I had a great chat with Marty who was friendly, knowledgable, and even enthusiastic as if he was getting a brand new car.After realizing the build that I wanted he even took me out to the lot and showed me a very similar build that just came in and was going to a customer the next day.This is my first Ford and was worried about the dealership process but so far so good. Last weekend I bought my very first car from Schultz. Exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They have the best communication I have had at a dealership (I worked in the insurance industry) I made my decision about which car i wanted they provided me with every option possible. I was literally in and out with my new car, they answered every single one of my questions (both in person and via email). They treated me like i was family, no sleezy car salesman junk, they genuinely had my best interest at heart. I would recommend everyone I know to them 10/10. I also love my car. Went with my girlfriend so she could hit her first car, and even though I didn’t buy anything I felt the need to leave a review because this place is amazing. This dealership is not charging people over MSRP like others are right now. They actually care about their customers, not just their money. They treated us like family, answered every one of our (probably annoying) questions with a smile, negotiated with the bank for a lower interest rate when they didn’t have to, and a lot more. I have only had negative interaction interacting with the staff. More specifically service staff. They have been rude to me on multiple occasions so I finally decided to stop going there. I have had no issues with the repairs they did, just the interactions with the staff have turned me off from going to this dealership again.

They got me in same day which is nice. What’s not nice is I asked for synthetic and got a blend. And what other dealers call “the works” which is an oil change and tire rotation for about 50$ (blend, synthetic costs more). These guys charge both items separately and it came out to 112$. So double for the same service… not nice.Edit: i was incorrect they did use synthetic, dealership called me up to clarify which is nice on them. It’s called blend on their print out but the part # is the fully synthetic.
Talk about the easiest truck buying experience of my life. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Vincent Castaldo. When buying our 550 he delivered exactly what I wanted without trying to push me another direction he listened and delivered me the truck in less than day. The buying experience was so easy I bought my wife a Ford Explorer the next day. Schultz Ford and Vinny have earned my companies business and my families business for life!!!
My lease was expiring this year, so I went in a couple months ago and was interested in the Ford Mach E. The salesman I spoke with didn’t know anything about the car (didn’t know about tax credits, programs, incentives, information on the vehicle, noooothing), I left my information, they never called, never reached out. I guess they’re sales must be so great they didn’t feel the need to contact me. Ultimately I stayed with the car manufacturer I was with. I just wanted to share my experience, especially since I wanted to leave the manufacturer I was with to join the Ford family.I would leave a 1 star but the second star is for the cleanliness of the lobby.
Been going to Schultz Ford for a few years now for parts and service and each time its been a good experience. Good staff, clean, and superior service. Highly Recommend this dealer ship.
Came in to get pricing on a Ford passenger van and one of the managers assisted us or should I say Un-assisted us….Ceasar Dominguez must be the most unhelpful person in the whole car sales industry. He was so matter a fact and stern.Its quite clear that only the negative feedbacks are being questioned for legitimacy but not the positive ones….quite ironic !!!

First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town.Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there.So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!

UpdateThe morning this posted I got a call from Anthony at ShultzThey were very upset this happened and offered to reimburse me for what my mechanic had to do to correct the problem and realign the vehicle.I’m here now waiting for them to cut me a check.Thank you for taking responsibility for the mistake.Took my 2014 Flex in on a recall notice for rear suspension link.Month later took car to my mechanic for brakes. Told him the car was swerving when I was braking at speedTurns out the new links Schulz installed were just about to fall off they were so loose.Cost me $150 to have my real mechanic fix what Shulzes fake mechanics screwed up.Mechanic told me if it had come “unglued” at speed it would probably have been fatal.

