staff at this location is wonderful also.

My son has been coming since he was born and it’s always a pleasant experience! Dr. Mann is excellent! She gently relayed his hearing loss to us and has always been able to answer all of my questions. She fitted him with hearing aids and my little one has responded so well. She has thoroughly tested my boy and shown me the results each time. I’m so appreciative for the work she’s put in for us. Josh does speech therapy for my son and he is always excited and knowledgeable each session. He always has new activities and ideas I can use in the house. The front desk is also very lovely. Everyone here is amazing and we couldn’t ask for a better place to take our son.

The staff at Idaho Elks in Nampa are fantastic! Everyone we met was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Josh provided excellent speech therapy to my son and did a wonderful job teaching me how best to follow through at home. He made a challenging thing seem fun and kept my son motivated to work hard by taking the time to get to know him and incorporate his interests into our sessions. I would absolutely recommend Josh and the team at Idaho Elks to anyone looking for speech therapy!

They received two stars because the audiologist, Ms Wallace, gave a thorough test and provided a clear description of my hearing loss.However, the firm lied to me about my insurance! When I contacted them to determine if they took my insurance they said “yes”. I asked how much my copay would be on the hearing aids. They said they couldn’t tell me until after my test to determine my hearing loss and best aids.After the test she told me they only accept my insurance for the test. They don’t accept it for the instruments! She then tried to convince me that the #Elks pricing was just as good as if they did accept the insurance.Does $5,400 for hearing aids sound good?Hate being the victim of a ‘bait-and-switch’ gambit.

Joshua Barnes is the most talented SLP that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am a former Special Education teacher and have worked with multiple SLPs throughout my career. That being said, I am extremely careful of who sees my daughter for her needs. Not only is he able to make a personal connection, he is an expert in what he does. Hes never getting rid of us! :)

Dr. Savage is amazing and very pleasant to work with! She helped me figure out the right hearing aid for me, and the result of which has been life-changing. So thankful for her, and the friendly staff at Elks Hearing and Balance Center.

We have been so impressed with Josh Barnes their speech pathologist. He has worked with our child and always goes above and beyond in his preparation and ideas for our sessions. Our child is a little reluctant to participate but he always tries to make the sessions fun while working towards our speech goals and other school goals that relate. He has also given us ideas for school accomodations and suggestions to help with our reading.

They were very accommodating and quick to schedule my sons appointments. Our physical therapist, Carmen, was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to find other accommodations for my son

I took my mother here because she has been struggling with vertigo. We have gone to multiple doctors in the past but she has found no resolution. We decided to give this balance programs a shot and Dr. Derek Wood was incredible. He was extremely patient and helped my mother every step of the way! He was so kind and understanding, which was so amazing as her vertigo has been overlooked in the past. Over the 6 weeks both my mother and I found so much improvement from this program. I would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles with vertigo or any form of dizziness and highly recommend Dr. Wood.

Told me to show up at 1:15pm for my babies appointment. The baby had to be hungry and tired but awake I showed up at 1:15 via their instructions with my tired and hungry 3 month old and they’re closed until 1:30 for a meeting. I tried calling but no answer. So I was left waiting with my now screaming child outside for them to finish the meeting they decided to have at the same time they had appointments scheduled.

Nice office with good staff. Dr Wallace and the other staff have been very helpful.

Kate Savage has essentially changed my life. Before Covid and the masks I relied mostly on reading lips. I never realized how bad my hearing was before the masks. After everybody started wearing masks I severely struggled to hear people speaking to me. Thanks to Kate checking my hearing out I was able to get Hearing Aids.

After my new born failed the hearing test at the hospital I was referred to Elks hearing to have a retest for my baby. This was my second child and having never had this kind of issue with my first I was worried for my baby. The staff was amazing and put my fears and worries at ease. They were able to work with my newborn and make sure she and myself were comfortable during the long hearing tests. Highly recommend this place.

