Excellent experience at Gerald Auto Group. I really wanted the new Subaru Outback Wilderness edition which is extremely difficult to find right now due to supply issues, but to make it even more difficult I had to have it in white with specific options. They looked at the inventories of their partner dealerships and located one. My salesperson went to pick it up and drive it back same-day. I returned later that evening to complete the purchase. Again, excellent experience. I would recommend and will return.

Parts has problems, cant seem to look up right parts then when you return them they charge you again instead of crediting your account! Got charged 4 times for the same part I returned! Overr $1700.00 dollars,honest mistake?
Great subaru dealer. Purchased our outback here a few years ago and its a pleasure to come back here for service. The waiting area is very large, always clean, and has coffee, beverages, and snacks that are always well stocked.

My wife and I had been interested in an Outback for quite some time but had never looked at them. On the spur of the moment, we decided to visit Gerald Subaru. We were greeted by Leo Lopez. We found Leo to be very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We glanced at a couple of new Outbacks but quickly realized that the package we wanted was way more than we were willing to spend so I asked Leo what he had in the way of 2 or 3 year old Outbacks. He located a beautiful 2016 Outback 2.5i Limited on the lot. This vehicle was low mileage, very well maintained and had every bell and whistle available on a 2016 Outback, and it had the color scheme we like. We went for a test drive and decided it was the vehicle for us. We looked at the numbers and Leo worked hard to get the price where we wanted to be, so we closed the deal! Working with Leo and the entire team at Gerald was a total pleasure. I highly recommend you contact Leo the next time you are in the market for a vehicle. He wont disappoint! I know we will be going back when the time comes.

Nice Waiting Area, pleasant, knowledgeable sales. Price of loaded SOUL is more than Corolla SE, or HR-V Sport. Lots of cargo space though. Their mobile service program is first in its class.

Added dealer installed items onto my car without my approval to the tune of $2000. I did get $1000 back after contacting Kia. If your purchasing a hybrid at any dealership be aware that the advertised mpg is only during warm weather conditions. In cold winter weather like we have in Chicago you lose 10 to 15 mpg.

Its an okay car dealership and their new facility is really nice and the staff is typical friendly but not always as knowledgeable as one would hope. I am sure their mechanics are fine, although, I once found that an air intake hose hasnt been attached properly. Otherwise, their waiting room is comfortable and they offer coffee, tea and some snacks.
Deceptive practices while in the finance department .. Lyle is not to be trusted. Mostly everything just comes out of his mouth is a lie....
Our buying experience was ruined when we went to pickup the car we ordered and were surprised with a mystery accessory fee of almost $2k. The fee couldnt be explained except by pure greed. We had to waste 3 hours there waiting for them to remove and honor their advertised interest rates.

I give Gearld 3 stars for giving my friend a good deal but keeping us there for 8+ hours was ridiculous! They werent busy it was if we had to stay because we didnt pay more. One manager said all we had to do is say yes? Really? I replied, all we had to do is say bite me. Worst car buying experience ever!

We bought our car there. We feel like we got a better price by doing it over the internet. Now I go there to buy oil filters because I like to change my own oil. The little service that our car has had in the two years weve owned it, has been executed properly so we have no problems with them in any sense.

Beware of this dealership, they took advantage of my daughter by selling her a 2017 Subaru impreza with over 88,000 miles and convinced her with a lifetime engine warranty. They are overpriced and only worry about making money, they dont care about customers. Manager was suppose to call me and discuss what his salesman has done. They sell used car for a price of a new car which was unfair. I advise buyers to shop around and compare prices before going to this dealership.

I was there for oil change. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price. The only problem I had that they trying to upsale,Like you need cabin filter and also they put sticker to come back in 3000 miles, which is not true according to the manual 7500 miles oil change, but this is business