I tried to buy new crew cab pickup and had already got pricing from a somewhat local Ford dealer and I really just wanted Schultz to match the deal since I live practically 8 miles from the dealership.Well it didn’t work out very well. Salesman was fine but the manager Ceasar Dominguez was just a train wreck. Truly Ceasar should be in a totally different field of work because dealing with customers in sales is clearly not him
I have purchased many cars over the years and my recent experience with Schultz Ford in Nanuet tops them all. I do not live in the area, Im about an hour away. I was checking online inventory as I had some specific requirements for my new 21 Explorer. Schultz had the best inventory and decided to give them a call. A person named Luke was my initial contact and he answered all of my questions promptly. When I was ready to proceed I was transferred to Cal Hargrove. After a conversation where everything was addressed my wife and I drove there for a test drive. The car was waiting out front, Cal went over all of our questions, showed us the car and we took our drive. We then finalized the paperwork and it took no time at all. We never had to go back and forth between sales managers and finance departments, Cal handled everything and knew exactly what he was doing! When we went back a couple of days later to pick up the car, it was perfectly clean and waiting out front with a sign in the window with our name on it, a nice touch to make us feel special. The delivery process was so seamless, I dont think it took more then 20 minutes to go over the paperwork. The next step was the explanation of all of the technology. This was the first time we dealt with someone else. A gentleman named Clyde came outside with us and explained everything so clearly and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed and all of our questions were addressed. To top off this wonderful experience, 2 weeks later we did not have our plates yet. Because we were from out of state we had to use a temp. plate and then wait for the transfer. We had a 30 day temp. tag but I wanted this resolved sooner. I simply emailed Cal with my concern, he said he would look into it, and 2 days later, just as he said, my registration was emailed to me. From past dealer experience the salesman doesnt often do anything after the sale, but Cal is there. This was truly a great experience from a to z and we will not buy a car anyplace else. I may even drive the hour for service, thats how good I feel about this dealership.One thing I almost forgot. When we picked up the car Cal told us an additional rebate came up the day before and they credited that to our price. We already had everything done and signed, they did not have to do that, the sale was complete. But, they did extra for us. A few days later we received a $10. check because another plan that I had contributed a little more. Its not about needing the $10. Its the principle for a good business model to pass this on to the customer.
Price was over $50 a month higher than competitor and the manager Ceasar wasn’t the happiest guy in the world.Seems that only the lower rated reviews are being questioned for legitimacy but never the higher rated ones seems very convenient I’d say.
I recently leased a Lincoln MKZ and could not say enough good things about this place. Rose helped me from start to finish with getting me out of my car and into a new one. I was also assisted by Vinny in sales. His knowledge of this industry was clearly shown and he made sure the process went smooth. I inquired in person if Schultz could duplicate and program a key for a 2011 Ford Transit Connect. After I was passed around the service and parts department, it was determined Schultz could not source a Tibbe key blank for this vehicle based on its age. Before leaving, I asked if they could duplicate one if I was able to source a genuine Ford part myself. The answer was yes. After a few weeks I was able to source a blank from a locksmith. I called Schultz today to make an appointment only to be informed that they are unwilling to duplicate a key that I didnt purchase from them. How am I supposed to purchase a key that you are telling me is not available from Ford?
Amazing dealership!!! Was able to go through most of the purchase process via email and phone. When I arrived the day of pickup everything was well organized and ready to go. All of the staff was smart, efficient, and polite. Gina Tiso was my sales person who ensure the entire buying process was smooth. Any questions or concerns I had were fully answered by the amazing staff!! This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Schultz Ford and the service is always amazing.
Parking Lot always packed. Poor customer service. When getting vehicle serviced you have to enter mobile trailers which is where the service offices are. No real waiting area to speak of. No amenities like coffee or any complimentary snacks or food other than vending machines which you must pay for. Sales area is standard dealership fare. Other first dealers blow this one away. Badly in need of a remodel and/or renovation. Good location though. They should buy one of the adjacent properties and expand.

If it wasnt for Maria going the extra mile to make my renewal lease deal worth it, I probably would not be driving my 2020 Explorer today. The 2 of them together are a SUPER TEAM. I would recommend them to everyone. I am a little disappointed that some features of my 2017 Explorer are not in my 2020 Explorer, so I did have to make some sacrifices, but overall the new Explorer is a great ride. My previous 3 star review was due to the service department and the fact that you can hardly get an oil change done without waiting for over an hour or leaving your vehicle. Recently I was told that they have made some improvements, I shall see! ...To be continued...
I have been buying my vehicles for both my business fleet as well as personal use from Schultz for years. This is hands down the best dealership I have worked with! I appreciate the professionalism and hard work Craig puts in. He has always provided me with fair pricing and has made the purchasing process seamless. The service department is just as fantastic and accommodating! I am writing this review because I came across some of the negative posts some of the potential buyers have posted and I just felt that it was a completely wrong representation of what Schultz Ford offers . Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a Lincoln or a Ford -then go to Schultz!

Came to inquire about a lease on a new explorer and one of the managers Cesar Dominguez assisted me...he acted as if he was doing me some sort of favor discussing leasing with me and he actually told me that this really is a salesman’s job not a managers job...I walked out and inquired about the explorer not so far away are another Ford dealer and the saleswomen spent time with me and so did the manager and 2 hours later I drove it home..Clearly Cesar thinks he’s above trying to help a customer purchase a vehicle.Maybe switch Cesar to the manager of the janitorial division and let keep the title of manager since he clearly likes it a lot but he won’t have to deal with customers.
-100⭐️I stopped in dealership on my lunch hour and salespeople seemed busy so i walked up to rear desk and spoke to a Cesar Dominguez he told me he’d be with me in a minute well 45 minutes later I was still standing....I asked Cesar maybe you could answer just a few quick questions he said he was still busy in a quite nasty tone....needless to say I walked out and later that day after work I took a drive to another Ford dealer who couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating if they tried and got great deal on a work van.I thought Ford dealerships want to sell Fords I guess Cesar could care less if they do or they don’t.

