My supplies were never ordered like they were suppose to be by first girl I talked to who said she had all the info she needed including new prescription. Then I get a call over a week later saying they were never ordered and when I advised they were suppose to have been ordered and delivered already, she was rude and cut me off.

I want to recognize Alex in particular for his excellent customer service. He is a great representative for Norco delivering equipment to our home and showing us how to set it up and use it.

I had to call in today to get some much needed help with my bipap machine. I didnt have an appointment but Ashley graciously fit me into her schedule and patiently went through all my machine stats both current and prior, adjusting my settings to better meet my needs and refitted me for a new mask. Awesome service, awesome knowledge base, just a wonderful experience!

Shannon!!! She saved the day. I broke my foot Wednesday morning, got my prescription Thursday evening for a scooter and other things to help with mobility. My husband went in to pick everything up at 1:30 Friday and was sent away due to problems with the prescription. After numerous phone calls between Norco, insurance, the Dr and my employer, I got to speak to Shannon and she totally pulled through for me!Its now after 5PM, she should be on her way home but instead she is setting up a delivery for me for tonight so I can get everything I need now instead of waiting until Monday! This is why we love Norco!

It seems their customer service has really taken a turn for the worse. Their communication is sub par. They called me about something that was ordered for my son and said they had information for me, and yet no one returns my phone calls when I call back. Their Nampa on call service is not thorough and is unskilled. I had an experience with a client of mine where they failed to deliver oxygen to a patient who ran out of oxygen and their oxygen saturation required emergent intervention. Their response when I called to give them a heads up was defensive and full of excuses. I felt like my complaint would not go past that phone call or change anything.

I had a nightmare situation with my uncle and his CPAP during a transfer between assisted living centers. His unit was broken and we could not get it replaced because the sleep study on file with Medicare did not have a signature. So Medicare was telling us that George was going to have to go without the CPAP until a new sleep study was completed. This Norco office help me get a loaner machine so that George can breathe while sleeping instead of just becoming a zombie until a sleep study can be performed. Absolutely above and beyond customer service and I appreciate it so much during a very difficult time.

Not sure why, but for “employee based company” WHY you don’t answer your phones!!! I am so tired of sitting on hold! I have been trying to get a hold of somebody in billing or the manager of the Nampa store!!! Nobody ever picks up! You are billing me for an extra month for something that was returned! I’m only giving you 2 stars because the bed was comfortable but your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced! This is my third time using you and my final time! The last two were very easy so I don’t know what’s going on and don’t blame it on Covid!

I have been going to Norco for years and these guys really are amazing! They make me a priority everytime and are always very nice, and they laugh at my silly jokes . Went here to check on my oxygen which my ex doctor totally messed up. The staff worked hard to correct this problem. The staff is totally customer driven and corrected my problem so that I can obtain my oxygen. I recommend this company and this facity highly. They are their for complete customer service.

Called last night, 1-9-2021- for OXYGEN, on call was RUDE, RUDE, REFUSED to provide oxygen to client recovering from being on a respirator. Talked down to client, stating, YOU SHOULD HAVE PLANNED AHEAD, For oxygen....worst customer service Ive ever seen!!!! Blatant disregard for human life. Looking for alternative business as we speak, will never recommend this company to anyone! Cannot believe that ON CALL staff spoke to a client and disregarded their need for oxygen, unbelievable!

I am so impressed with the customer service at this office! I needed some supplies the day before Christmas, and this was the only place I could find that was open. They were so helpful on the phone on what I needed to bring, and what information I needed from my Dr Office and insurance. I just moved from a small town and it was hard to get the information I needed the day before Christmas. However, I went into this office in Nampa and the were so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. There was a man who greeted us when we walked in and pointed us to where we needed to be. The lady helping me with the insurance was again super helpful and knew exactly what she was doing and what we needed, and then the person who helped me specifically with my equipment was very knowledgeable and also very kind. My dad whom was with me and I were so impressed and we will be going to this Norco in Nampa from now on. Thank you so much to those who helped us!

After leaving a less then stellar review of this branch, I was contacted by the VP of medical (who was a cool, down-to-earth guy) and spoke with him at length about my problems and concerns with this store. He listened to me, sounded genuinely concerned, and put me in contact with the people I needed to talk to. I am told that my supplies are in the way and I can literally start breathing easier again. Lol. Thank you to Norco for listening and addressing my concerns. Further proof of a local company that still knows how to do it right.🤜🤛

I was looking for a special birthday present for my husband...and he had mentioned that he’d like to learn how to weld. We went to Norco in Nampa....and the service and products we came away with were exactly what we were looking for! Greg Stanley, personally, took care of walking us through the process of describing products we needed and an explanation of how they all worked. He took time to show us basically everything (what and how) and then he helped get the equipment readied (properly making welding helmet adjustments for my husband). We thoroughly enjoyed the time and came away feeling very satisfied with our purchases. It was a pleasure to observe the other customers getting the same personal attention. We would highly recommend Norco in Nampa if you needed products for welding or industrial needs.