My husband was referred for a hearing test and we were amazed and very pleased at the depth of the testing. Everyone was so nice, and helpful and gave us so much good information that we were able to completely understand what was happening and why. We were given our options and lots of great information.

As always I had a pleasant visit to Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center. The receptionist are very cordial and professional and my audiologist, Hillary Carlson, is so friendly and easy to talk to. Plus she is extremely good at what she does. Always look forward to my appointments there.

The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. Dr. Wood is the best. Ive had to see him twice for two different problems and he was able to get me back to my normal lifestyle on both occasions. THANK YOU!!

I have struggled for many years with balance issues. From the time I entered the front door of Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center in downtown Nampa, I knew I had found the right place. From the very pleasant and efficient Destiny at the front desk, Peggy at the front desk and Dr. of Audiology Laurie Stucki, AuD. I was relaxed, helped immediately, had a hearing test and an inner ear test. The inner ear test did find some things that need attention. By the time I left I felt positive and more upbeat about the opportunity to clear up my balance issues and also discovered that I am on the borderline possibly for hearing aids. Not required now, but need to have my hearing checked every year to see if they are needed. No sales pitch, no pressure, very pleasant staff that go out their way to accommodate any needs you have including contacting the office of my Neurologist at St. Lukes Meridian regarding information on an MRI I had questions about. Destiny contacted the Meridian Neurology office and explained my situation and was told that a nurse would be contacting me. The MRI had nothing to do with being at the Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center Nampa, however Destiny was very nice and took care of it for me. TALK ABOUT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

This is the only hearing aid office I would recommend in the Treasure Valley. The staff is awesome. If I drop by without an appointment they always are able to help me out. I love Dana and the crew. Stop in and see them and youll be impressed.

I recently had a cochlear implant and Dr. Carlson has been wonderful. Appointments are on schedule and very thorough. If one has to go this route to restore hearing, I couldnt recommend any higher. Ive felt that Im in the best hands possible through the whole experience.

There was an appointment mixup (my fault, not theirs) and it was kind of a huge mess. Peggy helped to get everything straightened out beautifully and coordinated all the testing we needed done at two of the Elks facilities so they ended up seamless and worry-free. Thank you so much, Peggy!!

Everyone here is really pleasant to work with. But i would highly recommend Suzie Jones the most. My son and I see her every week for speech therapy and she has helped my son make progress with his speech and development by leaps and bounds!

Friendly and flexible if you are slightly late. The only negative is that the front door is not accessible friendly. The door is heavy and those in a wheelchair or walker struggle getting in. Please make it friendly.

I was able to get appointments promptly and at a time convenient for me. Dr. Lancaster was exceptionally clear explaining my hearing test results and advising me as to what would be best for my situation and helping me learn to use and care for my hearing aides.

Be prepared to wait. When the receptionist calls you to set up the appointment, she emphasizes that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. Then they will send you paperwork, which is great. In the directions it again states, arrive 15 to 20 minutes early and it is underlined in blue with special attention drawn to it. When you arrive 15 to 20 minutes early, you are there to state your name, birthdate, hand them the paperwork you received in the mail, and then just wait. We were the only ones there. In the 20+ minutes of us sitting in the waiting area, no one else came in or went out. The only action was the 3 ladies chatting behind the desk about their weekend. We arrived per the directions, no one else was there, and our appointment still didnt start on time. The actual service itself was fine. The equipment and practices seemed a bit 1990s. You will be okay to show up 5 minutes early or right on time unless you want to catch up on what happened over the weekend to the people behind the desk.

Friendly people and Dr. Wallace was kind, knowledgeable and you can tell she carrs about her patients.

Same experience as previous reviewers. The wait is pretty unreasonable. I have a small baby and they make me keep her awake and hungry for quite awhile before the test so the wait is not appreciated. I show up 15 minutes early and dont get in until 15 minutes after my appointment time. I even asked this time if there was another baby in with the audiologist and the answer was no. Last time there was so I forgave the wait.