Negative -50 ⭐️ Would be my rating for my experience with Cesar Dominguez at the dealership.....my lease was ending in less than a month and I wanted to get some pricing and I asked Cesar for some assistance and it was like I asked the man for his first born child. The man truly acted like he was so upset and aggravated that I asked him a question. I didn’t walk back to my car I RAN to my car and pulled out like a bat out of hell.....

Recently took delivery of a brand new 2019 Ford Edge ST from the great team at Schultz! Working with Vinny was a breeze and he was thorough and thoughtful in helping me finalize a deal and getting me setup for delivery. On delivery day Clyde delivered my beautiful new car, quick 15 minutes later I was cruising around town in my new wheels. Would definitely do business here again when its time to upgrade!!!

Came in to buy a diesel ford masons dump truck the salesmen was nice but the manager Cesar Dominguez was just as rude as you can be. He told me and my wife in a nasty rude tone that we are in a fantasy world and that my price will never happen well it did at a not so far away Ford dealership.There’s ways of talking to people nicely I’d think Cesar should have know that considering he’s in the sales profession.

Service Beware2018 - Brought our Mustang in for alignment with a Schultz previously provided ~$1000 estimate. Somewhat pricey, but with needed addition of Camber bolts, which are tedious to install and align with, I brought the car for the fix regardless. Only later to get a phone call expecting everything to be done, and instead be told the service rep made an error and the fix was actually $1500. (mind you, the required parts cost
Tried buying two new extended commercial vans for my expanding business and Ceasar one of the managers brushed me off I guess since I was a bit dirty with work boots on. Well I then drove like 10 minutes just over New York border and made great deal without being judged for my appearance.Classic old saying ‘ never judge a book by its cover’In this case it cost the sale of 2 cargo vans.
I followed the sales people from another dealer that burned down. This dealership is 45 minutes away but is well worth the trip. The deals are always the best. The sales people are friendly, not pushy and let you make the sale at your own pace. No high pressure sale, just honesty. Service is fast and easy. And the choice of vehicles is great. Once you buy the vehicle it isnt over. They offer Free training on the Sync system that is not only well worth the trip but actually fun. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Over the past 20 years, Ive bought 5 Ford vehicles (4 trucks, 1 sedan) at five different Ford dealerships. Among the five dealerships, I found the personnel at Schultz Ford to be some of the easiest and most pleasant to deal with. Every one of them was knowledgeable, patient and detail-oriented throughout the whole process of buying a new truck and trading in an old one. I wouldnt hesitate to recommendthis dealership to friends and family.
This was my first time having my brand new Mustang Bullitt serviced at Shultz ford. Who knew that something as simple as an oil change, the first one by the way, could change my opinion of the dealership. My car was given back to me and the first thing that I noticed when I opened the door was that there was oil on the kick panel and the door sill. then I opened the hood and found that the tech had spilled oil on the radiator cover and the battery cover. when I gt back into the car to drive away I realized that there was dirt and grease on the roof liner by the door. This is unacceptable for any professional auto service center to have such a careless attitude towards a customers car. When I called to complain about the condition of my car I was offered a car wash. (REALLY?) I paid good money for my car and I plan to keep it for a long time. Needless to say I wouldnt even let Shultz wash my car!It has been over a month since my first visit to the dealership and I feel an update was due. After my first review I was contacted by the service manager and he was extremely professional and understood that his technician had made a few mistakes. He assured me that his department was very concerned with my satisfaction and has gone out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. I still have a few problems with my car but due to the Corona virus I have not been able tom take a test drive with a tech to show him the problem. I will schedule an appointment as soon as the quarantine is lifted and I will post a new review.
I went in just browsing for my first new car and I was blown away by how well and easy Bob and Chris made my experience. I let Bob know what kind of vehicle I was looking for and the price range that I had and he immediately was able to show me vehicles that met my criteria. Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining everything that the car had to offer and in answering my questions (which I had many since it was my first purchased car). Even after I paid for the vehicle and was picking it up, Bob was still right there with me showing me how everything works with the car and making sure that I knew how all of the controls worked while still answering questions that I had. Chris was great as well, very helpful with my questions regarding pricing and payments.I could not be more satisfied with the experience Bob and Chris gave me.
Possibly the best new car dealership in the region. They made my purchase of a new Lincoln fast and easy. I cant recommend Schultz enough. Sri is an outstanding salesman. Their staff are friendly and responsive. And for me, living in northern Manhattan, their location is ideal.
I just bought a car, a 2019 Ford Explorer. I brought it 3 times to the dealer. It’s completely ridiculous that I have to bring this car to the dealer is such a short amount of time. The customer service is completely different from when they tried selling me the car. The lack of quality is shocking and I expected better from Ford.
Emergency with my Ford RV air- condition unit .. This is a big thank you to the 3 guys on an extreme rainy day who helped me by covering my air unit conditioner accident. These guys were my heroes and took the time to stand out in the rain and covering the hole in my roof with layers of plastic to keep from the rain coming in my RV. Good Sam had failed in sending me to the correct facility to help me and I chose to come into the Ford dealership. I was able to continue my trip to Massachusetts and receive another air -conditioner. Thanks guys so much. Diane