Have a prescription faxed in. Go in 3 days later to pick it up. Was told we dont fill prescriptions unless you call or bring it in. Next brought prescription in gave directly to counter person. Told I could pick it up next day. Called next day told still not filled. Took 2 days to get it. Last took prescription in gave to counter person told they would call when completed. They called next day said it was ready to be picked up. Went in to get it. They could not find it. Had to wait while they pulled it. Theyre pretty much the only game in town and they know it. Employees are incompetent and customer service is worse than TSA on the holidays. I pray everyday my insurance lets me go somewhere else

Their service is absolutely unacceptable. My daughter requires speciality formula so Id call them for an order which time and time again they didnt put in. It took TWO WEEKS to get something that shouldve taken two days. My baby wouldve starved if it hadnt been for outside sources who actually know how to do their job. If you dont require anything important from them theyre great but if you depend on something for survival, dont trust Norco. Ive since moved on to other suppliers after they let me down for the umpteenth time.

Do NOT count on this company. Yesterday they missed their delivery time by several hours. Today I placed a new order. When they were 3 hours late for their scheduled delivery time I called them. They said they had no record of my order? They said they would fix it and have my items delivered before by 6pm. At 6 they called and said they were at the wrong address. They delivered to the right address yesterday, but today they go somewhere else?!? They finally showed up at 7, which was 6 hours after their promised delivery time. And guess what? One of the two items they were supposed to deliver was not with them and the delivery man knew nothing of it. His answer? We will get it taken care of... TOMORROW! These are medical supplies not pizzas!! people are counting on you and you completely fall through. They charge top dollar pricing with no breaks, and give inexcusably poor customer service! They have a basic monopoly in the Treasure Valley and take full advantage of it!

Awful doesnt even begin to describe how a 7 year old disabled/medically dependent CHILD cant simply get her resupply every month without some excuse or another as to why its always later and later or doesnt show up at all whatsoever. Her feeding supplies have already been switched to another company but at this point I wish there was some place else for everything else she needs. Fed up. They never call back when they say they will. They dont follow up like they say they will.

My experience has been limited to the respiratory therapy department.As I live 27 miles away, it would be easier if I didnt have to go in. However, it is often very difficult to reach a therapist on the phone and, instead, I get a recording. I also havent had great luck with a therapist returning my call.Phone systems are notoriously difficult and we are dealing with a company who relies on the good graces of insurance companies to complete most of their orders.BUT, Ive had only very good experiences when Ive visited the location; with receiving both information and equipment. The therapist I see is Tyler - he and the staff I have dealt with seem knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Overall, a positive experience.

Even though Norco is a big outfit in the area, from our personal experience we would not be able to recommend dealing with them. We have been trying to purchase an upscale manual wheelchair from them since just before Thanksgiving. After visiting the store and making all of the measurements and then committing to purchase the chair (We are paying cash!) we have not heard back from the salesman. We called the manager twice and each time we were told they would get back with us. Still no reply as of 21 Dec.!

Called about receiving a breast pump was told I would get a call back when it was ready over 2 1/2 weeks pass and nothing so I call to check in only to find out my order was never started. Once the order was put in I was told I would get a call within 2 days, still nothing. 4 days later I receive a call saying it is ready to pick up at anytime so I go in that day just to be told they dont have any available but should get some within two days and I would receive a call when more were in stock. Well here I am a week later still no phone call. It has been over a month since I first called and still Im left with nothing.

Very unprofessional on the phone for billing or any help at all. They start looking things up on your account and dont say a word about what they are doing. Just leave you sitting there wondering if you have been disconnected and when you ask if they are there they are very curt to you. Trying to pay your bill over the phone is a fiasco too. You get sent to people that dont even know anything about billing and to voice answering systems that say the will call you back but no mention of billing or payment. To ask a question that any sales associate should be able to answer they route you to a billing manager that is not even in. It better not be an emergency need that you are calling about because you will not get any help or what you need in time.

They are so polite and helpful. I just recently was put on oxygen. My doctor faxed Norco and later that day Norco brought all the supplies I would need. They showed me how it worked so I felt comfortable using it. When I called to get more supplies they were here that afternoon. I love Norco!!!

