This store has very very poor customer service Ive been on hold trying to reach someone in the pharmacy for almost an hour no one has picked up at all to say can you please hold we are very busy or anything like that which is very rude to me the least you can do is pick up and say something and my script was sent over hours ago and it is still not ready I cant believe the customer service at this location its terrible

Went and got 1st dose of 2 vaccine. Nanticoke is very lucky to have a woman of Christines magnitude.....and did not feel a thing. No side effects this far. 5 * is because all involved knew what they were doing. Thanks guys

Today I was almost charged with trespassing at my local cvs because I refused to pay the manager Chris to park there for advertisement which isnt true when I live only across the street with no parking. I then was threatened an told by officers I would get fines,towing of my vehicle an all my prescription sent back to my doctor and to never return or I will go to jail. All this for because I said no extortion of a small business owner an a parking spot. Ill never shop here again

Stirpharmacy used to have great service. With new pharmacy manager service not good. cant get through to pharmacy to talk to anyone system hangs up on you. Ols system was more efficient. Miss Karen being in charge

If the pharmacy here has an issue with the medication you are taking they will go above and beyond to make it a complete hassle for you to get your meds. I have seen it time and time again happening month after month to multiple people. How about you guys keep your basis opinions to yourselves and do your job or quit.

Absolutely awful! Every time I am here there is an issue. I get texts saying my Rx is ready for pick up then I go, wait in like for 20+ minutes to be told they need more time! Dropped off a Rx for 5 pills and they told me it would be over an hour fill!! My Dr prescribed me an rx for 90 days. Picked it up for the first time, it was 90 days. When I went to refill it the next time they only put a 30 day supply without telling me anything! The last time I went, waited in line again 20 minutes in the drive through, gave up, went inside and asked for a manager because its always an issue with time and I was told its always like this, we dont have the staff and would not get a manager for me! I went to the front and the cashier told me there isnt a manager here Im done with the lies and jokes that are played there. That was my final rx from CVS that I will get. I also am calling the corporate office to file a complaint.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional, I always have a problem when I go there, they never answer the phone, I rushed there after work, got there at 8:51 and the doors were locked already, so I got back in the car and went to the pharmacy window, there was a car in front of me, they got waited on and left, I pulled up and the LADIES looked at me, it’s now 8:55 and they just ignored me. I waited till 9:05 and left, no one came or said anything, they just kept looking at me and went back to talking to each other so ignorant!

Always a great experience and Kelly in pharmacy was a great help to me.

Amazing staff. Store is always clean. Pharmacy and front store cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

Pharmacy works are terrible and lazy I can reach my doctors faster than a I can reach there pharmacy terrible

Some of the pharmacy staff members are very unfriendly, most (not all) of them act like they are doing you this huge favor by filling your prescription. . Which btw takes a lot of time.