Warner my salesman was a genuine man with patience of a saint, he was very professional and helped me in more ways than I could even begin to explain. Great teamwork and chemistry with his head detailer Bryan. My car came out beautiful as ever, everything was PERFECT. Bryan also was very professional and polite with all my questions He even took the time out to go back over more questions I had and even little tricks to keep the car clean and in good shape. Quick in and out I didnt have to sit there for long and wait I was offered water and anything I needed while my visit. All the Ford dealers in the area are great, but I shopped around when I bought a new truck recently, and Schultz is the only dealer where the owner was sitting front and center every time I walked in the door.

I had not purchased a vehicle in over a decade. Without a doubt, the experience I had at Schultz far exceeded my expectations. This is a dealership I will use from this point forward and would recommend buying/leasing a car to anyone interested in a Ford or Lincoln. What impressed me is that besides selling cars, they are true car-enthusiasts and it shows. They go up and beyond in everything they do from the first welcome to signing the last line. Even after buying the car, they spent about an hour with me showing me each and every feature of the Lincoln MKX just purchased. Such a well-run, professional organization. If I could give them six stars, I would.
Worked with Mike Moscatello and he knew exactly what kind of car to find for me, and worked hard to make it happen. He listened to my questions and was completely thorough on all aspects of getting the deal made. He found me a 2015 Ford Edge that was within my budget and got me a good lease agreement dropping my payments from what I was currently paying for my old car. Even the trade in was more than fair. Im in love with the car, and the whole experience was a true pleasure.

Awful Experience Caesar Dominguez was rude and didnt hold up to his promises. I see that this is an recurring thing for him by the all the negative comments about how he does business. Had the salesman give an call to try and have me take down this post as well. Would never do business again and highly recommend people NOT to deal with this dealership because the leadership they have (Caesar).

The people here are professional.I called to test drive two vehicles... They had both models out the day after I called (and the salesperson cleaned them both off in the shop). After the test drive they were sure to have full pricing information available and they gave me a fantastic deal (benefits of a larger dealer). Their service did not end there - they detailed the car and walked me through all of its features. The salesperson was sure to follow up and make sure I was happy. Best experience I had in buying a car. My salesman Patrick was professional well informed about the vehicle help me set up my phone garage door opener and preset all of my radio stations… Patricks boss Chris gave me top dollar for my trade and the best price for my MKX.. The thing I liked best they got me in and out.. Josh the f&I guy had all my paperwork ready to go making this car experience quick and painless I will Definitely be a repeat customer.
Our Sales person was over the top, not just reviewing all of the purchase options pros and cons, making suggestions really helping the buying decisions. He took extra time to review all the high tech features of the vehicle and sent the car back to the detailing department because he wasnt satisfied with the way the vehicle was prep.
Ceasar the manager has to be one of the nastiest rudest and most condescending man if ever come across.He was so unprofessional.It’s truly mind boggling he works in the sales profession.He should seek a different profession since this one he is clearly not cut out for.
Very bad customer service. We own two restaurants and were not treated appropriately like a Customer. Things were not explained correctly and so much run around. Manager didnt have a courtesy to come out and explain. Never recommend anyone in future and buy from them.

Why does this location not have a Quick Lane??? I do not have time to drop off my truck. Thousands of Ford dealers have a Quick Lane. Step into the 21st century. I would give a half star for that if I could.

I survived a triple bypass. I survived stage 4 cancer, and a lot of awful things. But Im not sure I can survive the onslaught of one thing after another going wrong with my Ford fiesta from Schultz Ford.