Walked in to ask a simple question about a couple hpa tank regulators for my paintball gun and before i could finish my sentence, i was rudely interrupted.. and i quote, NO! Oh wait, what are those for? paintball? NOPE, NO we dont do that here. My spouse and I both get our CPAP supplies from Norco. They are very busy but I have always been treated kindly and with respect. I signed up for their auto refills for our supplies and it has been wonderful. Every 3 months we get a box in the mail with new accessories. If there is anything ever wrong with an order they are quick to respond and fix it. I have been using Norco in Nampa for a little over 10 years and have been satisfied with their service. The one time I had a complaint it was rectified immediately. I love their new facility and hope you will give them a try if you need medical supplies.

Russ in the CPAP dept is amazing! I never have to stress or worry when it comes to getting my husbands equipment handled. Most recently our car was burgled in California and his CPAP was stolen..i called Russ and advised what happened and he had a loaner ready immediately until we got stuff figured out. Ok this is not fare! We do not deserve this. Because of there mistakes we are now having to regroup one more time this month. Our order date started out on the 5th when we gave Norco in Nampa our contract to keep us in supplies for my wife. Well now they have us going in the negative because they have moved the date to the middle of the month. Why? We gave them our contract that was supposed to be honored from the 5th. I didnt know you could change a contract like that. My wife just had to have the first operation done over two days ago, if that wasnt bad enough, so we still need supplies for a few more months so? Forgot to mention that when I called they said if i wanted more supplies before the 14th I would have to pay full price but if they would look in my wifes file she has a doctors justifacation order because of a high flow illiostame. Not fare________________________________Well if you want medical supplies from this place plan on a long wait. Last month was bad when they messed up my wifes order and left us without supplies, read my last review below, but now they have left us really stressed out again. We are supposed to get our supplies on the 5th of the month but apparently they didnt get our supplies ordered from there supplier so just like last time we are left hanging and stressed out with no supplies. Corporate should do something about this or maybe they are to blame for not doing the right thing and keep there customers supplied without all the hassel. Its not a nice thing to be without colostomy bags. So now its the middle of the month and we are waiting again. Hope we dont have to go to the hospital and beg for a few bags to get us by like last time. I will let you know if they get it right next month._____________________________________________I really dont like writing bad reviews but giving this business one star is the only way I can start a review for giving them a star is more than than they should get. They dropped the ball on my wife and left her without colostomy bags and made her have to recycle bags for a few days and than we had to go to zip lock bags and duck tape. An order was put in for her colostomy supplies by her nurse on Wednesday Dec. 13. We did not receive any call or the supplies by Sunday the 17th so I called to find out what was going on and they told me they were waiting on the insurance to ok the order. I informed them we were out of supplies and needed them very badly. We have Medicare and all the other subs so as to take care of this so I called them. They informed me that Norco did not need an ok for this account. I called Norco back and was told agin they were waiting for an ok but would get right on it and get it out to us. Nothing happened so just before they closed I called agin and was put off one more time with the verbiage they were working on it. It never came and I stayed up all night waiting and calling there night number for my wife was needing those supplies very bad. They had turned off there night service or it didnt work so I was never able to get thru. Well when I called first thing the next morning and talked to the manager he was not much help but said he would work on it. A few minutes passed and we get a phone call from a lady saying they would not bring the supplies out unless we assure them payment at the time of delivery. Didnt make sence but as I looked up at my wife and she was crying and trying to hold the waste in her bag so I had to assure them we would have money for them. It wasnt much our share but it got me the supplies. This was a very bad experience for us.

The problem is not my insurance my doctor told me to get a new mask from Norco Nampa. Which is what I tried to do however the lady talking to me was very rude and very unhelpful. I was told I would have to make an appointment to get mask fitted I tried to explain that I lived 20 miles away and it was very inconvenient for me to have to come back. I will talk to my doctor and will express my dealing with Norco and I will ask them to use someone else.

My Grandson was born with biliary atrasia and is on special formula that you cannot buy in the store. It is also super expensive that God medicaid pays for it. Every month we have been given the run around and my daughter treated very poorly. Last month the 4th landed on a weekend so my daughter waited until Monday to pick it up. This month when she ordered she was told she cant get it until the 6th well by then the baby will be out of food. Not only was she treated with condemnation but when she asked what she is supposed to do the lady over the phone in a very rude tone told her to buy it at the store. There will be a complaint put in everywhere we can. This norco definitely is the worst medical supply store ive ever worked with and ive worked in the medical field for 15 years
